REVIEWS OF Yellow Cup Cafe IN Etobicoke

Great place for breakfast or lunch.

Natalya Rya

Its fine when its empty. When its near capacity, I guess the owners don't bother to think through things such as line up location. You need to stand between tables interrupting other people businesses.

Lori Shewchuk

Had to send my breakfast back twice and still wasnt cooked right so i just ended up leaving didnt even bother to get a refund as i didnt have time before work anymore

Alex Ryabtsev

Awesome café. Food is great as is the ambiance. A little cramped - my only complaint. Which is not a huge deal.

CHERYL Palmer

Had wonderful experience.

Steve Formoso

The Yellow Cup Cafe is a very cozy, social little cafe to come and hangout with friends. Don't expect a quiet place to come work or do your homework as this place tends to get busy and has minimal outlets for electronics. The choice of coffees, teas, and other drinks is very respectable and their desserts and crêpes are fantastic choices.

Jackie Moore

Takes forever to get delivery order ready

Sophie Kal

Good food and quick service

Michael McFarlane

Good food! Great coffees! And reasonable prices! What's not to like?

Pinn SkyTV

Nice little spot off 427. It does get busy in the evenings but enjoyed the service and food. Internet quality is solid and good spot for work and dates

I frequent The Yellow Cup Cafe regularly as, for me, it's close to both home and work. It's difficult to tell by looking at the parking lot if the place is full or not. The staff are generally quite friendly and helpful but they can get backed-up with orders on especially busy days, which sometimes results in waiting abnormally long for your food to arrive. They have an eclectic array of fresh-brewed coffee (seasonal/specialty/etc.) at any given time and offer a large variety of desserts, sandwiches, breakfast dishes, soups, salads and the like, which are all well-made and satisfying for any time of the day. Crepes are the main draw of the Yellow Cup Cafe and they're all excellent. Generally categorized into Main Course (usually including prepared meat/vegetable dishes) and Sweet Crepes/Waffles (often including fruit, ice cream, and/or nuts). They also offer the option to customize a crepe dish to your liking, though I've personally never bothered with custom crepes The crowd is emblematic of the people in the surrounding area, polite and amicable, which is likely due to the Yellow Cup being a staple hangout of the area for decades. A lot of people go there because it has a familiar and comfortable atmosphere. The design is quaint and rustic without being garish or crude. The only real downside is that the peak hours are rather intense and the limited space available becomes staggeringly apparent. The venue can quickly become packed with people at such times and finding a seat may not be an option, though when the weather is accommodating, they make good use of the outdoor patio area, which greatly helps with the clientele density issues. The staff don't mind if customers need to 'Tetris' some tables into an ideal configuration to accommodate groups of several people attending. There is Wi-Fi available, high-chairs for small children and infants, and they also occasionally have live music in-store. The staff keeps the restrooms in good, clean order, and tend to be very welcoming once they get used to you. Overall, the Yellow Cup Cafe is a tasteful, fun and pleasant place to chill out with good company and good food. So long as you are not unfortunately stuck in seating limbo, there is nothing inherently unpleasant to describe about visiting the place.

Edit: service here is not what it was. They mess up my order just a little bit each time and are much slower than usual.

Mike Jacobs

A fantastic brunch option in Etobicoke that offers delicious food without breaking the bank. Unfortunately due to the pandemic we didn’t get a chance to experience the incredible yellow themed decor and homey atmosphere but we couldn’t have been more pleased with the takeaway experience. We had the salmon eggs benny, roasted pear waffle and big country breakfast. All of which were delicious but the eggs benny was especially memorable. Thanks Yellow Cup and keep up the great work!

Gerry

The food is so good here! I love the atmosphere and the decor. Very cute and close to home which is a plus!

AGG Production

Waited in line for about 20-30 minutes with only two customers ahead of us. The two staff working there did not acknowledge the line of people forming and did not seem to care. They fought with a woman who skipped the line and seemed like a disgruntled past employee. Not once did they give eye contact to us waiting. They proceeded to laugh about what had happened and made the order for the customer ahead of us at a snail's pace. We ended up leaving because it was so frustrating.

Honestly, the food was good and my cold mocha beverage was excellent - but it just wasn't worth it. Understand everything at this place is undirected and a little chaotic. You never know who's in front of you in the line up to order. The cafe is busy, and there is never seating available, unless you're ready to elbow your way on to some chairs as soon as another patron moves to leave. I waited an extra 5 or 10 minutes for my take out order because they called my name, and I apparently didn't hear them from the far side of the cash register (the only space available for someone to stand and wait). This place would rate a ton higher if they implemented some solutions to make the customer experience a little less stressful. The food was pretty decent, but by the time it arrived, I was in no mood to enjoy a nice meal.

AL

Across Cloverdale Mall a good place for a simple and quick meal, good size savory, sweet crépes, waffles, cold sandwiches, coffee, tea, sometimes a little bit of a wait time, ample parking in the plaza

Ankur Mathur

Cute little spot with decent amount of parking. Order at the front cash and they bring your food to you. Amazing breakfast and good coffee. Really nice atmosphere to relax with a friend over coffee. If you go on Sunday, go early, it gets really busy. Tiramisu 13/10

True Adventure

Service was terrible. The two ladies seem uncaring. I have been here a couple of times recently. I was pleased the first time with the coffee 2 years ago and a man served at that time, which made me return. Unfortunately the past 2 times I felt bad. For the 1st time, I was in line. There was no person in front of me. The two ladies saw me, but kept ignoring me. They were talking each other, but not willing to get my order. I felt weird and uncomfortable, so I left. For the 2nd time, I was in line and there was no person in front of me again. They did the same attitude like my previous visit. I was about to leave. Finally one of ladies got my order. However I disappointed with her disrespectful tone of voice and behaviour. She ruined my morning coffee mood. I would NOT recommend to anyone.

Ivonne Almazán

Excellent place to sit down and chat with friends. Their crepes and sandwiches are good snacks to lounge about with. But really, I wanted to write this review to share the following picture. It's like a dessert kingdom!

Navedh Maitraiya

I had pierogies. They were great! The menu is pretty big, so I am going back for more!!!! Next visit I will take photos because u have see how nice plated meals are! Next trip is for the pancakes. Saw some go by my table and they looked amazing! Mango smoothie delicious!

Joel

Perfect place for coffee and breakfast ! Friendly servers, delicious food and overall good vibe..Keep it up !

Kiran X

Amazing place. A lot of people on weekends, but great food and tasty coffee. Salmon crisp is a must try!

Cesar Comino

Love having brunch here. Friendly staff and great food

Debbi Callander

I had a great cup of coffee here, the Cafe is very well maintained and I love the yellow colour in their brand. Also, I've been told the food was nice here to eat, and I plan on trying it out shortly.

Ando Del

Amazing crepes fantastic coffee give them a try

P Lem

The Asian waitress who brought us our two crepes didn't even bother asking us who had ordered each type of crepe. She literally just dropped them in front of us and let us figure it out. Would it have been too hard for her to ask us who had ordered which so that she could place the correct order in front of each person who had ordered it? Instead we had to switch our plates around ourselves. It's small things like that that shows a total lack of attention to good service. And one last thing: tables are never wiped down, they just clear hem without cleaning them.

Mile Domanović

Just amazing, perfect place for brunch, coffee ... Very friendly staff, and perfect place to spend your weekend morning.

Andrew Garrett

Great food and cozy atmosphere but it was really busy and the staff weren’t very polite. Amazing crepes !

Michelle Best

Definitely a great place to order catering from. I reco the Lasagna with bruschetta. AMAZING

The Brush of Ti

Really love the style and feels here. Cozy and comfortable, lots of parking lot. Wish more places like this around every new community.

RK

An amazing breakfast/brunch/lunch/dinner hangout in Eatonvile (Etobicoke). A crazy extensive menu with mouthwatering breakfast options, desserts, ice cream and coffee/tea. Super convenient location across from Cloverdale Mall. Very good prices. You order at the front cashier and your meal is brought to your table (you’re given a number once you’ve paid). A small but we’ll designed space accommodates more people than you’re led to believe.

Elvis Do

Nice little cafe, it is a bit unorganized as there is no information given if you are to wait to be seated and be served by a waiter/waitress or order at the counter; everyone seemed a bit confused. Other than that, once you have a table you do order at the counter where they will give you a table number and bring your food. The food was good and turned out very quickly. The pricing is fair and I would go back again!

Riley Miljure

Great selection of food and drinks, cozy atmosphere. Great to meet friends and chat.

Shadio Hashi

Mehdi Zargar

This is a cozy cafe with a good brunch menu and sweets. It is very crowded during the weekend and too many tables too close to each other make the cafe a noisy place. The service is not fast enough and the line becomes very long, adding to the frustration. I really enjoy coming here when it's not that busy. During the summer, they have tables outside as well.

Angelika Khalil

They don't care the covid protocol, plus cold coffee

Elham Mahootchi

All is perfect, breakfast is great... Sweet or salt, whatever you prefer. The fifth star i would not give it only for the space, it's too small, is hard to evenseet in a table.

Danielle

Yummy coffee, great crepes! Lots of choices of sweet or savory breakfast/brunch options. Good selection of coffee including a house blend...great tea choices. I will be going back!

Dave Steinfeld

Love this little cafe! Great coffee, nice atmosphere and also a decent menu for food and snacks. This is my go-to place in this neighborhood.

MJ Martins

It's a small cute cafe with delicious crepes. Go early or be prepared to fight for a table.

Deni Kosumov

Absolutely my favorite place at any time of the day. Amazing food, wonderful and warm service.

Lori Cooper

Great food good atmosphere Friendly staff and very good coffee

Mara Ahmed

Quality food and warm, friendly, welcoming staff. Had the Cranberry Brie French Toast and a Caramel Warm Apple Cider.

Roberta J

Good food

kirill koluzanov

If you want a great place for a date, this is a very lovely coffee shop. Nice patio, food is great, customer service is excellent. My girlfriend loves it.

Mariia Unanova

It is a warm and welcoming environment filled with some fun and friendly décor. Ordered a Benedict Breakfast and it was rather underwhelming. I'd be open to trying the menu again.

Paul Martin

Classic Cafe with a cozy atmosphere. Music is not too loud which is tailored to hold a conversation. Very European style of giving you a kettle in which to pour your own tea (holds two cups).

Anett G

A hidden gem in Mississauga. A warm yellowy themed restaurant/cafe that has been open for more than a decade. So many options to choose from(of food), good luck deciding, they are all delicious!

Nellie Terzieva, MBA, CIPS

Good food that's healthy fast and good prices.

Sascha K

Good breakfast and a nice place to eat, grab a drink or have a crepe or waffle! Service is decent. I only take off a star because buying slices of cake there is usually dry. I have bought slices to go home with and quite a few times the cake would be slightly stale (not moist). Better to just eat it there!

Arjoon Vohra

A small and cute cafe in Etobicoke with economical items and great service. My wife and I came here for a quick snack so we went for the chicken fajita and the chicken sandwich. It was quite delicious. The addition of chips and pickles were the icing for sure. Next time, I definitely want to try their desserts and fresh juices!

