The cashiers are nice enough, but the owner. Sheesh. Watches you like a hawk and makes you feel uncomfortable when you're browsing. He's also quite rude to the homeless, I mean I understand why he doesn't want them to around but the name calling and threats are ridiculous. Anyway, the food is alright, slush machines are sometimes clean and often labeled incorrectly. For a convenience store, it's pretty meh.

I live just around the corner from the Bay/Blanshard 24/7 7Eleven. I feel so grateful for this. Allow me to share. Before I catch the bus to work, this is the first stop of my day and every morning, Amandeep and Shuvra greet me with so much kindness, love and joy - what a perfect way to start anyone's day. I actually cannot wait to see them when I awake each morning. Aside from the glorious family feeling, this store is a hidden gem....more than meets the eye and one will definitely find whatever it is they are looking for that a convenience store may provide. It's an older 7-11 small building not overly clean due to having everything cramped in a small space. The verbally greet you as you walk into the store. As for the employees I honestly can only understand one employee who works there I try not order things behind there counter ejuice cigs and what ever else there is due to they don't understand English very well almost have to show them what your talking about even if you show them what your talking about they get this confused look at me like I'm making this up..never the less you can still get what's on the floor shelves pay n leave..

Just left this location and the cashier working with the pink sweater and the head-wrap (english accent) was showing alot of attitude. I told her that she should respond “you’re welcome” when people say thank you. In return she slammed the cash register and very aggressively handed me my change. Good thing i wasn’t a secret shopper. Won’t be returning here. After reading the reviews, seems like a regular interaction at this location.

I stop here just about every morning to grab my 50 cent coffee (You have ro use your own travel mug, up to 32oz). I see the same attendant regularly and he is so friendly and welcoming at the 7am hour. He greets the multiple guests coming though the door none stop. Checkout is fast and pleasent. The coffee bar is always clean, well stocked at has 4 blends of coffee plus an instand drink machine. Min marshmallows and syurps are all free all you have to do is build your own coffee. Way cheaper then Tim's or McDonald's and it honestly tastes just as good.

Numerous times i have been there after midnight and the clerks are hiding in the back..its just as simple as putting a note saying back in 10 if in the washroom or cleaning..when i arrived i saw the clerk immediately go in the back and refused to come out after ringin the buzzer several times..this location is NOT 24 HRS

This is a wonderful, well kept and organized, 24h convenient store. It practically has everything you could possibly need or want at 4:00a.m. They have a delicious variety of fresh baked goods and an excellent self serve coffee bar which includes a few different coffee blends as well as an assortment of creamers, situated atop a large lazy susan. The store is equiped with its own Canada Post outlet which operates from 8:00a.m. - 8:00p.m. and includes a number of P.O. Box units which you can aquire at a reasonable price. Overall, I give this 7'11 a 10/10 and 2 thumbs up!!!

For some reason they lock the bathroom at night. A customer begged them for 5 minutes, they opened the bathroom only after they realize she's going to pee in front of everyone. It was humiliating. Running a business includes making the bathroom available to the public all the time. Not going to visit there again unless the owner responds here telling me they changes the policy. I'll also file a complaint with Fraser health.

They had big parking spaces and the store itself was also pretty big. The restroom inside was maintained properly. There were a lot of things inside the store and anyone going for a long drive can buy almost everything from there. The gas is not cheap there, but I guess it's pretty much the same as the other gas stations in Vancouver and Abbotsford. Given a chance I will come back to this place while going eastward next time.

I would like to appreciate the efforts of long hair (chubby and tall) guy who use to often see working at night. This place is my daily to go. One morning while I was parking my truck the homeless guy came at front to and asked me to spare him some change as it was my beginning for the day I ended up being angry and went back because I don’t want to spoil my day and dealing with sketches. I didn’t stop there for a week, one morning (coincidence) he saw me in parking area ran towards me asking hey! Gentlemen you didn’t saw up for a week something wrong? I twinkled at him park my truck and went inside to buy smokes and drinks. He made me realized that he values each and every small customer who comes there. Place is being worst with what happening around. It’s been a while I didn’t saw him couple of time I asked person working there he told he has no idea. I’m there long time customer I had many bad experiences but only reason I use to go there was his voluble nature, kindness and politeness. Kudos to him who does valuable work in making business????????

