We've got the reviews of people who are purchasing the products and services of Fair Grounds Organic Café & Roastery (Coffee Shop) in Etobicoke area (Canada).
Currently this business has a rating of 4.5 out of 5 and that rating is based on 127 reviews.
You may have noticed that the average score it has is basically the best one, and it is based on a large number of feddbacks, so we may say that the valuation is quite credible. If people have bothered to value when they've done well with the service, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to put scores when these are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Coffee Shop is classified in the category of Cafe.
Good coffee albeit a bit expensive. There's a small patio out back.
Great coffee, limited but excellent pastries, nice jazz music and calm vibe. I live in the area and come here once a week to just relax and gather my thoughts. Seems there is a small regular and local artist community that hangs out here. Never too busy or too loud. Lots of windows on corner. Great spot. Check it out.
Great selection of baked good along with some sandwiches depending on the time of day. Staff is always friendly and the coffee is good.
A great coffee shop - always try and stop when passing by. Parking on Lakeshore or go down a side street
Great coffee and treats. With a relaxing atmosphere and good service what more could you ask for? Fair trade on top of it all.
????
Great coffee
Hello Fairgrounds Organic....you know I love this place and you are the best.
Love the open mic every month.
This is really good coffee! Nice place to grab a cup of coffee and have sit. Very nice place and service. They have lactose free milk and gluten free dainties. Come to try!
Really yummy blueberry latte and ginger molasses cookies! Nice relaxed atmosphere and pleasant staff!
Nice and reflective of neighbourhood
Lovely coffee and amazing muffins! Nice chill atmosphere.
My partner and I ordered a cortado and flat white along with a jalapeño cheddar scone. Despite the menu not having a flat white, they were willing to make us the drink. I found that both the cortado and flat white had a higher milk to espresso ratio than what I’m used to, and tasted more like a piccolo latte. The coffee was delicious regardless! While we were waiting for our coffee, freshly baked croissants were being put on display which is always a plus. I was considering picking up some whole beans to try as they had so many roasts, but they don’t have roasted dates stamped - for coffee enthusiasts the lack of a date is kind of a big deal.
Good coffee, but a little on the pricey side.
Great coffee, staff always friendly, dangerously good baked goods.
Great coffee, great teas, great staff, and my favorite place to buy grounds for at home
Good place and not a chain ????
Great coffee, always fresh. Lattes are Awsome. Baristas are friendly. Baked good are aweosme and fresh, scones with jalapeno and cheddar are to die for.
Still serving and doing it with the highest standard of cleanliness and service. ????
This coffee shop offers amazing coffes and teas. The baked goods are fresh and absolutely amazing, all the way down to their huge cookies that look simple but are scrumptious. The staff are all very friendly and great at their job. They sell sandwiches as well and they are all verry good. I really like the vegitarian, and the beef and saracha mayo. They sell coffee beans and other fresh juices as well. It's the jem of the community. If you get lucky enough to catch open mic night you will get to meet some talented and fun proformers and enjoy good music.
Awesome selection of coffee
They're always open, reasonably priced, have quality coffee and such yummy baked goods.
Friendly staff
Best local coffee shop with fair trade coffee... Try the cinnamon scones.. Amazing!!!!!!!
Excellent freshly roasted coffee, brewed and by the half pound. Housemade food. And all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place.
This is my go-to place if I want to grab a cup of dark roast or hot chocolate. Ingredient quality is excellent, preparation is top-notch and the service is superb. Parking can sometimes be an issue and the meter maids are aggressive in the area, but I don't blame the management/staff for that.
Cafe & Roaster. Best spot in Etobicoke. A+ brew, great staff, nice neighbourhood. Ginger cookies are therapeutic.
Very sweet atmosphere. Great staff. Easy parking
This is a great place to go for a date and a tea. Very cozy atmosphere in an little indie coffee house with very friendly and helpful staff - I don't know anything about teas. I went here on a second date and managed to snag a little spot in the corner of the store and had a great conversation while sipping on delicious tea. Almost 4 years later and we are still together and still talk about spending an entire Sunday afternoon at Fair Grounds. Thanks guys!