Pat Reyes

Great crepes and good coffee. Could improve on music and serving order (dessert should come after the food).

Lena Gauthier

Best decaf I've had.

Joao Lessa

Not bad overall!

Al Jayouch

We had a super yummy brunch here not too long ago (the crepes are a must!) The cafe has a cute retro kinda vibe (old school garage doors and such.) Wish the service wasn’t so slow but I understand we came on a busy day during a lunch rush. Regardless, would definitely go back again!

Beautiful Nessa

Food was outstanding. I understand why their reviews are so high. I had a grilled veggie sandwich with no cheese and it was very tasty. It reminded me of a pizza. The layout of the restaurant is very lousy. The front entrance is right at the intersection of where you order and where the waitresses come out to serve food so it was very chaotic all in one spot.

Michael Czerwinski

Yellow Cup has been here for years and it’s so surprise. The deserts are delicious and very reasonably priced. I also recommend the London Fog!

Terence Chan

Nice and cozy place to have cup of coffee and a bite. They serve good quality food.

Paige D

One of the best spots in Etobicoke. Great food, outstanding service, awesome atmosphere. Great place to eat or sit for a yellow cup o' java.

Mikhail Rayzberg

Best flavoured coffee!! Great food! Can get packed on weekends and difficult to get a seat if you don't go early!

Erma b

Great cafe with personal service that is hard to find these days. The naked goods are fresh and the coffee is excellent. The only downside to the place is that it is a bit small and crowded during peak hours.

Brian S

A very nice little cafe for that perfect pick me up. Definitely very cozy and you’ll get to know your neighbors type of place. What I found to be a very nice touch is the use of fresh flowers at every table. It shows that these guys care about making the guest experience excellent. You need to go up to the counter to order, but they bring out the food to your table. The fresh orange juice was fantastic. And the food was delicious. People were raving about the crepes... I didn’t have it, but I sure wish I did. Sometimes I’m looking for just the simple things done right, and this place delivers. It can get busy, but I think it’s worth it.

Samira G

Good food

Larysa Hyzka

Best eggs tasting eggs in the area. Assortment of great self serve coffee

İlayda Ergul

Love the breakfast and selection of sandwiches. Would not recommend the smoothies...

Tiger Sabarillo

Waited 10 min for two black coffees...only to have the teenage cashier tell me that it's self serve - he didn't give me any cups or indication of this. If you are retired with lots of time on your hands, this could be your place. I wouldn't recommend for quick in and out

Ashley Cameron

Excellent local coffee shop with lots of drink options, they also service breakfast, crepes and gelato. The staff is friendly and quick with orders. A great local business to support if you're in the area.

Pasindu Dharmadasa

Good coffee, nice staff and good service, will definitely come back for another cappuccino!

Kulmeet Grover

Terrific spot. Always nice. Very tasty and fresh. Will go again when in the neighborhood.

V.L.

Great cafe with a large select of coffee and food. Pay for a cup of coffee and refill as many times as you want. Perfect spot for lunch or after work meet ups

Ainishah Hemraj

I have no idea how this place is 4.5 stars. I highly suspect they have some fake reviews here to bump up their overall rating. Service: Terrible. Rudest staff I have consistently seen at a restaurant. They seem miserable. I am not sure if its because of the owner but I have never seen staff so obnoxious, dismissive and uncaring. They are extremely disorganized. People getting wrong orders and waiting 30 minutes for their food. Food: Very very basic food. Their potatoes are consistently undercooked. Food is comparable to what you would get on an airplane. I would rather get coffee and breakfast at the Shell gas station around the corner.

S Fleming

Wonderful food.

Paulina S

Amazing location. They have great staff and and the place is very cozy. The food is ok too.

Chiara Falorni

Nice Cafe. Great Menu Selection. Courteous Staff. Try to visit in non-peak hours. In peak hours the cafe is super busy and the sitting arrangement is too too too too congested.

Trilli (TRILLI)

I really like this cafe. It is ver accessible and they always have a service with a smile. They have a wide selection of desserts, brunch and drinks. It does get very packed at all hours of the day.

Manu Sharma

Nice staff . Decent lunch menu, I go for the waffles and crepes .

Crystal Star

Cute little spot in Etobicoke for crepes and brunch. Nice variety of self-serve coffees and an open patio seating area.

Giselle Boada

An eclectic space, great for casual catch ups! Delicious dessert crepes and bottomless coffee!

Bart Rybarczyk

Good food and coffee, just can be a bit busy and tables are a bit small

Rup Magon

Awesome food. Servers are very nice and kind

SM G

Great place for brunch! The Eggs Benedict is simply delicious. Staff was very friendly for the most part except the woman at the cash. It gets really busy so make sure you grab a table first. You place an order and they give you a tag which you take to the cashier.

Natasha Kochovska

One of my favourite cafes in Etobicoke!

WoaIts Bren

Great family place! Have eaten here three times over the past four years, and never been unhappy with the food or service. The venue is a bit cramped, but that kind of contributes to the ambience. Lots of parking except at brunch hour on Sunday. Good location, easy to find, close to the 427. Prices are reasonable. Will be going back if we’re in the neighbourhood.

Adri R

Best meal crepes ever. Highly recommend the new Yorker. Amazing flavor and great portions!

Mike Perczyszyn

Good breakfast, amazing and fresh smoothies, kind staff, and fast service. Best place for breakfast, brunch, or a midday snack.

Jodi Harvey

This place is a staple. Great food and lots of interesting flavoured drip coffees! Their Breakfast Fajita crepe is one of my favorite dishes there. Can't wait to be able to dine in again.

Vivina Cornelio

Nice place, couple tables outside, but you have to make older inside

KARAN TAUK

Crepes is delishes

Randolph van Vught

Lovely place, cozy and warm atmosphere. They serve great tuna salad sandwiches and crepes.

Adrienne Chan

Good portion for breakfast. Fair price. But honestly.. public health should visit this place for a covid inspection. Too many people in a tiny space...

Mihaela Riposan

Love this place. The vibe inside us amazing, it's a great place to go with friends. The food and drinks are a bit on the expensive side, but they are really good (especially the crepes)

Aloha Snackbar

Food is excellent always. Yummy Polish crepe a must try.

Müge ile •Kanada•

Used to be a regular decades ago and liked when they had a couch. Food options, decor and friendliness are all good and unchanged.

Luba Rusin

A great little spot for a warm meal. We ordered breakfast and it was quite affordable and tasty. My brother has been a huge fan of this place for a while now and loves their smoothies too.

Dennis Barbato

Cute place for lunch or coffee with a friend.

Bozena nikolski

Super cute, great coffee and food. I love their eggs benni and their peach ice tea is absolutely amazing!

Andrew Kunyoung Lee

Hidden gem. Lovely brunch and breakfast. Gets super busy, so be patient.

Alka Wadhvana

This is a nice, niche coffee and breakfast place that rock's their theme with hundred's of yellow cups sitting and hanging everywhere. It's so popular that there is often no seating at peak hours. But if you go at the right time it's a warm, cozy atmosphere with great food and exceptional coffee!

Shannon Baddeley

Love "Yellow Cup Cafe". Decent prices and tasty food. Bacon spinach crepes are the best. There are many available parking spots and free. Evening alive music is too loud and i dont like it, so always leave before it starts.

Edmond Gojani

My husband I would go here often. The atmosphere and cozy environment overpowers the actual taste of food. Usually we get the breakfast - eggs bacon toast potatoes. It’s basic nothing extravagant in taste. Sometimes when it’s busy you can tell by the food, ex bacon looks like it’s made in advance. I love their coffee station area- lots of variety and their fresh orange juice is great. Staff also nice

Banu Sarkut

I loved the coffee, the meals and the place. I would love to come back again ❤️

Mandi Buckner

Lovely little shop!!! Lots of nice drinks to choose from. They also did me a solid and made a Matcha Latte to go, even as they were closing! Sorry I was 'that guy' , but I really appreciated it! :)

Christine Nawas

Nice and cozy place to enjoy breakfast and a good cup of coffee.

Tara CC

Plates are older than my mom. The quality of food is not all that great. I asked for strawberry ice cream in the crepe and I got raspberry gelato. The crepe is so thin. Fruits are spread one piece near the next so the smallest amount would cover the whole surface of the crepe. But the plates are the most disgusting thing I have ever seem in a restaurant. I have taken a picture. Not sure how to attach it here.

Yulia Prusyajna

Great food and ambiance. decore is cozy and food is not heavy. Highly recommend the Ruben and the pancakes

Michael Wood

Very well managed establishment. Food is yummy, nice selection, excellent coffee... the staff cud use a few smiles :)

K A

Man, I really want to like this place. The food is good if a bit expensive. I'm told they can only make one crepe at a time, so when we ordered four we got one, ate it, waited, got another, ate it, waited, etc. Would have been nice to not have three people watching one person eat in shifts. When I asked the person behind the counter what was up they looked at me like I was crazy. Maybe I am.

Yvette Barnes

Served other people before us when we walked in. When I asked they were rude about it.

Jessica Tang

Amazing. Excellent European food

Flappy Ducks

Every time I go here, it's always packed! They offer great breakfast specials for very reasonable prices, and the waffles as well as crepes are fantastic too! Lattes are great, and the self serve flavoured coffee station is always stocked up and ready to go. The atmosphere has a yellowish shabby chic kinda vibe going on, but it works for the place and makes it unique. Overall, a great affordable spot to have breakfast with family and friends!

Svilen Rangelov

Food was good, sandwich was ok, the girl on the cash was very nice and made some changes I needed for my food, my Benedictine were very good. We ordered a waffle and they brought a crepe , the girl told me well they made a mistake is ok? Cause this will go to garbage, the way she said it is like you eat this because this is what I brought. I told her, I don't mind to wait, and that I understand mistakes could happen, but I prefer to get what I ordered, she made an annoying face, then she brought the waffle which was good. In general I think the service is very disorganized you get a table if you find something available, and then you have to stand in a long line and order, then they bring the food with an order number. Anything you want to ask like napkins, salt mayo, correct cutlery(I got 2 knives), you have to stand up to get it. So you dont feel like in a restaurant relaxed, more like self-service. I think the problem is the management, since is very busy they are just running very stressed out. I give 4 starts because the girl in the cash was very nice, she was clear about the waiting time and always with a smile, and even though it was busy the food came in reasonable time. Also, the best NY style cheesecake in the area.

Haddie majnoon

Great quality, good prices. This is my go to brunch place for my birthdays. I also visited this place during pandemic and they follow the covid safety guidelines.

Sean & LeeAnne

Amazing food and staff ????

Charlotte Bowman

Yellow Cup Cafe is a very good place to have a quick meal. There is all kinds of crepes from sweet to salty. There is food that you could eat for lunch and food that you could eat for breakfast. Yellow Cup Cafe is a kid friendly place. The staff is polite. The only down side is that this place is not wheelchair accessible. The place is very well decorated. It is usually very busy because of the good food and coffee. Yellow Cup Cafe has very good food but I rated it four stars because it is not wheelchair accessible, but overall this is a good place for a quick bite, desert, lunch, brunch and breakfast.