Staff are super friendly, there’s always hot coffee, a clean store, cold drinks, nothing is ever out of service, they just got renovated too. I go here almost everyday for coffee and $1 big gulp with my husband so I’m relatively a so-called “regular” lol. It’s overall a great place :) they actually greet you, remember you and don’t care to have a small conversation with you as well. EDIT: I don’t purchase food often but when I do, always hot and ready! Give these people a raise lol.

I am semi disabled and had waited for a cab over 2 hours, the wonderful young lady in the store asked a couple of people if they could give me a lift, a lovely young lady took me home in her van and , made sure I was in safe and sound. I am 74 and she was a life saver . I have shopped there many times and will certainly get something every time I go to the doctor next door. Bless them. Worst experience ever. Serve cold and soggy food. Fries were just half the quantity and soggy, not made fresh. Order was half empty. I ordered 2 taquitos pack, 1 drink and fries. Got only 1 pack of taquito and fries and that too not in the condition that you can eat. When asked, the guy said we were busy and asked to deal with ubereats for the issues with the order. When asked ubereats for refund, they just refund $13 and charged me $13 for just 2 pieces of taquito from a pack of 4 (costs $8 for 4 in a pack). First of all, it is the duty of the restaurant to maintain the quality and service and that if you cannot, please stop the services. We do not pay for the cold and soggy food. Had to throw away the fries and 2 of the taquitos. Barely ate just 2 taquitos from a pack of 4.

I love this place but they need to pay attention. I had asked for 3 buffalo chicken taquitos (which are my absolute favourite) and was given 2 entirely different kinds. only after did i find out they were wrong. and if i am to make a request in regards to the hot food which i love, you guys need to get back BBQ dipping sauce. I know you used to have them..not sure why you got rid of them but i know a lot of people who say the same. Ill come back here but I dont want to be given what i didnt ask for,.

The guys panhandling outside that are there at the time i come have all been overly agressive. Get angry cause i didnt hear him accusing me of ignoring him. 7-Eleven is one of the best convenience stores to go to when you have the munchies. It's super well organized with potato chips and pop. If you have never had one, consider having a Slurpee (a slushie). They have flavours such as 'Manitoba Mosquito Bite'. The store is probably less ideal for groceries though.

Two employees were unable to print off lottery tickets. Had to wait for a manager. Employee then had to use his cellphone to calculate my change. The next day the same employee tried to sell me a case of 12 water for $20. Refused to get a manager to find out the actual price. Carelessly tossing my items of food around during the process. This location literally never has bags. I know it seems like a small issue but it really shouldn't be hard to have an abundance of plastic bags laying around for customers. Instead they try to sell you on a 1$ reusable bag. Just weird. Stock is also not rotated enough for dairy products. Almost every time I've bought a 4L of milk from this location the expiration is the day I purchased it. I'm supposed to drink an entire 4L in a single day? Stock should be rotated out much quicker than it is. All around not a terrible location but small issues that amount to a lot of frustration.

I love 7/11 but this store is terrible. Lets start with the coffee. Usually 7/11 has several types of coffee to choose from, but this location will usually have 2 choice at any given time, and the area around the coffee and hot chocolate areas always seem to be messy, and not kept up. Now lets talk about the staff. There is nothing worse when the staff is not aware of current promotions (for example this week there was a sign indicating that Smart Water was only a $1 with any hot beverage purchase) The person at the front counter continued to argue with me, before finally reluctantly giving me the promotional rate that was clearly advertised. The only reason I even come to this location is because its close to my office, but if things don't improve here I will not be coming back here at all. How hard is it to keep the coffee area clean and to stay on top of the current promotions???

Awful experience at this location - October 6, 2020 at 10:20pm. This store does not comply with the newer masks mandatory restriction...as it says on their front door. I wore mine. The two employees were telling customers they don’t need to wear them (one of the employees weren’t wearing one themselves). I spoke to them about that and they got confrontational with me, being rude with me and told me “to get the hell out of the store”. Totally unprofessional. I was ordering a pizza then, the lady was handling my food without gloves or a mask and was touching cash right before ????...I refused to take the pizza and walked out as they requested rudely before.