Greatest coffee in Toronto
Latte was a bit too milky -- not enough espresso maybe -- but hot, and creamy. Pleasant service. Could use some directional arrows for flow. 2 small lattes and a cinnamon scone $12+ tip. The scone was delicious -- cakey, not too sweet, cinnamon flavour came through. Enough for 2 people to share. Other sweets available included lemon bars, muffins. They are also roasters. Coffee beans for sale. Cold drinks. Takeout only atm (may2021)
A good place. Too bad that we are approaching winter and driving all the up there without having a place to sit, rest, and eat/drink is the factor for me not returning till spring 2021.
I love this place! Their coffee is amazing and the staff are all so friendly. This is hands-down my favourite place.
HUGE COOKIES! They're perfect for sharing. The have a delicious coffee blend, such a cozy location. I will definitely be going back.
Great place in Long Branch
This little gem of a place is really under-rated, I think. The vibe of the place is cool and simple, without being lame or a drag, you know? The coffee itself is delicious, and the other "fancy" drinks, as I would call them, are also delicious as well. When I lived around here, I would stop in a bunch, and even the company I worked for around here would frequent the shop, for coffee, instead of going to Tims or something, which is literally right down the road. This place is just so much more personable, and friendly, and not as rushed. Its the little things, eh?
This coffee place is a gem of our neighbourhood
A good coffee place however
Friendly service, ethically sourced, tasty coffee in my neighborhood
Best local cafe and roastery in Etobicoke. Keep up the great work guys!
Great coffee.
Nice first experience. Unexpectedly decent variety of teas.
Love this place! Always poppin’ they make a mean cafe.. they bag their muffins from the day prior and though they sell it discounted, it’s still a bit pricey..we still always get ‘em cuz they are yummy. Always visit when I’m in the area.
Nice quiet cafe with excellent service
Nice and clean place. Great espresso.
Really friendly service & the best dark roast in the city. Also, love the vegan pumpkin muffins!
This place is a hit and miss. Depending on the barista you get you may love your coffee or absolutely hate it
Price just went up - was already too high! If they want more business keep the lattes affordable (already started going to another cheaper joint now). The people rating 5 stars have money to burn.
Tasty coffee and a large selection of in-house made baked goods.
Great coffee. Stale baked goods
Nice, warm environment. Friendly staff. Good coffee. Nice and bright, too.
Great coffee and really delicious baked goods (try the almond joy bar). Staff is super helpful and friendly.
Top quality coffee and a great space to meet friends or do some work. It's also great to know they care about the means of production. If you want a downtown type of experience with cool atmosphere and instagramable coffee art, this is it. Plus free WiFi.
Good coffee nice selection of snacks
Bought beans, Sumatra Dark Roast - loving them. The freshly baked chocolate chip cookies are so good. I'll be back ofc!
Delicious espresso!
International beans roasted locally making for a great cup in whatever your preferred style. The baked goods are prepared onsite and absolutely tasty!
Great coffee and the okie dokie bar it amazing
A great alternative to Starbucks and good coffee. I really like the Fair trade aspect that sets them apart from other cafes. I would say it similarly priced with Starbucks. The warehouse/cafe on Ogden has the smell of freshly roasted coffee. Definitely recommend this place if you like to buy your beans.
Another neighbourhood favourite. Lovely atmosphere, tasty drinks and yummy eats.
Great place for locally roaster beans and coffee.
Quaint cafe with fabulous baked goods. Nice independent spot in south Etobicoke. Always clean and comfortable. The cinnamon scones are a MUST!!! ... if you like that kinda of baked item.
Great coffee, medium, dark or espresso. Also great sweets and sandwiches.
Awsome coffee and muffins
Went there twice. Loved the mocha latte, the London fog latte and the pumpkin muffin. I was very pleasantly surprised by the latte art, especially that it was my first time seeing it in real life. Too bad it came in paper cups though. As such a ' green ' place I would expect them to have china. The price was relatively high, but it's organic and tasted amazing so it was worth every penny. The decor seemed rather empty, service was great though.
$1 extra for soy milk. Made with hate and undrinkable. Won't be back.
Haven't found better coffee to-date. Great stuff.