Rima Jay

I really do not understand all the positive feedback. I have been here a couple time and I will not be returning. The food is average, prices are high, and customer service is virtually non existent. There is a very awkward self service setup here that you will easily mess up on your first try. Don't expect any patience from the staff either. Oh and I hope that you used to work as a server because you will be carrying a tray of scalding hot coffee and food over other people's heads as you navigate yourself to a table. Good luck.

Erum Zuberi

Wonderful local cafe with great drinks, food, and customer service. They have a wide variety of crepes, including gluten free options, and tons of hot and cold beverages! They also have tons of milk options, including almond, soy, and oat. Service is friendly and attentive. Love the attention to detail in the cafe. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to do so. Can’t wait until Covid restrictions are loosened so I can go back and sit and enjoy the cafe’s atmosphere!

Olga Ivleva

A place that has become full of itself. No one responds to a complaint submitted to their email. Was a frequenter of this establishment, not any longer. Will do the opposite of recommending this place.

Karen Stephen

Really enjoyed the different kinds of coffee and my breakfast was very good. Service was nice

kellyn rose Orcullo

Free parking and a cozy atmosphere set the stage for some freshly made crepe's. Location is also perfect for those times I'm driving out of the city and want to grab a bite while waiting for traffic to die down.

Kamil Kubacki

Nice cafe but the people that work there lack common sense! While people are eating they bring out a stinkiest and dirtiest mop I've ever seen and start mopping. I almost threw up, I saw other patrons covering their noses and leaving. I will refrain of going in the details of the smell, but just imagine a decomposing rat on a hot summer day. I will not be coming back, it gives me a gag reflex.

Sachin J

Always nice to come back here. Great eastern europeanian type of cafe. Although, hope the tables were a bit bigger, hard to fit 2 plates...

Nico Bock

I have been here quite a few times recently. I was pleased the first time with the food, which made me return. Unfortunately the past 3 times I have ordered food for pick up, my order has been wrong. First we ordered wraps but instead got sandwiches (we were already all the way home when we realized so just ate the sandwiches which we didn't like as much). Second time my wrap was completely wrong and had to go back and get it re done. The last time I went again my wrap was wrong. Sadly I probably will not order from here for a bit as it's been frustrating to know that if I place an order I may be stuck with something I did not order (and may not have the time to wait for it to be re-made) this is enough for me to stay away for a bit. The food itself has been pretty good. Hopefully they can communicate better and get their orders right.

S K

Warm and cozy atmosphere with an amazing selection of food and coffee.

laura pudlo

Delicious waffle! Also the patio decor is nice, definitely coming back

joe szilvagyi

Yellow cup cafe has great food options when it comes breakfast food, crepes (sweet and savoury), cold and warm sandwiches, soups, cakes tea and coffee. The staff are friendly and this cafe has a great atmosphere (nice and cosy). It can get crowded if you come during peak hours.

Nicole Mgl

I absolutely love this place. Staff is always so nice, I can't wait for covid to be over so I can go hang out there and have a delicious cup of coffee. There food is great too. I only wish they would stay open later then 10pm but then you wouldn't hear the famous EVERYBODY OUT PLEASE IT'S 10 O'CLOCK. Lol. I really do love this place.

Amanda Moreiro

Quick service even though it was busy. Lovely sandwich.

Azka Shafiq

Huge menu and very reasonable prices. Really cozy vibes in the cafe. Coffee is self serve and lots of amazing bakery choices. Bonus is that they have gluten free options available!

Bill Hawryschuk

This place is a great place for breakfast and brunch. Many selections, cosy atmosphere and decent price. I'm so happy I've accidentally found this place.

ritesh malhotra

The food was delicious. They have a variety of selections at affordable prices. The yellow cafe theme is nice. The place is warm and cozy for adults but not suitable for babies (not enough room for strollers or baby seats). Would definitely recommend it as an outing option for breakfast or brunch with friends.

Florjan Gjolaj

Ordered for takeout and was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the food was! Can’t wait to go back and try other items from their menu!

Lex Lyon

Good service excellent food delicious pastries and coffee

Janaki Ravi Kumar

I come here a lot especially to work when I am between meetings. Food is fresh and very reasonable prices. Wifi works well. It can get crowded. Best part is they open up the restaurant in the warm weather so it's like sitting under a shaded patio. Coffee is sometimes cold.

Trey Heinzman

Nice place

Skyelar Pollack

Very cozy restaurant with large selection of crepes, good coffee and many other yummy food.Fast and friendly service, a unique restaurant in European style.

Iryna Goy

Great breakfast foods, fast service. It was packed and kind of hectic feeling, but the brunch food made up for that. They also have a wide variety of coffees

neharika thakur

The latte came 10min before the cheese cakes. We were half way with our lattes by then. The apricot cheesecake was not at all fresh. Really stale and you can smell & taste the fridge smell on it. Had no cheesecake taste at all. The cherry cheesecake was ok but still wasn’t fresh and mildly you can smell the freezer smell on it as well.

Sam B

Used to go here all the time. Gets incredibly crowded and the radio volume of Top Ten seems to go up a decibel per hour. Food no longer as fresh or well-portioned for what you pay for. I like the bagels, french onion soup.

Kirill Z

Great place to visit if you are craving some crepes, waffles or simply anything sweet. The cafe offers great variety of different desserts as well as various lunch options. I had tea & crepe with apple and ice cream. Portion was huge and delicious. I've been there only once but definitely coming back again.

Dmytro Savenko

Amazing food and coffee...Loved the yellow ambience.. ???? one of the best egg place to visit.. Suggest to have the Benedict and Florentino. Or make your own crepes...

Danny Mohan

We love this cozy and charming little place, and it seems we're not the only ones... it's always completely full, so you have to wait to have a table on days like Sunday at noon. However, the food is really good and I love the yellow dishes!

Bill Stepec

Funky environment, some of the best food in Etobicoke, and delicious coffee. The people are also very warm and friendly. The only down side is the challenge of trying to find a table - it's such a popular spot!

Abe Sanjakdar

Excellent food and ambiance with soft music played by live band

Julie Huynh

Staff is extremely RUDE and it ruined the entire experience. I have not been in a couple of years for this exact reason, but it is exactly the same as it always was. I just love being ignored by all the Staff, it really makes me feel like a valued customer.

MC MABC

The best crepes in town. My usual hangout spot is a cozy yellow happy corner cafe serving variety of crepes and waffles by cute friendly staff :) xxx

Breakfast

Andrey “the” Klimenko

the only reason we went here is because we were in the area and they allow dog in the patio. no one sat us so we grabbed a table in the patio and sat around for a while until we realized we had to go in and order, and it seemed like a lot of ppl who were before us were still waiting for their food at the table so we just decided to get coffees. Still waited 20 minutess to get an iced cappuccino and a latte. I told them it was for here when I ordered them but the iced cappuccino came in plastic cup and a straw (and it tasted very bland). the staffs seemed like they were in bad mood. We won't be coming back here.

faith meek

Food is amazing, great music, nice staff, and beautiful little cafe. Crepes are nice and thin, would defs come here to study

N S

This place is the best! Great place to enjoy a variety of different coffee blends, have a crepe, have a game of chess. Make sure you grab some ground coffee for your machine at home!

Vera M

Very good crepes

pwhlee

Cute, cozy, great food with lots of options, fair price, great staff. Has gluten free options.

Jesse Hodgins

One of Etobicokes hidden gems. Great coffee with alternating special flavours and classic flavours. Always fresh. Great food. It's small so it can get hectic in there

Tamara Borovcanin

i went thier once .lots of people, food might be good but their service is ridiculuos. i had to come back as no one was their on counter to take the order. Second Time : Good place ,just avoid going on the weekends .

Saskia Vanell

Very cute place! As others have said, a bit crowded, but I got a table right away at peak breakfast time. A fine place to go for breakfast for one. Super affordable and the flavored coffees were awesome!

Alex Liu

Grilled chicken wrap ????????????????????????

Bryan Crisp

Very good things about yellow cafe. It has all day breakfast and his family owned. Staff was super nice and coffee was good. Looking forward to coming here again.

Sandro Mancino

This place is a gem for a romantic or family breakfast. It's very cozy, nicely decorated in yellow, and their fried eggs with ham / sausages / salmon are tasty and portions are generous. They also serve great crepes which my wife and daughter love. The place feels European for those who appreciate it. Any time we go there - it is at least half full even when Subway and other eateries around have no customers at all.

Anita Staley

Great food and service and atmosphere. Friendly and well priced. This place is so good I would say at peak times it's beginning to become a victim of it's own success in that it gets crowded. Highly recommended though

Randy Charles Morin

Very cute and cozy place. I think it will become a regular for me. Menu has many different options for everyone. A few outdoor tables, nicely set up inside. Love the cute ambience .

Wieslaw Witko

love this little cofe. the food is awesome. nice courteous stuff. only problem is with sitting because this place is always packed and often you need to wait a while to get your own spot

Daniel Yoon

Friendly service, nice staff. Able to conduct meetings there. Great food.

Adam Bałoniak

It's a little better shopping experience than the Beer Store. The staff were friendly for another monopoly.

jeshiki

Good when it's good, when it's bad it's awful. Good food! Not so great service. The service girls are sometimes rude if you want to make changes to the menu order. Can be not enough staff or seating at busy times. The service girls are not the best at resolving an issue either, had to go out of my way to get them to fix the WiFi. They'll deliver your food late and cold if you have to resolve an issue, and be subtlety rude for the rest of the stay. Was a stressful waste of my time, I don't think I will be back anytime soon.

Chantelle Keeling

Delicious cakes and crapes are ok

Mackenzie Anderson

Those girls work so hard!!!

Sara Lim

Very good food. If you have allergies this us the place to eat. They even sell little gifts there.

Kris B

Food was good. Although ordering it was a puzzle. This place needs a user guide. Every employee seems surprised you don't know every detail about how their place works. Confusing. No indications about how things work or that there is no table service. Here's the guide: go on the far left of counter for food order, get a piece of plastic with a number on it, walk to the middle, repeat order to cashier, add your drink order, get empty cups, pay, go far right of counter, find a non empty coffee dispenser. Now go find a table, put up number on little rack for it, wait.

Natalia Murdza

The place is cozy and great for a cup of coffee but please, please, please if you do not like people dont be in customer service. The woman who was taking our order made us feel stupid for ordering a side of waffles.

Aranda C

Excellent place! Love it

LY K

It's a unique local cafe. It's really exudes the theme of a yellow cup. Very cozy. Great place for brunch or just to have a relaxing down time. Coffee and tea selection is great. The crepe menu is my favorite. You won't be disappointed. A little crowded in seating but it's the homey welcoming accent.

Gosha Bogdanov

Too long of a wait for 2 drinks. Also this place is poorly managed and it is just a big mess and unorganized. The owner should contact me and maybe then it won't be such an overcrowded mess. Everyone just stands ontop of each other because of the lack of effort this owner has put into the actual customer service aspect of a restaurant. Calling out order numbers isn't really the best choice for somewhere so busy and packed. Maybe have servers instead that tend to a few tables at a time. Your business will run better. Good luck!