Worst 7/11 I've been to. Two employees that go by the names Jamal and Marcia were the worst people i have EVER came in contact with. Once i came to 7/11 to buy chips, i bought a bag and i wanted to see what else i could buy, i went back to cash out the new stuff i was going to buy but Marcia insisted that i didn't pay for the chip i just bought from her. She started to yell and i wasn't leaving. I throated to call the law enforcement until a kind old man payed for our chips instead of the whole commotion happening. Today i went to get a free slushy ( since it was on their app ) the man named jamal was chasing me out. He scanned the bar code after reading the coupon that was on the app and apparently it didn't work( he read the thing on my phone and kept saying it wasn't working. He was even telling me that I owed him money and i couldn't leave unless i payed him for the Free Slushy. This is un fair. Upon them being such bad employees and treating others so rudely in the store it made me feel un welcome and i quite frankly don't want to return to this 7/11until i see new employees. Worst customer service ever. Oh and i almost forgot to mention how dirty it is. the back room is wide open, coffee all over the floor and lets not mention how sticky it is.

Every time I come in here I have to correct my bill. Just bought $6(6.78) worth of stuff and it came to $7.56 after I had to tell him $9 and change was wrong. Last night was the same thing over charging me $3 until I pointed it out. I hate getting ripped off at your store.

☆ if you have an RBC credit card you can save 3 cents per litre ☆ Terrace's hidden asian snack store - they regularly stock Calbee chips which you can't find anywhere else here ☆ staff is very helpful and friendly ☆ interior is organized and clean ☆ lots of hot food available during daytime - I recommend their homey garlic chicken wings. ☆ Lots of coffee creamer options including the Delight brand hazelnut flavor in individually containers!!

Every time to go there and try to use the bathroom there isn’t any paper towel. Then when I went up and asked the clerk for some and to make her aware that they were out, she said sorry we don’t have any. You could always use napkins. No I don’t want to dry my hands on napkins. I would have to use so many. They also all seem scatter through out the day like no one has any idea what the hell they are doing. Also the wait time to get to the cash is quite bad. It should take 10 mins to get 1 bag of chips or candy even with 1-2 people.

It's the only place open all night in Nelson. It's a good place to kill time, get a coffee, slurpee and a bite to eat. I highly recommend the rewards program, it gets you alot of good deals and free stuff.

My daughter and I went to mail a letter at this location. We asked how much to mail the letter with a tracking number; he said it was $5.89. I received a phone call, took the call and spoke on the phone for a while. After I was done on my phone call I asked again what is the price for mailing the letter with a tracking number. I called several times and asked for 7-11 head office to contact us over the last 6 months regarding very inappropriate, illegal and disturbing activities occurring behind their store on Main street in Brampton. We were told someone would contact us. No one EVER did. Management refuses to acknowledge that their stores attract derelicts and criminals and do absolutely nothing to combat the increasing rate of crime on, in and around their properties and the threats that brings to our upstanding community members. I am quite frankly outraged at the lack of action taken and the completely dismissive nature of this corporation. You should be ashamed of your ignorance to the issues and the soiled brand you represent.

Not a very well run store. I used to work here and was let go for taking 12 dollars worth of food home that I wrote a note and left the receipt for that I said I was going to pay back ASAP. This was on a Wednesday and I paid them on Friday, still after about an hour of working I was fired because I broke a policy, a policy that apparently only applied to me since I know for a fact multiple employees had done the same thing as me , some even used money from the till for cabs home and wrote it as a store expense until I brought it up to a coworker that he doesn’t have to walk home he can do the cab thing like the other coworkers do. but when he did it that all stopped very soon after. I know the manager there didn’t like me personally because I would discuss how the store could possibly be run better. after I covered the store for three months of night shift and always had everything done and ready to go even stayed late in the mornings most days to make sure I had the baking done or because I had to wait for the morning person to actually get there, and even after I said I was done with the nights I still would cover for them at least twice a week because they had the night guy call in and if I didn’t come in the manager would have to or force someone else to work the night shift so I always said yes and helped them out. The manager and her clique of employees are terrible and they act like they own the place and are very rude to not only other coworkers but customers as well, between this 7-11 and the other one I’ve never seen such bad customer service. Some employees were good but most acted like they couldn’t care less. Which brings me to my next point, it’s dirty, the coffee aisle is dirty the slurpee aisle is dirty and sticky, the bathrooms are disgusting I actually had to go and buy rubber gloves with my own money so that I could clean them, now that I’m gone I doubt anybody actually cleans them still. I think I was the only person to actually mop the entire store while I was there and I was always cleaning the floors of the coffee and slurpee aisles. The employees that I worked with, most not all, couldn’t care less, just signing off And on work that was never completed, barely actually cleaning anything properly and again just the lack of customer service. When I was working at 7-11 and doing cash there’s not one customer that would walk through those doors and not be served with excellent customer service and I will stand by the fact that I believe that I was there best worker at the time when I was let go, was I perfect no, but I was a hell of a lot better then most employees there and I believe that the customers who I dealt with would agree. So besides my experience working there, now as a customer the only reason I go to either 7-11 in Guelph is because I need gas and there so close to me, besides that nothing. I hope that the people who were good workers, there were some good people there, have found something better to move onto, and for the multitude of employees at this store who suck at customer service and really just at the job, I hope you learn to do better. If You need gas I’d go to any esso or circle k, they’ve got way better slushie flavours they’re actually cheaper and so far I’ve yet to have bad customer service at them, they at least know how to say hello, goodbye and have a nice day.