I’m fairly new to the neighbourhood and wanted to try this place out since it’s nearby. There was one girl working and she was really sweet and bubbly. I got a hot chocolate and it was really good. Perfectly sweet as I hate hot chocolates that are really bitter. Will definitely be back here again. It’s bigger inside than it looks from the outside and it’ll be a perfect place to come and read/get work done during the winter.
Best organic roasted coffee ☕
The coffee is amazing and the staff is lovely. It's my #1 go to for coffee. Highly recommend it.
Friendly staff. Great coffee and desserts also. IT'S expensive due to everything being ORGANIC which is why we go there in the first place. Well worth it! Keep up the good work !
Decent independent coffee shop with excellent gluten free peanut butter oatmeal cookies.
The coffee at this place is great. You pay a bit more but it's worth it for the better quality. The girls at the counter are always cheery and willing to recommend the perfect cup of coffee.
The best local place for a cup of coffee
Their coffee is fabulous. Staff is wonderful. Their skor dollies are so delicious as well as their scones. Great place to have a nice sit down with a friend while enjoying a fabulous coffee and treat.
Americano tasted like water =(
Great coffee. The layout could use a bit more work to provide more inviting seating areas (couches inside, a fence or umbrellas outside) but lots of great potential!

One of the best location to buy coffee in Toronto GTA. It has a variety of beans from all over the world. After 8 is the shop signature product. I'm writing this comment because I am touched how the shop take cares of their customers. I drove from Markham to the shop yesterday and bought the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe to try. For afternoon tea today, we used the French press and let it sit for 5 mins. However the taste didn't turn out as we wanted from the bag . I thought maybe French press wasn't the best method to brew for this bean. I called the shop and told Kyle who picked up the phone. He told me I did everything right and perhaps Yirgacheffe wasn't my cup of coffee ☕️ He asked for my preference taste that I enjoy, and I said I really liked "After 8" the shop signature product; nevertheless I want to try something different. He then told me he will figure something out and will give me a new bag. I said it is a long drive for me to go back from Markham and thanks. Then he said will personally deliver to my home to make sure I'm satisfied. Wow ???? for a small coffee shop saying that to a customer that they didn't know. I'm totally touched & surprised as well! No way for any other coffee shop that I know will do this for me! I totally feel like I'm their VIP but I'm no body just a customer who walked into their store. I felt so much respect as a customer. This kind of gesture & customer service, for sure I will become a loyal fan to Fair Grounds Organic Cafe! Much appreciated
Very nice atmosphere, music and the views are nice but the barista seems to not really not know what he is doing. My latte was sizzling hot and grainy :/ not great to say the least
Decent Coffee. Good selection of treats. Spacious and quiet enough for a short conversation. Friendly staff.
Great coffee . Try the house blend
Great beans! A little tight in the cash area
Nice place to grab a coffee not as packed as the other coffee shops nice and peaceful.
Excellent strong & tasty coffee with simple & cosy tables.
The BEST independent neighbourhood coffee shop. Tempting local treats and the best coffee.
The ginger cookies are good.
Coffee is ok... bit pricey...service was really slow only one person behind the counter so had to wait for them to help other customers who came after me with their orders, the owner (at least looked like it was him from the pics they have on the counter) was sitting and I thought he should help seeing the a lineup starting to build up...the backed good are delicious
Best local cafe
Excellent coffee and service
One of my favourite cafes in the city. Great coffee. Cool staff. Yummy baked goods. The s'mores cookies are to dine for. Highly recommend. Worth the trip to Long Branch.
Love their freshly roasted coffee and dessert options. Decent seating inside and outside, great place to ride your bike to for a coffee.
Very good coffee and baked goods. A little cramped for seating space but a relaxed vibe
Small and cozy. Coffee is good and so are the freshly baked goods. Wifi is so-so and goes down from time to time, but that shouldn't be the point of you going there, or complaining about.
Fair Trade Coffee. Great bakery goods.
I've been here for several years, studying and working. Their coffee with organic honey is fantastic. Plus tasty homemade bakeries served by friendly staff, you don't want to miss that. You can always find some fantastic arts on the wall, drafted by local creative artists. With decent customers, it's a wonderful place to stay and chat.