Sarah Pinski

Food is quite good, but customer service needs much to be desired. The girl that took my order seemed annoyed while serving me; perhaps she was tired, but that's not a valid excuse. Tables should be wiped a bit more often; ideally after the customer(s) leave so the table is clean for next patron(s).

Anish Babu Bharatha

Very good especially the crepes but sometimes it is hard to find a table especially on the weekend. Good selection of coffee as well.

Scott Norris

I love this place! So cozy ????

Sara Abu-Ghnaim

Consistently busy and delicious! All day breakfast, sandwiches and smoothies. Drip coffee self serve with flavored and decaf always on. Gelato and cakes for dessert. A tight spot (when it's busy). Espresso/latte is good, serves with a mini biscotti. Sometimes a wait (small place). Buy Beans too, for $7.99 a half pound

Francisco Pareja

Fun little cafe that is very unique. The staff is very friendly. Overall, the food is always good and they have a great selection of coffee

Sean Stoeten

Great Coffee, Great Place, Great Price, Great Taste. A rare combination, Recommended for coffee lovers or casual coffee consumers. The Espresso Machine seems able to extract the taste of the coffee bean

Skye Leyco

I'm rating it a 2 star for the environment. I would say it's a nice place to go to talk and get a hot drink. This is my second time going. I got a chicken wrap which had no flavour. My friend got a chicken fajita she didn't like it. I also got a soda which wasn't bad and their smoothies taste like water. I would go back for sure but not to eat, plus the customer service was ok. There was a older lady at the counter rolling her eyes as people were ordering, if you don't like your job find a new one. That simple.

vino sinnathurai

I love this place! The food is always good, the bacon always super crisp and their freshly squeezed orange juice is out of the heavens. It does get pretty busy, so arrive early but you still always end up finding a spot.Reasonably priced too.

Andria Macri

I was pretty disappointed after going here. It’s super cute inside and the service was also kind and pretty fast. However, the espresso drinks and coffee that I got were very watered down, not something I’d want to purchase again. I also got a hot sandwich that wasn’t too bad but I might have liked it cause I hated the drinks so much. Once again, nothing to rave about here and probably not a place I’d return to.

L-P Dex

Absolutely love this place. I bring all visiting friends from all over the world to this place and recommend all visiting clients to go here too. Love how down to earth but professional the workers are. It's true the place can be a bit confusing come ordering time, I love animals but wasnt fond of the dog beside me on the patio constantly shaking, that resulted in hair landing on our food. I will always return for the food and lil feel of Europe.

Rene Wilson

This place is fantastic and very original for once. Me and my girlfriend went in on a busy Saturday and wanted to get brunch. We knew about this place because we have passed by it multiple times and were curious about it. We did what any millennial couple would do and read up on the reviews of the place and once we saw it was basically all good things we gave it a try for ourselves. As soon as you walk in you are given a classic cafe like experience. They had multiple yellow cups, tea sets and other items around on display that catches your eyes. The interior was warm and comforting. When you go in you are to go to the line up and grab a menu from the cash register area. Then you are to decide what you want and then given a number. We sat by a window that had a nice stained glass design. In no time we recieved our food and drinks. I ended up getting the big breakfast and a iced cappuccino and she got a provolone and prosciutto sandwich with a chai tea. The meal was good, the bacon was a little overcooked and sausage slightly chewy but besides that fact everything else was good. The cappuccino I got was great, and her chai latte was to her satisfaction. We now have been there a few times and definitely look forward to going more. Maybe you will read this review and find yourself there as well as I have...time will tell ????

Carlos Marlos

Good selection. Enormous portions of food. Good customer service. Patio small.

Rahul Rohatgi

Awesome menu item's, small place.

John W

Very quaint and interesting cafe. Great menu and delicious food centered around breakfast/lunch. The philly steak sandwich is a must try. Self-serve seating (seat yourself and then order at the front). It can get crowded and busy though so plan accordingly if you're in a group.

Anastasia Skoviak

EXCELLENT FRIENDLY DAT TH BEST.

Karen CH

Nice place, warm atmosphere, great food. Lots of lovely details inside and on the patio.

Zarwah

What a (hidden) gem! I wish I found this place sooner! The self seated part is not my favorite and the restaurant can get pretty crowded at lunch time, especially during the weekends, but IT’s ALL WORTH IT: their food is amazing! Incredibly tasty crepes - at least my salmon crepe was!, and yummy sandwiches! They also serve a bunch of mouth watering cakes and ice-cream! We will go back!

Saleem Jessa

Cosy place with great selection of food for breakfast, lunch or brunch. You order and pay first, then they will give you a number to take with you where you want to sit. They have 4-5 different types of coffee that you can serve yourself but sometimes they don’t have available a few of them. The Colombian organic was finished, they told me that in 5 minutes would be ready but they never filled it up.

Whi L

This cafe will make you say "can you put less filling in your crepes?". Seriously, SO MUCH filling! I have been going there for many years now, and not a single time I was disappointed with anything I got there.

Gregory Rodriguez

Excellent place!

Ray Q

This is only based on my one experience. I came here for takeout lunch, ordered a hot turkey avocado Brie sandwich. It was crazy busy and took probably 10min to order and receive my food. Service was okay. However the food was not good. The avocado was brown, overripe and really bitter, it made the entire sandwich really unfavourable and I was really unsatisfied with my lunch.

NOIR. E.L

Love this place. Smoothies and juices are fresh and amazing. I enjoy coming here for breakfast and take lunch to work when I don’t feel like cooking. Staff is always very helpful and attentive.

Nikki Natnat

Was looking for cute cafés near the area, found this one and was very pleased! Even during pandemic/ busy times, employees kept their cool and the overall ambience is just amazing! Yellow looks good!!

Sohail Dean

This cafe needs 6 stars. I'm from Vancouver and I'm pretty sure it's the most delicious and nicest cafe in Canada

Ranjan Joseph

Lovely place for a summer date for two (or group of three to four) for afternoon tea, sandwiches, crepes, and ice cream. Bonus if you end up visiting when their patio is open—although not much of a view, the umbrellas are cute. The fresh fruit and ice cream crepe was yummy and refreshing.

Pat Ghas

Burnt, bad coffee & food that reminded me of Amtrak. Table space was decent, but the regulars take up a lot of space. Service was borderline rude.

sankalp shah

Amazing staff and great food. My first time coming here and the experience was fantastic. Philly steak Crepe was amazing!!! Will definitely come back!

Andy B

Great breakfast place

Eric DeSilva

Lovely little place, warm and cozy! I had the breakfast fajita and it was delicious. Coffee is good too.

MaryJo MJ Tullo

My favourite breakfast place! Small, but cozy. Excellent food and service. 5 stars.

Atev

I know this place for a very long time. Many years ago this coffee place was thriving and so vibrant with coffee ☕ lovers. Not only the whole place looks different now but also the quality of service and coffee has changed dramatically. I know that this Covid-19 situation has been very difficult for all of us, but to keep customers coming back you need to at least try to make sure that the quality and nice service is provided.

edmond beauchamp

What a great place! Food is excellent, great value and overall decor inviting and so down to earth. Really enjoy going here with friends and family and always look forward to it.

Irfan Jetha

I liked the environment of the restaurant. Although, breakfast was not that great. We ordered Big Country Breakfasts but ham and sausages were way too salty. Also the store was unable to manage well in terms of service and orders. We got our table but my husband was in line to order food for almost 20 minutes. It took total of 35-40 minutes for us to receive ourorder. I was way too excited to visit the place for my birthday but food left me disappointed. Good news is that they have amazing crepes and house coffee. I guess that's the only reason I'll ever go back.

Artem Luzyanin

Good food good store decor, but the service is terrible. The waitresses do not promote a friendly environment. It's an okay cafe to go since there's no other cafes nearby, but wouldn't be my first place to go to because service is really important for me than the actual food itself. On some evenings it's really packed so don't be surprised if you have to wait 10 minutes for a seat!

Iana Sheruda

Food is amazing! Service needs to be revisited.

Silvana Klaric Boricic

Nice cafe with an authentic character. Mostly european crowd and corresponding menu. The only issue here is not enough space given the damand so it feels crowded.

Ruth Wagner

This place used to be good. I remember coming here years ago and the service was incredible. Now, I went there two times in the past week and the first time the workers were yelling and arguing with each other for the entire time I was there! So unprofessional. We ordered two crepes, one for me and for my mom. They "forgot" about the second crepe and so I ended up eating mine before my mom even got hers (couldn't wait because ice cream would melt). But, I thought, everyone has off days. So I came again. No one knows what their job is supposed to be. It is so unorganized. I stood in the "pay" line waiting for 20-30mins just to pay for my order, and there were only 2 people ahead of me. It was ridiculous.

Ryan Alexander

The food is excellent and the crepes (both savory and sweet) are the highlight of the menu with a diverse selection to choose from that all have quality ingredients behind them, also including vegetarian options. The theme of the restaurant is well presented with yellow accents tastefully placed. A neat touch I found was yellow cup half pieces stuck into the wall. The place is busy in the evening and can be a bit disorganized by the cashier since you order before finding a table. Overall, an excellent choice if you are into crepes and sandwiches paired with a wide selection of coffee and smoothies.

Marina Popovic

Its was a sunday, a wonderful day. The service inside was okay, until the cashier kick me out of my table because I was there more than 30 minutes. I bought 2 meals. She didnt even care that my girlfriend didn't finish the plate. All of this happens because one customer reclaim a table. Its incredible how they cant explained to that lady that we have the same rights of any other person that paid for a plate to enjoy. So sad.

Jae Do

Been there many a times. Love their crepes, coffee flavors, cream cheese, desserts. Really you can't go wrong with this place and it's amazing ambience!

Edward Abreu

Great Coffee and Friendly Service!

Alexandra Moore

Highly appreciated

Kayla M.

Really nice atmosphere and layout. They served a really big selection of crepes and drinks. A good place to go and have a cup of coffee and talk.

rishi maitraiya

It's was Amazing.... It was a wait but worth ❤️❤️❤️

Simply Alaa

The food is great and price is good too. The only issue is when ordering by Uber and going in to pick up. There is no dedicated counter for pick up. I hate to stand in line and wait for in-person customers to decide their orders, place their orders, chatting away while they do it, before I can approach the counter to pick up what I ordered 20minutes ago, while all this time it has been sitting there, my coffee going cold and my OJ going warm, my egg yolks starting to get solid….everyone behind the counter is working so busily, so I feel bad when I have to call one of them and tell them I have a Uber order. It is also a very small indoor place to be standing next to chatting customers and feeling safe. For the first ten minutes I didn’t even know which direction the line starts. It made me anxious unnecessarily. To sum up, it is very chaotic at the counter even though every store member was friendly. They need a better system. This could be my go-to place for breakfast because of their huge menu and delicious food, but for this reason, I may not come back as often as I want to.

