The Subs are good there but the washrooms have been "out of order" for over a year. Other restraunts have their washrooms open, serviced, fully functional, and repaired properly. This is a major inconveniece to paying customers. If I needed it that bad I would have gone in the back lane behind the restraunt. Nothing personal to workers but only to owners and management.

What a fantastic experience. The store super clean and the local staff really did well and friendly. I enjoyed how my keto bun was cut just partially to allow my Louisiana chicken to stay in place????super fresh. Was heated to protection and cut in half to make eating easier. My friend had an associated sub and Pastry. All good!

This is hands down the best Mr. Sub location. I've eaten at other locations, mainly in Southern Ontario, but this one makes the best tasting subs. The bread is always soft and fresh, and the ingredients are always fresh and crisp.

It's just like Subway you order and pick your veggies, but you have to list your veggies so your server can write them down without you seeing the veggies they have because they are at the other end of the counter. Just thought this was bizarre. I will just go to Subway from now on.

I heard about this Caesar Meatball Sub on the internet - Hack the Menu. Holy Macaroni!!!!!!! THIS SUB IS THE BOMB!!!!! I drove 200 kms just to try it and I'll keep coming back. This store is amazing, I can't believe MR.SUB has their flagship in Sturgeon Falls of all places, but WOW am I glad I came. Modern, Clean, Professional Staff, EVERYTHING is FRESH, and the bread is AMAZING! This franchisee and his team should be the archetype for the whole company. WOW WOW WOW

The tomatoes were shriveled up and there were black spots on them. The lettuce was brown. Walked out while the sub was being made, because I didn't feel safe eating from there. When I questioned the black tomatoes, I was told it was because of the machine they use. Which makes no sense to me.

Pathetic service. This is concerning the staff working on 26 May. I went there 9.30pm, there was no one present in front. When i called out, a girl peeped from the back room and said she'll be right out. She was on the phone. I waited more than 5mins lost my patience and left. Management should look into this regarding the concerned staff.

DISGRACEFUL Another in a long list of restaurants that is serving walk in take out food for people without cars but has their washroom facilities CLOSED! No hand sanitizer available and no washrooms. How DISGUSTING! During these difficult times we should not forget these types of behaviors. I will not. This location lost my business today and in the future when life goes back to "normal".