Best coffee in town
I love this place they have delicious coffee and heart stopping treats. Grab a coffee here anytime your in the area.
Wish this was closer to city. Amazing muffins
Every day is not enough to go here. My go to place for my morning latte. I've moved further away but will still make the trip. Great coffee, great staff, great owner who cares. Check it out.
Great cozy independently owned shop with freshly baked goods. Be sure not to miss the day-old bin for the best bargains. Really nice girls at the counter in the morning give great service. Try the delicious slightly spicy cheese scones with Jalapeños. Yum.
Free, Fair trade, Free Range, Vegan, GLuten Free, GMO free coffee. The best, satsfys all of my needs, 5 stars!!
Best home made muffins!
Nice quaint neighbourhood coffee shop, but with excellent beans in a variety of roasts available for sale. Nice selection of sundries and frozen items, too.
Skip the Starbucks and support local! Great coffee and lattes, friendly staff and a great local vibe. Go here!!!
My favorite coffee shop!
Love their brownies!
Great coffee, quaint spot.
Saw many bees and flys on the sweets and pastries. Coffee is good but not sanitised.
Nice spot, better than planet Starbucks
after trying rich ba$tard coffee i'm now unable to drink any other coffee. rich is an under statement.
The coffee here is totally different and I mean that in a very good way, the staff here are always in a very good mood and the atmosphere is a good one. ILIKE
Delicious coffee and tea drinks, also a variety of fair-trade beans and roasts to take home. Friendly staff and tasty baked goods attract plenty of regulars. The thoughtful owner has made this cafe a strong point of the neighbourhood.
Lobster roll was excellent!
Iced coffee without ice. That was my order and did they come through or what. It was one of most perfect cup of coffee i had. The place is big enough to allow for social distancing indoors. They have a cute seating area in the back. They are located very conveniently. The staff was polite and they have many options for food and take out salads.
Awesome coffee! Friendly service! The pastries, muffins, cookies and scones are to die for!!! So delicious!!! I’d rather spend 25 cents more for a coffee and support organic ,fair grown coffee that’s absolutely delicious. They offer different coffees from all over the world. The owner literally travels to different parts of the world in search of fairly grown organic coffee!! Keep up the awesome business Fairgrounds! You’re awesome!!! Yes people ,it’s a expensive place but being a small business and a owner who travels to find the best fair grown coffee in the world you have to expect it to be a little pricey. Remember your money spent here helps these poor families in 3rd world countries make a “fair” living growing coffee Great job Fairgrounds! The owner cares about his customers and these families around the world making a living growing fantastic coffee beans
Great coffee, awesome snacks and friendly staff
Excellent place for a cup of coffee.
I like this place. I'm no organic food person, and at a grocery store, if I see the word, "organic" I usually automatically think pricey. I'm a simple man. I've worked in the area a few times, so I stopped by as I needed my fix. That being said, Fair grounds' coffee is affordable and delicious. Someday, I will try their sandwiches/baked goods.
Nice coffee, muffins are very nice. Will try scones next time.
Great coffee, amazing bakes and awesome service!
I like the place the staff is friendly, the coffee was good, the place is a bit small but the patio in the back makes up for it. just one remark why I didn't give a 5 is, because some of the tables are wobbly. Be careful when you put your coffee on it and you don't pay attention it's pills. I saw a customer spilling his coffee all over is writing journal. In a coffee shop or any restaurant as a matter of fact is something that can be fixed. Attention to details goes a long way. Adjusting the legs of a table takes only a few minutes. I'm sure after this review things will be different. If the work is done I will change the rating of my review. Thank you for your quick responce. I'm now a regular customer. And the dark roasted coffee is amazing. 5 Stars...
Great place to purchase fresh roasted beans. love it here.
Small coffee house with beautiful views Of changing artwork most items are organic bake goods made fresh daily
Very nice place with a friendly and intimate feel. The coffee, cappuccino and carrot/walnut muffin were excellent. So glad we turned around!
Americano tasted like water =(
Fresh food good coffee and pleasant staff
Great coffee and bakes made all in house. My office away from home.