PRATHIK NAIR

Do you love breakfast? Crepes? Waffles? Served with good coffee or tea? Then you must stop in and visit the Yellow Cup Cafe. A busy spot where you can take time away from the hustle and bustle of city life to relax with family and friends while enjoying a great meal. Brunch with ham and asparagus crepes, egg omelets or full country breakfasts are AMAZING. If you are a sandwich person try one of the grilled brie or rueben. They are fantastic. If you have space (I never do) finish with gelato or a slice of cake. Stop in, ignore the line - it goes quickly - I always am able to get a table for 5 in no time at all. You will feast your eyes on the delicious delights in front of you. And then the feast will be placed in front of you to enjoy. You will be thoroughly satisfied! I promise you!

Felicia Deonarain

Quality of food is great. Loved their hot crepes, bakery and gelato. The only issue is limited sitting.

Ariola Koci

Meal type

Chris Levien

The Food is sooo bland, they don't even use salt, yuck

Michael Collins

Heard a lot about this place and was excited to try it out. My wife and three friends went. They have a great menu selection, although a little high on the price. Great coffee too. First they brought out each order at different times and we had to remind them of our two orders of pancakes. They give you a number with your order but they walk around the restaurant asking if you ordered the item in their hand. The food was slow to come out. And it was hard to talk with an employee, it was as if they were doing nothing and all very busy at the same time. Customer service was very poor. Would give them a try again.

Shruti Shah

Very cute cafe. Prices are very reasonable and staff was amazing as well! Even though they were busy, the food did not take time to arrive. Food was great also, I highly recommend trying the focaccia bread!

Sangeeta Walia-Chopra

I found the ordering process confusing and unclear. I get that they are going for a European vibe, but I don't expect that at a diner in Canada. That being said the breakfast special was good. Sadly there were no home fries, an essential part of any traditional breakfast. Also 50 cent coffee refills??

Justin Kwok

Wonderful dessert and coffee spot in the west end. Great for a date, meeting or taking the family for an outing. Clean space, tasty treats/snacks and friendly staff. Great recipe for success.

Greg Rowinski

Good breakfast options.. for a perfect heavy English breakfast.. slightly pricey but a good ambience.. Sunday morning when we visited it was very crowded

H K

Cozy, dynamic and very very yellow. coffee selections are very decent, pastries are very well prepared. But often times, things get messy. They should have better ways to handle their customers...

P.G. Pike

Extremely tasty food. You first Order, pay then sit down and wait for your food and then they call out your number when ready. However, very small space-felt very cramped. Cute atmosphere otherwise with the decorations. Small town feel, not chasiny. Love the variety of options on the menu-I had a hard time choosing!

Thaddeus Maharaj

The food and the coffee was good, but the front door was accidentally left open for quite a while. It was a cold day and none of the staff would go and close it. I could tell the other customers were uncomfortable as well. So I got up and closed it myself. My friend asked the waitress for something and got attitude. It's a cozy busy place, but the staff is sometimes questionable. It depends if you get them on a good day or not.

Nerses Gozuguchukian

Great atmosphere, good coffee, decent salad, dry philly steak sandwich

Dina

Quaint little coffee shop that serves breakfast and sandwiches. The place is a little tightly packed with tables for my comfort and I'm not a huge guy. The two sandwiches we tried were pretty good but nothing to be blown away by.

Kim

I just wasn't thrilled. The menu had many choices, very few vegetarian options and probably no vegan meal options. Prices were reasonable. When I came up to pay the line was confusing and the layout of their dining room clearly confused the other customers as well. I showed my two bill to the girl at the cash and she set me up for debit(I didn't feel like arguing so I just paid with debit on my phone). My drink came quick and was delicious, I received a maple latte. The food was a little lagged but there was seemingly only 1 cook for the whole restaurant so she was working pretty quickly to fulfill orders. When I was finished with my breakfast I required a take out box. I went up to the far right side of the counter where there are self serve coffee supplies and there was nothing to hold food in. Then I decided to stand by the register and hope that one of the workers who were not cashing people out would spot me. No eye contact was made. Then I made my way to the very left side of the counter where I found sauce cups and bags for take out but no boxes. I asked the women if I could take a bag and let her know I was also looking for a box. She did not respond and gave me a gesture as if to say it was okay to grab a bag. Finally I approached the till, with no shame because at this point I had people "skipping me" in line because I'm talking to the chef even though I'm not in line I just need a box! I approach the staff member standing beside the till and she did not give me eye contact, I then had to loudly proclaim my need, finally - a take out box. I was humiliated. Everyone in line had to watch me go about this and it's totally preventable with better staff. I would have rather left the place and never gone back then go through that again. I've been in the service industry for years and this was just less than satisfactory. These employees are lacking basic service skills. Big issues with simple fixes.

Rebecca J

This is the place to go for breakfast !! Great coffee, the quality of the food is quite good and reasonably priced . Sometimes I like to go to places like this where you order your food at the counter and they bring it to your table . I like the way it's decorated . It's fun / cute and bright. Popular with the locals

Hamed Fathiannasab

I really enjoyed the waffle and Irish cream coffee. Will definitely come back!

Farhang Hamrahi

I personally love this place. I had waffle with Nutella and banana, the second time I had polish. Both were so good, I like the texture of the waffle and ambience of this place.

Brendon O'Toole

Fast and great service, complied to my demands even if they were a little late. Very tasty high quality food and drinks.

Hrudaya Spandana R

Excellent service number 1 environment very good enjoy evenings there

Happy Traveller

Very good breakfast spot..very good smoothies and OJ as well

Mélissa Plouffe

I have to admit, yellow being my favorite color is the reason I wanted to go there. We loved it! Great food, and amazingly fast service!! Plus, nice decoration! Oh and the nut latte is a must try if you love sweet and salty mix ☕????

Manojlovic Duska

A nice independent cafe. The food is good and quickly served. They are pretty good with custom orders and menu adjustments too. I find some of the food a little salty but generally everything is great. It can get really packed and finding a seat can be challenging at peak hours. Would love to see them expand one day.

pantea tavakolian

Great little spot .. Stopped in for coffee .. Food looked amazing .. A hot spot ( was busy)

Chihiro

Amazing place, it is clean and has good pricing. But if you order something for example iced tea, it will take them about 20 minutes. But either way it is a nice place to dine.

M G

Love going here! The service is great and the yellow decor is really pleasing. The best place to go for crepes and they're never overly sweet like at regular chain dessert places. The prices are definitely fair and there's lots of variety in terms of food to order. Definitely pleased something so reminiscent of European cafes is right here in the city!!

Aya En

awesome breakfast spot! have been coming for years!

Jeffrey Burnell

The food was delicious and the kids loved the hot chocolate; it was decadent with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle and sprinkes!

Bethany Fisher

Coziest cafe ever! Cannot go wrong with the turkey Brie and avocado sandwich

Bill Mackenzie

The crepes are delicious and the staff are friendly. The new staff member did a good job. She was very helpful and smiled alot.

Tim Feller

Enjoyed a delicious breakfast, much better then yesterday's big name downtown. Our server was Jessica who was extremely pleasent and helpful as we ordered alot on a small table. She made the adjustments in between helping other costumers without any time waisted.

Tanya Kogan

Such a quaint place with fantastic selection of beverages and deserts.

Chey H.

This neighbourhood cafe is a staple in the community. Wonderful traditional cakes, ice cream and a great place for breakfast or brunch will remind you of Sunday breakfasts your Mom used to make growing up. Quick place to grab a tea, coffee, latte etc in off peak hours. Pleasant service and reasonably priced.

Chris Meunier

Overpriced. The food isn't anything special & the staff is rude. The staff is always on a bad mood.

Minne mouse

Too expensive...Nothing special.

El Shava

Saw this place while at a stop light and decided to stop in! So glad I did. Shared a slice of cake and some coffee with a friend, service was fast and friendly, all the baristas were great and helpful. Will definitely be coming back for the delicious looking breakfast menu!

Vince Poil

The food was delicious! Great presentation. They give you all the utensils and cutlery needed. The communication was great. Delivered on time. Will be ordering from them again:)

M H

As others have mentioned this is a somewhat cramped- or cozy, in some people's opinions i am sure- environment. The food however is of good quality (the turkey, avocado and brie sandwich I had was under 7 dollars and amazing) and the prices are very reasonable. Only thing I would say is that this place may benefit from table service- many customers line up not knowing the order placing/seating protocol and this does clog things up a bit.

Byron Karl Ung

The variety available is really overwhelming but in the best way! I had the polish crepes with a scoop of chocolate ice cream and Mochaccino. My friend had the chicken crepe with freshly squeezed orange juice. Great food! portions are generous and taste is pretty good quality. Service was a little slow but that is expected given how busy the place was. Cutlery was not the cleanest but again, attributed to the really bustling time of day. Really enjoyed the food but had to take off a star for lack of clean tableware.

Jonathan Michaels

Best crepes in GTA west, bar none.

Stevie McKeeman

Our favourite place in the neighbourhood. Staff, food and coffee always great.

Sue Robinson

Wonderful crepes - funky decor and good music selection. Live music Friday night - fits right into the place and doesn't overwhelm so you can still have a conversation over coffee.

Nicole

Small European coffee shop with break fast and crepes and other fresh sandwiches available . Pure orange juice straight from the oranges! The only spot I know that serves Sloan tea! The best! Be patient to receive the goodies ! It’s worth it !

Jane C

I've been coming here since I was a kid and it's such a calm environment! It's very hard to find a table usually, but yellow cup is an instant favourite. The one problem I have is that they recently switched to plastic cups so that they can give smaller portions of freshly squeezed orange juice, because their glasses are much bigger (it seems so wasteful)

Nicole Taylor

I am sitting here right now,we are very regular guests here,at least once a week.I wanted to warn every single that buys here : beware when paying, especially if you pay with cash!!!They are stealing money, never returning the right change!!!Please count the money they return to you!In all these years coming here never noticed this, but last Saturday I was ripped off of 10 doll, and today I was order 43,its 12: 20 p.m. and my total for paying was 36 and something,I gave the girl 100 doll bill and I got 59 and something for change. She stole 5 doll from me!!!I didn't ask for receipt and did not count the money right on the spot, but I only had 100 doll cash in me so I know and I am sure she stole 5 doll from me.I only counted the money when I set on the table....It was stupid and unpleasant to go back and fight for 5 doll, but the way they steal on purpose is very nasty.Unfortunately it was their last time, since I will never go back here.

nick knickle

Perfectly prepared savoury crepes and great coffee. Busy, but not annoyingly so, our Saturday brunch here was delightfully uncomplicated and the food, smoothies and coffee were all on point. Atmosphere is unpretentious and the clientele is all well behaved middle class neighbourhood people. Clearly a hidden gem.

Olivia Nitschke

I feel bad to give it 3 stars because i’ve been going there for so long. But today I placed an order for pick up and both orders were missing sauces, were packed very unestheaticly as if the ingredients were just dumped inside the crepe. I ate it several times before and it was very well presented and prepared. The crepes without sauce are barely eatable as they’re super dry. Extremely disappointed.

