Arrogant rude owner. I don't live in Ft. Erie so I'm not a regular of this restaurant but I do have business meetings in that town so I've frequently had breakfast or lunch there, going back about three years now. When I first went there (3 years ago) the breakfasts were very good and the owner was friendly and down-to-earth. I guess success has turned him into a cocky arrogant man. I was there today for breakfast. I didn't feel like having eggs and the server (a young guy who was very sweet and nice) told me they had pancakes or French Toast. So I ordered the French Toast. When it arrived, I was taken aback as it was just one slice of toast. I have never seen that before. I've ordered French Toast at many establishments and have never been given just one slice. It's always been two slices. I mentioned it to the waiter, thinking maybe I was supposed to specify a FULL order of French Toast. A few mins later the owner came out, leaned right down into my face and asked me if there was a problem. I told him I was expecting two slices of bread and I've never seen that before where one one slice was offered. Well he got offended and defensive and said he's been the owner for 8 years and he knows what's he's doing. When I said "okay, I've just never seen that before", he waved me off, said "Whatever" in an angry voice and stomped off to the kitchen. When I paid, I did notice it only came to $5.00 for the one slice of bread and coffee but I would have been happy to pay more for two slices of bread. But I guess he's too cheap and stingy. Well you made a sale again today, but you lost a customer.

A Friendly Establishment with Delicious Food. I've been a few times now, great every time. It has a lovely view of the river. Spaces for parking for pickup. A must try in the area.

It blows my mind that this place as any positive reviews . I suspect they must have friends and family trying to offset their overall score . Service is painfully slow , bacon was rubbery , home fries had more onion than potatoes, inedible at best

There are many restaurants you can choose from. Yet few understand the value of having a welcoming home like atmosphere by means of a compansioate staff who put there heart into the food and customer care. A must go to restaurant if you are on your own or with friends and family! ????

The visit was impromptu, but well worth it. It's in a smaller Niagara community, but with the find and visit. The food was delicious and the people who work there are very pleasant. All in all, it's very reasonably priced and will not disappoint.

Sat there for nearly 20 minutes without food, and watched as two tables that came in after were served before us. We weren't even offered a highchair for our toddler who was struggling to stay still in a booth. Completely disappointed.

Hubs and i both had chicken pita with tzatziki. He had fresh-cut fries and i had red lentil soup. Everything was outstanding. Best meal i have had out in probably a year!

Bridgeburg Family Restaurant and our server, Fran especially, made our day with a pleasant breakfast and by packing a FABULOUS post dive lunch for our Niagara River Drift Dive. It is our regular meeting place for 5 years...see you next year if not before!

Ordered 2 pancakes and it came with a small container of syrup already open (which should have been sealed) and half used. I got one small butter pat for two pancakes. I got through half of my first pancake when I noticed my plate still had some egg on it and I didnt have eggs!! My son had the breakfast special and the bacon tasted funny and his potatoes were a bit on the hard side and eggs were still a bit runny. He complained to the waitress snd she said they were busy. They weren't that busy. Needless to say not going back.

I really enjoy the breakfast at the Bridgeburg. The staff are friendly and efficient. Food is really good with generous portions. Prices are very reasonable and the view of the river from the patio is most pleasant.

I kid you not, this place has as good service and better food than virtually any mom and pop shop you're likely to go to in Toronto or the falls. The Donair is out of this world and the Donair Benedict? Insane. What haven't I had this EVERYWHERE before? I'm on my way to the east coast and the only bad thing I can say about bridgeburg? Is it makes me need to east less and I already have the tickets! Please also note, the service is FANTASTIC!

We dined July 28, 2019 after visiting Niagara Falls. The place looks like you could knock it down with a glance, but give it a try! Turkish dishes of falafel and donor pita were authentic and delicious. Good coffee, could be stronger. We sat on the patio with a view of the river and Buffalo. Service was great, bathrooms not so great.

Sub par food and sub par service, also I hear the owner is not that pleasant of a person when he's not in the restaurant, being rude and aggressive and calling people names is not how to make good business in a small town. I took my kids there I got two kid poutine two chicken pitas and a Caesar salad and two chocolate milk's one coffee and one Pepsi came to 42$ The Caesar salad with only lettuce bacon and Caesar salad dressing with a slice of lemon I thought that the Caesar salad should have had way more in it also the pitas. were very plain and didn't have any flavour I gave them one star just for the service i'll probably never eat there again