I bought a 50$ Mastercard Giftcard from this 7/11 location but it didnt work, I searched online and checked the reciept, i was somewhat shocked to see that the last 4 digits on the card were completely different from the ones displayed on the reciept, I went to complain or get help from employees the next day but a rude old man told me that their computers never fail and told me to stop scamming them after he checked the card and the reciept, luckily I still have the card with the reciept and I'm going to talk to the manager (as suggested by a female employee), the old man is the same employee who scanned and "activated" the card but he refused to help me dispite acknowledging my situation and who I was. Some employees at this location are great but untill useless old men like the one I delt with leave the location I will never buy from here again because I technically lost 55$ since he refused to help an apperant "scammer", I was honestly better off riding a bus for 20-30 mins to the next 7/11 on Jane & Weston.

After reading all the reviews I can say that this place is disgusting. I was talking to my friend on my phone and I was talking to him about the waiting at seven eleven. Suddenly one of the sales representative start abusing me for talking about their services on phone. I replied that I am not talking to you and I am talking to someone else. But she was talking to me more aggressively. Even I did not complaint her about delay but still she was paying more attention on my talk rather than her job. Service industry does not need this type of people. I am sorry for that but it is true that some people don't mind their business and try to take a flying Arrow in their back. I got followed in the store trying to buy coconut water and a kitkat. The staff member literally stood at the end of each isle I was in staring at me. I've been coming here regularly since moving to the area 2 years ago. This morning I went in and it was like I was living in a preCOVID world. The cashier's mask was halfway off her face rendering it ineffective, she was having many customers type their number into the screen without cleaning it. And there were multiple customers not wearing masks without being asked to by employees. I live with an autoimmune disorder and felt like my health was a secondary concern to that of the employees and other customers convenience. Whats worse is that this is my Canada Post location so I don't even have the option of not returning. I will be following up with Canada Post to discuss the situation.

Unfortunately, my girlfriend and I had an extremely rude experience with one of the cashiers on Saturday November 25th at 7:30 AM. We first arrived at 6:40 AM and were there as customers, spending at least $30/ 40 at this establishment. Buying working fellows that I know, coffees while we waited for my boss to pick me up. I was told not to charge my phone and then about 20 minutes later, I was looking for a new truck on my phone, but was told that we had to leave the store because my girlfriend was assumably sleeping on my shoulder, which she wasn't; she was leaning on my shoulder helping me look for trucks because we only have the one phone. I felt it had something to do with the Stigmata involved with the homeless, but just because we were in the store sitting for less than one hour (not the over exaggerated two hours which she said we were there for) at theare tables and chairs that I presume are for paying patrons to sit. We feel discriminated against and I think that it was quite uncooth and I'll be speaking to the manager on this matter as soon as I can get ahold of the him/ her. Not pleased.

I honestly think that Terrace should shut down 7/11. Not because of the service, but because of the food, and sanitation of the food trays. Just yesterday my brother ordered a chicken sandwich from them and they gave him two chunks of chicken. Which I thought was weird. But then when I asked for a chicken sandwich. The person behind the till went to grab the chicken and threw it in the garbage. I asked him why he did that and they did not replied. So I just ordered a corn dog and went home. As we were going home my brother and I traded food items because he didn’t want his sandwich. And I can see why. The chicken was way overcooked, the bread was soggy. And it had a funny taste. So now I am sitting at home throwing up because of that sandwich. I do not suggest going to 7/11 if you are hungry. Their food is just awful. So either they need to train their staff how to properly cook the chicken or don’t serve it at all. There are other better gas stations that serve food so I suggest going to those ones.