Garrett H

I had lots of hope for this cafe as I read good reviews but unfortunately I was disappointed. Maybe I did not order the right food but my Philly melt sandwich was not good at all. To be fair I have to say that atmosphere was nice and the waiters were friendly and quick, the bread of the sandwich was nice and fresh but the roast beef was very chewy and flavourless ????.

Michael Smith

I wanted a glimpse of Toronto on my layover, but was staying out near the airport and only had time for breakfast. So glad I picked this place on this misty morning. It was a delight! Nice cozy atmosphere with plenty of seating (you order and pay at the counter and then they deliver to your table). The waitress was super friendly and helped me pick out a crepe which was delicious. I tried the Florentine crepe. It was full of very fresh veggies.

Manuel Orellana

Great place to catch up with friends and or get some work done. Delicious food and exceptional coffee. A little gem in Etobicoke.

Sam Sabapathy

Great place for a coffee and a meal !!

K T

It was my first time here, my wife and I wanted to eat breakfast some where different. Yellow Cup Café has a very relaxing theme. A good place to eat with your friends and family. Its a very busy place, it took a few minutes to find a table. So when you get there, you have to wait for a free table, when you see one, run and put something on the table and claim it as your own. They have a big menu, with a wonderful Variety of foods , wraps, sandwiches, milk shakes, smoothies. I will come here again, my wife and I want to try everything on the menu. We had pancakes, potatoes, scrambled eggs, and coffee. The coffee is good, you will enjoy the food here. Please come and have a fun time, and a great breakfast. The staff is very nice, I bumped into a few of the staff because if was so crowded lol.

Lmjes

Very interesting place, cozy, Good Vibes, good food, nice workers. I would recommend to try their coffee and Waffles with real strawberry. Perfect place for the date, spend some time with your family, or business meetings. Highly recommend this place.

Shanti Pas

My 1st time at Yellow Cup Cafe. I had a piece of New York Cheesecake with strawberry (real) sauce and a Chai Latte. You make your order at the counter and they bring it for you at your table. My ENTIRE order was DELICIOUS and fresh. The place is a little small for my taste but still really nice. Has a terasse also little but nice and cozy. Cashiers we not rude but a bit nonchalant maybe they were a bit tired. Won't knock them for that. They were kind. I will DEFINITELY be back and recommend you to try if you haven't already

Accent Embroidery Canada

Great place to grab a bite. I love their green smoothies. Real ingredients!

Gerhard novianto

Great coffee and desserts, with ample parking. Wonderful place to work from on the weekdays. Crepes make for a great brunch. Neighbourhood staple!

Aaron Frejborg

Yellow Cup Cafe is a quaint, folksy restaurant that is true to it's name. Lots of yellow in the rural/safari reminiscent decor. Not fancy or particularly comfortable, but simple and easygoing. The fresh squeezed orange juice was a treat, definitely have some while you're there. The breakfast special however was only average. Small portion of meat, my eggs over hard had some soft yolk in them, and no home fries included. Sufficient, but I'd find a better place for a breakfast regular. Service was friendly and prices looked fair. Check it out for a casual stop.

Rahul Churiwala

The food is great. The coffee is delicious. When you enter the store the scene reminds me of Saturday weekend breakfast. This store has a very unique appearance. It is so refreshing to go into a store that is not like every other store.

m

Love this cozy cafe. Grear staff. Only issue if u go on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon may have to wait for a table Always get the Snickers Latte

Karolina Zak

Huge line up, poor customer service

Hassan Tariq

My favourite coffee shop ever. Marvellous coffee and awesome crepes and baked goods.

Robert Obee Tower

Great vibe amazing and clean breakfast, great service good place to have more then just coffee or brunch

Kayvan Shekarchi

Decent flavor and great customer service.

Sam Varghese

Been coming here for years. Lovely little coffee shop and restaurant. They consistently have good quality coffee, extensive food menu and lots of seating. The service with a smile is sometimes missing but it's not a deal breaker as they've always been professional and courteous.

Kiran Gill

Good place to chill with friends over coffee

Dina Eleslambouly

I ordered chicken souvlaki for our department luncheon. The rice had a dead bug in it so unfortunately we won't be ordering from them again. I emailed them to let them know but have not been acknowledged.

Miranda Cooking Arts & Adventures

It's a cozy place but small. Breakfast was good but no potatoes or jam as usually we get in other places. Coffee was ok.

wesley raupp

I went over the weekend and ordered a Turkey brie sandwich with salad and a chocolate and banana crep. It took almost half an hour for our food to arrive. The tomato in the salad and in the sandwich was very old, almost rotten and it changed the entire taste of the sandwich and the salad. I had to remove the tomatoes out but still had an after taste. The crepe was very good. I have been here many times before and that was the first time I try their sandwiches. I really like the place a lot as it is cozy, warm, their music is not too loud and their desert is quite good. I hope they can do something about expediting orders.

Caitlin

it was a nice Polish restaurant where I came with my family for ice cream and pancakes every year but a few weeks ago in the evening I went with my family to celebrate my birthday and I was shocked and how much it changed there and I don't know when I will visit agai

T. Smith

Yellow Cup is the best place to visit for breakfast or coffee in the area. It's a very cute shop and extremely cozy. During the summer months when the patio is open it's probably a top destination for many people in Etobicoke. It's not my favorite place in the city but it's an honorable mention. You will be happy you came. Great for families.

Kari Gonsalves

Charming. Quaint. Slight European vibe. Yellow and friendly. Good food. A unique gem.

Slavica Kostencovski

I love this local cafe! Yummy unique dishes and for a good price. The crepes are lovely. I've tried a few, along with the lox bagel and chai latte. This is the caramel pecan crepe.

Joonwoo

Amazing crepes and really good coffee. Had the mocha and the tiramisu latte.

Azura Natasha

Meh. The experience and the food is not great. For starters, the coffee wasn't great this morning when we went. Bitter and weak which is a weird combo. My eggs Benedict with salmon came out cool. Cool eggs aren't really my thing. The main trouble is, since there's no "service" you can't really say anything. Whatever, I ate them and left. The music was also weird, a stream of 80s grunge rock or something. The patrons and staff all seemed to be in a state of low grade annoyance probably due to how busy it was. Sure it's better when it's not a peak weekend.

Rosie Jones

Amazing little cafe. Love the fresh orange juice. Went there for Breakfast fast. The food was great!

Mizenoth 4545

We ate here for the first time yesterday. We had a turkey wrap, chicken noodle soup and the caramel chocolate brownie cheese cake. All we outstanding!! Great tasting and the prices are incredible. We will be back, and frequently.

Ivanna Knyagnytska

Cute little brunch spot. Busy with indoor seating and small outdoor seating. Prices are great, and they offer gluten free sandwiches and gf crepes. The peach/pear smoothie was AWESOME! The sandwich I got was loaded with turkey. My daughters crepe looked fabulous. We took our food to go because it was so busy, and ate at a local park.

Moni Assi

Good food. Large breakfasts and great coffee. Busy but worth the wait. Tight seating but okay if you’re with someone you love.

Pouya Emami

Cozy little coffee shop. Great breakfast, very reasonable prices. Try the crepes, they are amazing!

Rob MacEwen

My experiences have always been good here! I don't normally order anything but coffee and a slice of cake which don't have to be made and so the wait time is usually 5-10 minutes. the only bad thing is that the cafe is very small. It can be hard to move around in without knocking into people or waiters. It can also be very challenging to find a seat--there have been times where I have had to leave because there was not any room.

MARK S

The best crepes in the city. You can choose between sweet, vegetarian or meat such as my favourite mexican. They have nice selection of coffees and awesome cakes. Ice creams are served in glass with fruits and decoration. Nice decor inside attracts your eyes to explore details. They have open patio in summer. View might not be the best as you are looking at the parking lot and mall across the street but you still can enjoy being outside. Highly recommend!

Jose Martinez

My favorite place. Good food and Good atmosphere:)

Jess S

I love Yellow Cup. It is a cafe and not a restaurant so there is a little self serve involved, mainly drinks. Food they bring to the table. My favorite meal there is breakfast, poached eggs with smoked salmon - so tasty. Cozy and warm place that can get pretty busy, happy to be in the same neighborhood to Yellow Cup.

Habib.

Food is good, but table situation is challenging. You order, pay and then need to fight for a spot to sit. Their number system doesn't work. People kept coming in after us taking tables. Won't be back because the experience was very unpleasant.

joan palmer

15+ years ago this used to be my secret spot for great food....closely situated between main highways. Now it's busy every hour of the day that I've come. Cozy environment, good coffee, professional girls serving. Can't think of a time I've had a complaint in my multiple visits over the years.

agata dratwa

A little too busy at 11 am

Moeen Yousif

Food is great. Service is more than ok. The space is so small that I actually avoid going. The tables are too close together and seating seems to always be an issue. The food is the only thing that keeps me coming back, but I usually walk in and leave after 30 seconds if there isn't a seat available...which is 90% of the time.

Stephanie M

I love this place! The food is amazing! Very friendly staff!

PeaceFilledMama

Today I went to grind coffee and the girl who attended me was very kind and cute. The coffee is very delicious. I recommend it. ????????????????????☕️????

Tanay Vasavada

This is a nice cafe with a good selection of items and a very friendly staff. I had a scoop of banana ice cream and it was great. There is plenty of seating, including outside. My only complaint is that the menu was a little unclear (I had to ask about the ice cream) and that overall the place is pretty pricey.

Sweet Shy

Delightful experience. Friendly staff, and great atmosphere. Worth a visit

Corrado Coia

Not a bad spot to come to, you would probably want to come in the summer so you can sit outside. Food selection and quality is great, the coffee is good, and it's a great place just to get some work done while enjoying nice food.

Luke

I love the decor and how homey this place is! They have good food and only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that I believe the staff could be a little nicer!

N SPM

Cute, cozy cafe. They make great pumpkin lattes!!

chandula samarajeeva

This is a warm hearted great place To go to in an unlikely part of the city.

Sabina Eaton

Cute cafe with very tasty food and subtle Polish flare. Portion sizes are generous and pricing is reasonable. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. In the summer, the retractable doors are opened and you can enjoy a nice meal or beverage on the patio. Lots of free parking!

Michael L

Good simple fare and everything is yellow! They have a variety of readymade coffee flavours to enjoy, the food was good and when we were there it was a little quieter. I have seen it another time where it was much busier and seating can be an issue. With that said, they also do take away.

Farhan Tariq

Nice portions and always loaded A lot of coffee options

Natalia Ross

I thought it was more of a breakfast place than a shop but as it turns out they sell alot of other food items which for me took away from it being a restaurant.

Scott Galbraith

After waiting for two coffees and a slice of pie for 30 minutes, I asked them to refund me for the purchase. The manager then started giving my attitude because I wanted my money back. The food is good but unfortunately the service is very spotty. Don't go there expecting great or even good service...

