Been a long time customer. But today was an awful customer experience. There were two food prepers at counter. Nobody greeted us for 3 mins, the male preper bypassed us twice with out saying anything and then just left when he handed the sandwich to the customer before us. This is 3rd world customer service. Not coming back here for a long time!

Good'ol Java Joe's... have been coming here since a young child and has always been a pleasant experience while receiving service with a smile. I like that the same staff has been there forever, gives it more or a homey feel. The food and sandwiches are all good, I have tried many so you can't really go wrong because all of their ingredients are always fresh. Coffee is legit as well. Lots of seating in the front and back, not sure if you get the best phone service in the back though.

I went to get a sandwich with my daughter and her husband last week the place is very clean the owner treated my children with warmth and respect and breakfast sandwich on rye was the best breakfast sandwich I ever tried . Great fresh ingredients egg with cheese and lettuce and tomatoe delicious will highly recommend this place even though I live in northyork will be coming here again

I like this place, it's in a very old looking plaza but inside its brightly lit and spacious and more modern. A very large selection of treats and meals. Very good coffee, changes daily. The Italian soda is good. The young ladies who served me are really nice. And it's open till 11pm so that's a bonus during the summer to get a late night ice coffee, decaf or not. The baked treats may be a bit pricey but are made well. I recommend it, if your a coffee addict. I haven't had any espressos yet, but may eventually but the drip coffees are good.

i've known the owner ever since my parents would take me here as a kid. Even when he's not around, it's a great environment to get some studying or reading done. One of the best Americano and Espressos you can find around here. I would definitely recommend this place, it's a great little coffee shop to unwind in.

Great little spot. Very full at 10 30 on a Friday given the location. Great coffee. It was a little noisy as it's not a big place. It looks like they have a lot of regulars. The bacon egg bagel was fine.

A recent menu update has given new life to the food options. Everything seems very fresh and tasty. Owner is a very nice man who will take care of you from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave. Staff are all trained very well which leads to an amazing customer experience.

Honestly this place deserves a 10 Stars. The washrooms are always clean it doesn't matter what day or what time I come in. It's a huge place with a lot of room in the back almost always quiet and always clean well maintained I just love this place and I wish every franchise would run just like this place. And to top that, the staff are the friendliest bunch. 10 STARS

Good selection of coffee. Their Irish Cream was pretty good, as well As the Hazelnut Cream. I tried a Toblerone shortbread and that was also really good. It was not busy when I went at 8:00PM, so it was pleasant. The service was fine, as well as the person who helped me. The seating is comfy at the back, too.

This is the kind of neighbourhood hub where staff knows the names of regulars. Lots of seating and well used by local walking groups and students working on assignments. Quite an extensive breakfast / lunch menu -- sandwiches, salads, etc. are made to order. Ingredients are fresh and available. My Hola breakfast sandwich was very satisfying. My house blend coffee didn't blow my mind but everything else was excellent. Great spot.

Java Joe's is the best coffee house in Etobicoke. Great specialty coffees and regular. The desserts and sandwiches are fresh and extremely tasty. Watch those calories. The owner is at the cash and is extremely proud of his establishment. I enjoy his company and interaction. I like the when owner is there. Absentee owners just are not hands on and you do not have the personal interaction. Conveniently located at Islington and Rathburn with lots of parking. The Barista is tops and my large latte is always perfect. Looks of indoor seating as well as outdoor tables for a little sun. A great place and one of my favorites. The carrot cake was to die for. Puts Starbucks to shame. For great coffee lunch or fabulous deserts. You will not be even remotely dissatisfied.

Website said they closed at 10 P.M. yet when I arrived a bit earlier than 8 P.M., the store was already closed. I drove for a while, so not going to lie, I was dissapointed. Looked like a nice cafe though, would have enjoyed it if it was open. I may come back here again and edit my review, but for now I'll leave it as a 1. If you plan on coming here, I recommend you to arrive earlier because another car arrived at the same time as I and they seemed confused as well as to why the place was closed before actual closing hours

Java Joe's is a great place to meet up with friends for a cup of something hot or cold as well as a sweet treat or food. I love meeting my friends there and the selection of drinks and treats suit everyone. I often notice groups of four or more there - both mail and female. Just a lovely place and the staff are nice. They have a wall of gift items too which i have purchased from in the past.

Great coffee and sandwiches. The one time that I have been here, I really enjoyed my experience. The staff were very friendly. I don't know if it is a chain or not, but the feel was of a family place. The seating is great too and the portions are quite large. Worth the price.