Very nice staff. Really delicious food made fresh daily. Also Beautiful local artists art is displayed and sold. Recommend
COVID ALERT! Fail to protect customers health during COVID-19. To start, I like to say this was my favorite place for coffee and until today. We stopped by to pickup coffee today and was told they did not accept debit or visa or contact less through a bank. The only method of payment was by e-transfer or CASH! When we took a $20 bill out to pay for our $10 total, we were presented with a cardboard box full of cash and was told to put in the $20 bill and take out the change ourselves. Wait! first off, why would you not accept debit or credit tap and go? second why would you put your customers at risk of touching other customer's cash notes when your own employee refuses to touch them? I understand these are difficult times and everyone is trying to stay in business but the fee for each transaction through the bank is no more then a few cents unless the goal is to hide the transaction for taxation purposes. Take a second and think about the safety of your customers whom you are putting at risk!
Amazing coffee to enjoy while down by the Lakeshore. The white-chocolate scones are fantastic with a little honey. Thanks for the great service guys.
Ridiculous cafe 1. Small latte costs $4.50, none of the cafes nearby sell more than this price and they also have much better quality. 2. This is not a latte, this is a dry foam with watery milk. Espresso tastes burnt and stale. 3. Barista is yawning while making latte and keep touching her mask
They need to focus more on customer experience.
Best coffee!!
Bought 2 bags of coffee to try 1- Coffee: A red flag for me is when a roaster doesnt put the roast date on the bag. Nevertheless the employee said they roasted the beans on Nov29 and i made the purchase Dec05. Let me tell you i highly doubt it was roasted anytime after 1st week of November. The aroma you would normally get when you grind fresh coffee was not there and the coffee tasted stale. This is coming from someone with extensive coffee and espresso knowledge. Beans were old period and there is no way they can convince me otherwise. The fact that the roast date isnt on the bag simply allows them to sell old beans as fresh. 2- Price: I weighed the bag when i came home and it was approx. 240grams. I was charged 26 for 2 bags so thats $13 per bag. $13 for 240 is quite expensive compared to the best roasters in the city. Normally roasters sell bags of 340 grams for $15 to $16. Will not be back.
Excellent coffee and service. Great baked goods.
I left my wallet at home and they were very cool about me going back home to grab it! Very great people. Also, the coffee is tasty.
It's so good and coolest staff
Best scones EVER!
Very good coffee and bake goods, had a great time with friends and family
They could be complete coffee snobs given the quality of prime coffee they roast and serve; they're actually friendly down-to-earth servers attracting equally down-to-earth clientele. Great desserts too, and a changing gallery of art to look at. (I exclusively drink espresso and Americano coffee's so I have no review on filtered coffee.)
Had a great Chocolate chip banana muffin and the espresso was great.
While the cappuccinos come in slim mugs (as opposed to the more traditional presentation in cup-and-saucer), it is quite good, prepared just in time and with good quality coffee and frothed milk at the exact temperature. I’ll be coming back for more coffee.
Love this place but parking can be a nightmare as it gets busier during the day. Baked goods are pretty pricey, but they are also delicious. Also they do not accept Amex- credit debit and cash only!
Wonderful little local place. Fantastic staff and coffee the way it is meant to taste. Best brownies in town and the cheddar jalapeño scones are crack. It's the reason I've been a regular since day one. The haters are welcome to stroll a few blocks east to the swill available at Tim's Coffee House and Starbucks. But, yes, the line up to order is awkward. Jeff.... Get on it!!!
A great coffee shop. They source and roast their beans. They have fresh baked goods that are great. I love the gluten-free brownie and I don't usually do the gluten-free thing. This is s regular stop if cycling into Toronto.
Amazing coffee. Well worth the money (which isn't pricey to begin with). Quaint place and location. Great to relax after a nice walk.
Great local coffee shop for a latte or some fresh roasted beans!
I come here a few times a month to pick up fresh roasted coffee. While the roasts have been great it is very odd that they do not label the roast date on their coffee so it seems impossible to know if i am getting a freshly roasted batch or one months old. The staff never seem to know either
Good coffee, fair-trade, not a McD or a Tim's... 'nuff said? ????????
Not bad, not bad.