Adam Dunowski

The concept is cute, but that's about where it ends. The staff have an indifferent, blase attitude. The interior is extremely cramped, to the point where staff and patrons are regularly bumping into each other, and there's barely a foot of space between tables. If you don't mind sitting in such a congested environment, upon hard chairs and somewhat wobbly tables, then I suppose you won't mind coming here. But what this establishment sadly proves is that people's standards are so low that they'll endure such inhospitable conditions.

Caroline Wong

This place is just TOO cute! Love the environment and the theme. Cappuccino and eggs Benedict on point!

Beena Shah

Great cafe in the age of Starbucks. The lattes tasted great, were balanced and not overly sweet. They had great desserts and the food menu looked great (we will be revisiting for brunch sometime). It was quite busy and had that coffee house buzz, but we were still able to converse easily. Great place for a date or to catch up with an old friend.

Ana B

Fun place to hang out. I will for sure go back again

Kim Mercer

Nice decor, very vibrant colors that fit the theme of the place. Pleasantly surprised at their baked goods and the crepe was very reasonably good in terms of quality and value. Recommened place.

Keshia Mamdeen

Quaint little place. Nice atmosphere

Kate Sushynska

I like the place start with design of the place to the food, delicious and delightful but the only thing I don’t like there services I had a bad customer experience with them

Tara Withers

This place is amazing!! They have a huge menu selection and the prices are very reasonable. The food is delicious! Definitely recommend trying out this cafe.

Hong Zhang

Cute little cafe. The service can be slow but food is always fresh. It doesn’t have a lot of seating so get there as early as you can. I like that after eating you can just leave whenever you like as you pay when you order. No one pushes you to leave or hovers over you to clear the table.

LA P

Customer Service is phenomenal; especially Matthew! Food is great and tea/coffee is amazing. Matthew really went out of his way to assist us. I only write good reviews when it is deserved and Matthew definitely achieved this review. We will come more often!

Mirjana Peric

There is nothing in Etobicoke like this intimate spot with lots of choices in tea and crepes (sweet and savory), wraps and all day breakfast

Anita Sz

Just driving by this place you know this is where you need to be. Huge good selection of hot sandwiches, ice cream, all your coffee drinks, even breakfast. Incredibly cozy place with a purposefully designed bright decor.

kaza koko

Gorgeous cafe with a variety of delicious brunch and drink options. Really popular spot in Etobicoke. The decor and atmosphere is really nice and you can be seated at their cute patio in the summer.

Gloria Petrova

Just love it. Always quick, always pleasant. Sometimes need to wait for table (there is no booking)

Vanessa Dimarco

This is my favourite cafe. I love their food, their orange juice, coffee has almond milk options.. the decor is the best you have ever seen, such immense attention to detail and pride in their brand, love everything. I 4-starred only because of service sometimes although the staff are nice, they seem overworked. I see them always multitasking and think that it must be stressful environment to work. I worked in service industry a lot and the vibe is off sometimes and hospitality is suffering. Perhaps the customers are not too friendly sometimes.. but I think if they were happier working, this place would be the best spot in all of GTA.

Ani Yangchen

Very good atmosphere and delicious pancakes.

Osama Malik

Food quality is very good for just about everything on the menu. Seating can be problematic. There is no system at all and there is limited seating (it's a small place) and some people like to loaft like it's their living room and read the whole newspaper etc. Best OJ in town though.

Frank&Evelyn Hinchcliffe

Very cozy cafe, great for brunch. It's very busy but that just adds to the coziness.

Paul Slawski

Lovely little joint with lots of yellow flatware just like their name. Food was lovely tho the eggs Benedict was a bit on the heavier side. Their smoke salmon with avocado eggs Benny was perfect. Fresh squeeze orange juice and a coffee is a must. Come early as it does get busy and fine our own seats. Service just a but slow.

Sunny B

Very tasty, French like cafe

Janani V

Love it! Fresh and tasty!

Colette Vallieres

Great place if you can actually get in there. Went there for breakfast and it was absolutely packed. In fact, I don't think I've ever been there while the place isn't packed. The place looks nice, the service is good but the place is too small and has outgrown it's location. I would go there more often but the hassle of hoping you find a table keeps me away. The food is good though although I found the breakfast a little on the pricier side for the portion size. If a traditional breakfast of eggs and sausage is your thing I would probably recommend a place like the Grill where the portions are larger, if you're into crepes and things like that then definitely YellowCup.

David B

Today we ordered Greek crepe and it came with bunch of onions and tomatoes only... Side sauce was rock solid. It seemed like not fresh.. This place used to better in the past. I regret choosing this place for breakfast today..

Chaltu Asheber

I had the smoked salmon crepe with bechamel, onions and capers. It was enough for two... but my greedy eyes ate it all with delight.

P S

Great coffee with the in house blend plus some flavours of the day. Food is made to order and delicious. Fresh juices, smoothies and ice cream for the sweet tooth along with made to order crepes. Smaller place which can get cramped but there is a patio for the warm weather. Overall great place with a cozy atmosphere.

Mark Kolakowski

We found our breakfast spot and luckily it is close to home. Food is amazing and a very friendly staff. Feels very homely I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to go to homely breakfast place. Love it!

jasmina mureta

Very nice place to visit!

Sam Sam

Really awesome little place !! Good prices and the atmosphere is so friendly and warm. They have super breakfast options all day and coffee with 0.50 cent refills.

Madeleine S

Homey feel. Felt like a big family in an old organized home. Fast service. Clean food n everyone seemed to love the food n atmosphere. Would go back for sure.

Natalie Ona

Every Friday I provide food or treats for all my cleaners and office staff at JEM Window Cleaning. Each week it is different yet Yellow Cup Fridays are special and this week was no exception. Just picked up a dozen freshly baked muffins that not only smelled amazing they tasted like heaven. The feedback from everyone is the sandwich wraps are second to none. The Yellow Cup staff and always happy, friendly and my order is always ready. A very well run business.

Mike Doran

Good coffee and food .. 4 star for price

Katherine Pasternak

The food was absolutely amazing. It was a busy Saturday of a long weekend but we didn't wait very long for food. The crepes, eggs Benedict and waffles were a hit with our group. Even the child in our group LOVED the Italian wedding soup. It was small but cozy. Loved the yellow plates. Only reason this isnt a 5 star rating is the way they bring out the food. They scream your table number and walk around looking for you. It was quite annoying to having staff yelling during our dining experience. Other than that, it was perfect

Bonnie Sheldon

worst experience. so unorganized, they need to create a better system for faster service, waited 1 hour for a takeout crepe and smoothie. First, they forgot about my smoothie until i told them. They they made it with soy milk instead of coconut milk, as i asked them to, so they re-made it with regular milk. STILL WRONG! they got it wrong 3 times and made me wait 20 minutes for each attempt, so i ended up just taking the regular milk smoothie and leaving. very stressful.

SANDRA GARNIK

I really don't understand why people like this place so much. McDonald's is better! This place is crammed and very confusing to order. I thought this was a restaurant but you don't get served. The patio was nice and the food was good. I'm not too sure why there were tip options because it's more of a grab and go place, not a restaurant. You have to carry your own coffee to your table which could be difficult if you sit outside. I also wish I could have had some ice water like most restaurants serve. I would say this is like a fast food place. I tried giving this place another try and another fail lowered from 3 star previously to 1 star. They choose who and when they serve to so there's lots of misunderstandings. The staff also doesn't know how to explain the process or tell you where the coffee is..

Catherine Margarit

Nice place but the tabling system needs to be redone. Annoying line at the front of the restaurant, no space to walk by those waiting in line, and they want to to wait in that line to pay for refills on your coffee??? Crazy

Frank Szabo

Very cute and cozy. Food was great as was service with an interesting selection of coffees and teas . Visiting from Ottawa and would definitely recommend!

mike pro

This place has been here for years....like 15 plus. And for good reason. It's a great coffee shop. Really. Worth the try and not a corporate cookie cutter place. Must try.

Josh Fraser

Loved it! Cute little restaurant. You have to try their orange juice! They make it on the spot it's amazing!

Venus Kong

Great Cafe has plenty of good options for food and the smoothies are great too. Workers are great too

Hugo Kolontaj

I used to love coming here and it's still not a bad place to visit. It's pretty much the best place in the area if you need to pick up / drop off anyone at Kipling station. However, the prices aren't cheap, seating is very limited and it's always packed...but the worst part is that the last time I was there I had to kill a couple cockroaches that were running around. That has just entirely put me off of the place.

G

Just had a tasty egg and cheese on a bagel with a side order of sassy service. The only thing better than the sandwich was the friendly woman who sold it to me. Great local cafe.

James Bhagoutie

Good place to grab lunch and meet a friend. Very busy. Food is pretty good.

shortgirl problemz

We have been coming to this little gem in Etobicoke for over 10 years. Great self serve varieties of coffee, nice sandwiches and crepes. It's a treat to go there.

Kevan Mehta

Both the crepes & coffee are excellent. Tucked away in a plaza with plenty of parking.

Philip Seo

Very good crepes and coffee. The atmosphere is good, too. Good place to hang out with friends or to sit down and just read.

Viktoriya Zhura

Great coffee with organic option and delicious food.

Kristina Stepanic

Great place for a quick lunch. Food amazing. Always busy. Tight area. Hard to get a seat. No reservations, but delicious soups and sandwiches.

D J

Such a cozy little place. As soon as you walk in you feel comfortable. Had the london fog and the Brie sandwich which is incredible! Definitely recommend a visit.

Simo Korac

A unique menu with phenomenal service. It is such a refreshing change from the usual suspects in the coffee industry. The Yellow Cup Cafe wins every time.

Francis Malcampo

Not sure I like the whole thing of ordering as you enter then the food is delivered when ready. I got caught sitting at a table waiting for 20 minutes before I realized. I'm so accustomed to picking up the paper, sitting and waiting for the server, it never occurred to me there was another way of doing this breakfast thing. The food was good, pricey for 2 egg breakfast that doesn't include home fries, but it was tasty. The rosemary potatoes are tasty too but lack "umph" ...maybe some seasoned salt, a hint of oil/butter, b/c the potatoes are dry and ordinary. Strange enough, I'll still go back. Absolutely love the coffee choices and at no extra charge.

Ayesha sultana

Great place for coffee and breakfast.

XzurX D

I love this place it's so quaint! Their coffee is to die for and the patio is really nice during the summer. Staff is really friendly and the food is good. My go-to place for a good waffle with fruit.

Susan Wilson

Meh.

Mikhail Putilov

So cozy, so delicious! It's a compact place, very representative of a European cafe, so landing a table may be a challenge especially during the lunch hour. Crepes are like home made - YUM!, I would recommend everyone to simply go through the entire menu :)

Mario M

Gorgeous and fun little cafe. Had one date here and it was one of the best I’ve had. Easy to find. Lots of parking.

Dan Cockerton

Yellow cup is eccentric, with that loved local place feel, offering quality foods and pleasant helpful staff...I popped in ten minutes before closing ...I will revisit again

Hari Dave

Been coming here for many years. The food is delicious and the prices are fair. The only complaint, as it has always been.. is how busy it tends to get. Crowds are often all crammed and jammed right at the main entrance with nowhere to sit. Countless times I've ended up just turning around and leaving, having to find somewhere else to go.