She said I can't let you buy a lighter because she thinks I'm giving it to my gf who doesn't have a id when she tried purchasing one. I smoke too, you're not a lawyer or a cop okay ma'am. Bought the chicken,wedges and corn dog at late night a few days ago and paid for everyhing. The staff tried to upsell the product nicely and I totally understand but refused friendly. When going back to the hotel, we found the corn dog was missing. It's so late and there is no other restaurant opening...and we were too tired to go back there after a long road trip. The worst store I had worked in.. The manager there is disgusting person. I had so many bad experiences for me as well as for other customers. He used to feed customers old nd bad food. That may cause people food poisoning as well. No appreciation for any kind of efforts in the store from manager. Sometimes the staff has to work for free because of that person. Well ever since arriving from another province East of Winnipeg, we have been here,since August of 2020.And this is my place to go, Trust me,when I say this!! There are these two fellas, who usually work the 3-11pm shift I finally got both names of these two, Gary and Harneet. Now let me say this, we do hope,this does make it to the owners of this store, which I think it's a corp business. Reason being, is that it does not matter, how your feeling, and in these times with covid 19 still with us,after 17 months these two guys, are (just amazing) at customer service.And they will always have a smile for you, no matter what. My question to these two!!, Is do you both ever get in bad moods?? I highly doubt it. This said, we have always had, our wings fresh, and pizza, always great. ( Always).We have to come roughly 18kmh to get there, but it's worth it, just to have a quick chat with these two, and we have never left going here, and only this store, because of these two fellas there. And have not yet left, Without a few smiles or hard laughs. In these days, like I have said, people get depressed, down etc, etc,. So I seldom ,write a review for a 7 come eleven, but felt it necessary, to do this because, It is very well deserved. Most, will often write about bad customer service, so I'll close saying keep up the awesome service guys. We are leaving back for home soon, and without a doubt we are going to miss your guys!!????????????????, but will not soon forget, the awesome service you both have provided us during our stay here in Winnipeg. I shop here all the time as it's very close to my house, and frequently buy cigarettes here as well. Today I was told that I can't buy cigarettes because my ID is expired even though it clearly shows me in the photo and clearly states I'm well over the age to purchase tobacco. The employees then lied straight to my face and told me the reason they can't accept it is because they need to scan the ID, even though this 7/11 nor any other 7/11 has ever scanned my ID while I was buying cigarettes. Absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of time.

What an awful business and such awful service. Have arrived to this 7/11 4 times in the past few days, just trying to collect a graduation gift someone sent me, and between reduced hours-showing up repeatedly just for them to close on me as I arrived-and only having one single employee working the Post Office while a line loops around the store is atrocious. Great example of terrible business practices. Get it together and learn to be efficient. This is maddening. If I could rate less than 1 star, I certainly would.

The whole time the 2 gentlemen behind the counter were on their phones talking to someone else very loudly and when it was my turn to speak I wasnt even asked if i wanted any hot food from the case or if i had a 711 rewards app card. Once i asked for food from the case i was forcibly asked to repeat myself because they couldn't hear me over the phone conversation they were having. After they sighed about that I mentioned that they failed to ask me if I'd like bag. Which I did so I walked over to receive my hot dog and they procede to slam the drawers and my hot dog. I dressed my hot dog and went to grab my bag at the till...which was just my items on top of the bag which i paid for....and now the person behind the till STILL talking on the phone starts to ring my stuff in...again...I had to tell him that I already paid for this stuff and this bag..which it should have been in. I ended up packing the bag myself. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP WITH HEAD OFFICE.

I was not really a fan of 7-Eleven because of my first experience on Pendygrasse was not good. Few weeks ago, my friends took me to Kensington. This time my experience was very opposite. The employee named Asiya pleasantly welcomed us by saying " welcome to 7-Eleven". She did a great customer service by asking us " would you like to try any food today?". Her way of communication was so good. The food was really delicious and she made my evening too. Now me and my friends like to come to kensington.

Very nice store, used to be 24 hrs but due to pandemic they reduced night hrs. Staff is very nice and friendly, and go above and beyond to fulfill your requests. This is a good service establishment. THE CITY OF WINNIPEG Food service establishment BY-LAW NO. 5160/89 SECTION 21.1.(a) clearly states, all such establishment requires to have adequate number of toilets for male and female patrons. I was in this establishment 12:45 am July 2nd wanted to purchase food. But the employee advised they have no washroom. My question is do you have a legal permit to operate in this premise to serve food? Will be reporting your store to the appropriate authorities.

M@n!$h@ you scanned my items and didn't tell me my total or asked me how I'm gonna pay. Usually good location, however be cautious late night during the spring summer fall months, drug addicts hookers and losers hangout in the parking lot. Possibly dangerous to kids and teens. Often leads to very uncomfortable experiences, including hookers yelling over cold hot dogs, beggars asking for you to get cash back or dealers screaming at young girls in the store. Peel Police needs to keep a close eye on this location. Clean up the Downtown already!

It seems that the staff DON'T care about COVID or proper food handling.I visited the store this evening around 645. After a guy finished touching money, he goes to the food and starts touching everything without gloves. I asked him 3x to put on gloves and the female employee said " he does whatever he wants". What a joke. 7-11 is known for one thing only. A slurpee. You get there in a heat wave and the machine is not working. Hasn't been working for days apparently. The sign on the door says "no slurp ice" ........ Icing on the cake. Premium fuel is 30 cent a litre higher than regular. Anywhere else in alberta its 12 cents higher. Must be nice being able to gouge citizens along with tourists all day.

The only place in town that is open late night for those who work graveyard shifts. Listed as Open on google meanwhile the store is actually closed but appears open with the lights on and staff inside who will stare at you while you try the door as there’s no signage to anything except a handwritten piece of paper on the door. Been a bunch of groups with the munchies roll up to be turned away even though there’s staff… small town so there’s no other options, place wouldn’t survive with any competition

Horrible customer service. The white lady with the glasses working night shift is a disaster. I went to pick up an uber eats order, the lady firstly ignored me completely, made me wait for 15 minutes while my order was ready. Later, she just kind of looked at me with a frustrating look and literally yelled, "What's your order number". I had to cancel the order with that kind of attitude someone showing me. They really need to train their staff well to look more professional. Worst 7 eleven in Hamilton.

I apologize for the low review if I'm mistaken, but no change table?? I got fuel, unloaded my 3 children that I was traveling with (alone), waited about 10 minutes for the 1 washroom to become available. A staff member passed us a couple times, but not once mentioned that it wasn't a family friendly washroom...I had my 2 young daughters beside me, a baby in my arms with the diaper bag ready to go and we were obviously standing there waiting for the washroom to change the baby, only to find that there is nowhere to change a baby. Seems odd for a gas station. Is there another washroom that I missed?

Wanted to order 3 Slurpees through Skip the Dishes but that doesn't meet the minimum order or the $20 for free shipping so I ordered some other items to reach the $20 threshold. Received the extra items but not the Slurpees that I actually wanted. Skip told me to reorder and they would refund the missing items and then once I reordered, they would refund the delivery fee. By that point the store was closed on Skip. Not sure how you miss 3 large Slurpees when you're packing an order.

Every day I buy 2 or 3 extra large Slurpee's I was in there at 9:30 am Wednesday, I went to the counter, the guy scanned my app, I told him I wanted to buy 3 are Slurpee's, I gave him the money, he gave me change, I got my Slurpee, then went to my car. I looked at my app, it did not show I made a purchase, I went back inside, the clerk was in the bathroom, I then explain. It to the older blonde haired lady, all she could do was chuckle bout it and said, it takes a few hours to show check later. Well it's been over 24 hours and nothing, I called the store and was rudely brushed off and then was told to call customer service. I did and customer service said it doesn't show I made any purchase there at all. So I waste my gas and time, spend my money EVERY DAY but yet I get ripped off collecting my points. Then you call 7-11 back and all they do is argue with you. What kind of manager does this or allow his employees to do this. I actually know a guy whom use to work there, he said the employees do that to customers then later atthe points to their account. Wow, what happened to true Canadian customer service and loyalty. Also the owner replied to this review and as you can see it's automated, too dam lazy to take the time to reply or fix this customers complaint. And he also said contact us at (ly/1W0Yckl) Can anyone at Google explain to me what. ly/1W0Yckl Is.. But to play his game if you read my review I indeed did contact both head office and his store, again an East Indian guy argues with you then hangs up on you. We order from here through Skip The Dishes and our order is messed up every time! We just paid $21 for 2 taquitos, 2 large slurpees and a bag of doritos. Were already paying 2x as much, but then we get a small sad bag delivered with 2 cold hard old taquitos, NO slurpees, and instead of Doritos, we got one of their small trays which was slightly opened, yet NO cheese or chilli included on the side or anything! When I tried to call them, the phone line is continually busy. Even after an hr! It feels like it is left off the hook so employees don't have to answer to the angry customers. Every time I go in person, there is always slurpees and Doritos, so clearly, this is plain lazy staff who don't want to do anything. Pick anywhere but here for your late night cravings.