Xavier Pazmino

Snotty gal running the cash register and taking orders. I almost left but I was with friends. Never again. Very disappointing as I used to really like this place

Samuel

Place is very cute. Friendly staff. Prices are all reasonable

krassian

Love this place. A real family feel. I ordered something that was not on the menu and they had no problem making it and, it was tasty. They make the effort to go the extra mile. So glad to see this place so busy. ando

Jason Dunning

Great to go catering services ! Many covid safety protocols in effect. Highly recommend.

Adil A

I would give this place 5 stars for the food but if you want to eat in, it gets a little tight sometimes. Very accommodating with menu changes. There is something for everyone here. Healthy, comforting or indulgent, Im sure you will find something. ALL DELICIOUS!

Winnie La

Cozy place

Filip Tomic

Beautifully decorated cafe with good quality pastry

Kyle Robinson

I just finished eating a wrap from you guys and omg I immediately had to come here and wrote a review. It was so delicious and so satisfying the perfect thing to have in the morning. I had the Turkey avocado spinach wrap and "it is the best wrap I've had in a long time" I said it once I'll say it over again. Can't wait to keep ordering from here and maybe in the future I can dine in soon. I would have added a photo but I was so hungry I devoured it. Presentation was great as well even for takeout. I am very impressed and happy with my order.

Diana Gomez

One of my favourite place to go to. They have amazing coffee... They serve good food too, my favourite would be their philly steak crepes. The staffs are very friendly but service is a bit slow sometimes, so be prepared. But in the end, the food and coffee are worth the wait. :D

Robert Burr

Cottagey and warm in a location devoid of soul otherwise - well-needed. Lots of specialty coffees too. Crepe was yummy. Staff is sweet and helpful too. Pretty busy though, even on a weekday afternoon.

Jeremy Kroetsch

Breakfast are amazing, you must go here the service is excellent, the girls do a great job, pancakes are really good, the smoothies, big portions, very affordable prices, lots of options on the menu, the only bad thing is that they open at 9am hehehe

Pawel

Great menu, excellente taste, very kind and fast service!!! Small, cozy and nice decoration, and even with a small terrace area. Not expensive. Really good option, I already want to be back! Try salmon crepe!!!

Amazing variety of coffees... Incredible crepes probably the best I've tried in a long time... Chai lattes and great tea varieties

Tan hayer

This is such a heartwarming place. A great spot for good coffee, but also for a great brunch or lunch of stuffed crepes. I love the decor and the staff is always friendly.

lady pojack

Missed a flight. End up here. Don't think I been this satisfied about a restaurant for quite some time. Amazing decor. The nice patio (altho you liking at high way and parking lot) Food, service, price is all above the average. Cook actually takes time to plate it nicely. Highly recommended.

Yuriy Kolomiyets

My go to restaurant. Love the food and the drinks !

Yuriy Ilyin

I have been here a couple times, and overall the coffee is good. The last I came however I had alot of grind in my cup. Staff is very friendly.

Achin Chhabra

I've been coming here for years. Such a nice and cozy coffee shop with a great selection of coffee. They should introduce more teas. Try their butter syrup waffle!

Andrew Bursiak

Good coffee, good atmosphere.

Stéphanie St-Onge

Very quaint place. Large selection of coffees and flavours. Food is really nice, but not always quick. There is lots of seating space but it can be a bit cramped.

Ben James

Great selection of crepes and good coffee. Breakfast is good but used to be excellent. This place can get busy so if visiting on a weekend plan ahead. Great eastern European vibe and cozy patio.

Natalie Veen

Love this place- cozy atmosphere and great food

Doris Posch

A great little cafe and restaurant for breakfast food and coffee! Yellow Cup has a homey atmosphere and a positive and warm vibe. It can get busy at times, but as long as you can find a seat, it's worth a stop. Great for families small groups and solo visits. Their coffee selection always has something interesting to try!

David

Good atmosphere.

Amid Silkawi

Amazing food, great coffee and nice environment

Michael

Very quirky and cute cafe. Everything is yellow! Food is well priced (and tasty), and the staff is really nice.

Lisa Dalton

I went in there today for business but just the smell of the food won me over I couldn’t walk out of there without ordering my breakfast and what amazing quality heart for filled made food it was, If I could give a 10 star I would and the staff is super friendly. I go into a lot of businesses every day and I’m very disciplined not to order food to every restaurant business I go into or I would be very broke and 600lbs???? but this place I cannot help it, that’s how good it was. I highly recommend yellow cup cafe

Elsinore Blas

Cant say enough about this place! Amazing food, cozy atmosphere, great service and I am one happy customer!

Peter Petkov

Janet Butters

Best crapes in town.

Yordan

the food was good and the service was fast, but as we sat enjoying our meal a waitress did some thing dispicable. we watched her reach in to ice cream freezer and use a spoon to taste multiple of the flavours without changing spoons or using a dish. disgusting. WHO DOES THAT.

Arvin K

Great cafe !! Great sandwiches and coffee !!

Jay Gill

Nice place with affordable delicious food. If you want to go to a place where u can enjoy some great pancakes with ur family or friends, this is the place.

D Milinkovic

Best place for breakfast and savoury crepes. Amazing food and great prices!

M Quigley

So warm, cozy, and inviting. I love sitting here! Prices are very reasonable and good food. Great selection especially for breakfast and lunch. Even crepes!

Sofia Gill

Chic joint for coffee, light snacks and refreshments. I love the interior and the food alike.. A good spot for a late afternoon date!

Douglas Moore

The best place for a breakfast or brunch in Etobicoke. Their smoothies are excellent with all fresh ingredients and the coffee options are great. The ambiance is warm and cozy and the staff are all very friendly. Just allow for a longer wait time on the weekends for brunch, they tend to get quite busy.

Adam Set

Great place to grab a bite and coffee. A little disorganized when busy.

Margaret Kowalczyk

Really cute and cozy place, although prices are a bit high. For once in a while, it’s great. They’ve got a great dessert selection as well.

Neo's Ark

One of the best breakfast place

Hanish K

Love this coffee spot. Only down fall is the seating. It is so hard to find somewhere to sit as to it gets so busy and at times may need to share the table.

Brenda Recinos

I had my 1st date with my girlfriend and the self serve coffee atmosphere actually made us interact and connect more.

That SwitchSylvos

It’s a very cute and quaint cafe with good value (price/portions). I like the breakfast options. However I do find the staff to be rude. If the customer service was better I’d definitely return!

Annalee Robbins

One of the most quaint places in the area, with top notch quality coffees, desserts and savory pancakes

Christina Smith

I was trying to find a cute cafe that was in the area to take my mom. It was such a great cafe. I really liked the decor and the atmosphere. I'm also really glad that they had gluten free options for me!

Great little cafe for breakfast or lunch. They food is tasty and fresh as always but there service is a bit slow. (Not their fault its a very busy place). Needs to be organized better but the place is great.

Priscilla Freire

It is very good place, specially for a Breakfast!!! The prices are reasonable !!

Nour Alkazaz

Portions used to be very flavourful and had a lot of sauce, but in the past year it has been cut in half. It’s a good place, hope they pick it up again.

Very well price and always busy. You need to order and pay at the register. They will bring food to you. Good selection of coffee and desserts. Patio is open in the summer.

One of my favorite places to go when I visit Toronto. Excellent food good price and nice people.

Sanja Jovicic

It took them FOREVER to make one hot sandwich! I waited 40minutes for it. The place is nice and food is tasteful, but way to pricey for the quality of both- food and service.

Nice, local café wirh friendly staff and lots of beverage options.

Looking for great coffee and little extra on a plate to accompany your beverage? You won't be sorry if you come to Yellow Cup Café. Since the phase 3 opening, almost everything back to normal. I must say, my last visit was a dissapointing one. We've ordered a Polish crepe which came with unusual cottage cheese straight from the fridge and strawberry jam next shelve over. The crepe was okay and the best part was the whipping cream which probably was as shocked being on the plate with the other 3 as we were. Please return the original recipe as it was extraordinary. Thank you.

Lovely place. Fast service. Good food.

A little over crowded for my liking. Food was OK but nothing special and a bit pricey. Also came out of retaurant with the scent of the food absorbed in my clothes.

Good ambience

Riley M

Can't speak to the food but the coffee is quite bland and there is no service. Unfortunate, as the atmosphere is nice. They don't seem to be able to handle being moderately busy.

The cafe is very cozy and great for brunch.

This is an amazing place to have a great coffee experience. Crepes are great & environment too. Love the coffee bag ceiling . Love this place.

Good healthy choices of dishes made with fresh ingredients. Great service and atmosphere, a very popular place. Check it out!

Nice spot for breakfasts. Great coffee selection and neat idea with self service. Quiet yet lively atmosphere and a good place to meet for breakfast or sit and work or read the morning paper.

Just yummy! I’ve only ever had breakfast here but it’s as good as it gets for a hearty, filling breakfast. Not your usual diner, you have to order at the counter and pay first but it all works so well.

damian

My top spot for crepes in this area. Delicious food and friendly staff.

Mohammed M

Nice little hangout place. Inside looks bit compact but ambience is rustic.

Mark Stajan

Dorota Jessica Boryczka

Great food for lunch or catering needs. Very nice people who deliver too!

Cozy Cafe with good options. We really liked the vibrant yellow colour and the eclectic vibe. Someone recommend that we try the crepes. They have multiple vegetarian options and the one we tried was the mushroom crepe. We thought it was OK. Certainly have had many better crepes in Vancouver, where we live. We also had the avocado sandwich - this one was quite good. So overall good place with OK food. Would not go here again.

Cozy place. Live music ... Need more seating space.

sean moore

Food is good, no doubt about that. But the staff, needs to be more organized with the orders, and the seating arrangement. We waited too long to get our food (they forgot to give our order to the cooks). Also, we (3 people) have to sit in a table for 2, when a couple was seating in a table for 4. ,????

CR C

Was only here for coffee but seems like a super cute place for breakfast, brunch and warm simple meals! Definitely coming back to review the food. They had this cool spread sample section with toasted bread. Coffee and fresh smoothie was great and the crowd was nice. It can get loud at times but comfortable

Panther Man5510

The staff is amazingly friendly, and I love the store aesthetic. I have only ever gotten their takeout, but want to sit in the store specifically for the feel of the restaurant.

Chris

I love this place. It's good for a lunch, or just to sit for a min with a cup of tea. But I like to come at night for a dinner.

Stacy T

It's a bit packed at breakfast time, but it's a great cafe at any time of day. The food is amazing and the staff are very friendly.

I waited for 40 minutes for a kids breakfast and a waffle When I opened up the waffle it was burnt Very disappointing They gave my money back and told me that they were short staff I then bought a biscotti...which in good faith and customer service should've been on the house

Sonya Kou

had a good smoothie! My husband had a muffin and it was not good.

Daniel M

Nice selection of ice creams, standard selection of cakes.