Very good selection of beans and roasts - something for everyone.
great coffee and pastries!
It has a very nice atmosphere and good tea and coffee, a good place to have a chat with friends and enjoy the day.
Great roasted on site coffee and delicious goodies. Open early in the morning!
Great spot great coffee
Love the Mexican Chiapas, one of my favourite medium roasts. Good people, great coffee ☕️
Usually get their baked goods. Excellent brownies
Best muffins in the area. Chocolate banana all flavors are so good.Espresso can sometimes taste off, burnt.
Best muffins in the area. Chocolate banana all flavors are so good.Espresso can sometimes taste off, burnt.
Sunny open happy hangout that has all organic coffee and great healthy snacks
Came in for a tea latte, asked for one that didn't have caffeine in it. Barista said she didn't know which ones didn't have caffeine ( this should be part of your job). Went with a rooibos tea and my husband tried another. Both just tasted like warm milk no tea flavor. Not sure if the tea bags were old or wasn't made right. I had a pumpkin muffin which was good, my husband a blueberry scone was very bland. Wanted to like it, but unfortunately couldn't.
Fairground has some of the best coffee in the far west end of Toronto. This is real coffee, not the swill of large chains which is usual out in Rob Ford country. They roast in small batches and if you're a coffee aficionado, you'll find a bean that suits. Espresso is very good here especially with one of the more experienced baristas. Baked goods are very good, but tend to be a bit overbaked and sugary. But it's a coffee shop, not a bakery although the products are baked on site. I wish they would do pore-over coffee's and offer espresso with different beans.
(Translated) Small cafe with charm, run by very charming and pleasant people (Original) Petit café qui a du charme, tenu par des personnes tout à fait charmantes et agréables
It's a great spot, there is something wrong with the Feng shui, the place looks great but has a bad vibe for some reason.
Best muffins I've ever had. Best. Not just saying it. Its the best!
Cool little independent cafe, with a cozy atmosphere. Great service with friendly and knowledgeable baristas. They have a little outdoor seating in the back. Delicious hot chocolate and lattes! The coffee beans look like they're worth a try and their assortment of pastries look delicious!
They serve my favorite Americano in the West end. Great selection of coffee blends as well
Neighborhood cafe with fresh roasted coffee, light breakfasts, lunches and baked goods.
Good muffins, coffee, and grilled cheese. Friendly and bright.
Don’t leave here without trying a scone! Or any of the baked goods for that matter :) Service is always friendly and they are very helpful. The space is very well done, local art hangs on the wall with comfortable seating. Tea lattes are my favourite, but everyone I bring here is so happy with their order. Always very pleased to support local ORGANIC businesses.
Nice medium blend cofee great staff
The cinnamon buns where awesome!
Good coffe
Nice place but when we went in the fall it was crawling and swarming with bees. My partner is allergic to bees so the last thing we want is waiting in the coffee house for our coffees and have to worry about him getting stung. Maybe the door shouldn't have been kept wide open? The bees were crawling all over the pastries.
Fairgrounds? More like viral breeding grounds. Our family used to love this place, good muffins, decent coffee, and a fun roastery outpost with stuff for the kids to do in Mississauga, but I can’t support a business that doesn’t respect the health and safety of its patrons. It’s become an anti-mask, Big Pharma-conspiracy-supporting hub during COVID. A real bummer. Feels like Long Branch lost one of its best cafés to the pandemic.
Good drinks and food
Great coffee selection! I'm so happy I found this place. Covid protocols are in place so I could not venture inside, but outside in the back of the store was a great little patio for sipping coffee. I will definitely be visiting this place again.
Amazing coffee. The price high in comparison to other places but it's the price of 100% organic and fair trade. My favourite is butter finger.
Great staff and coffee
Ok
Best coffee shop in LB ????
Came here on a Sunday afternoon. Good coffee and baked goods.
Delicious coffee friendly staff
great hide away coffee boutique
Coffee is always fresh and hot! Great muffins, scones and vegan options.
Staff great, provided a complimentary scone, nice touch.
Sweet place, nice selection of fair trade. Would love to see a club chair or two, something a bit more comfortable. It doesn't have a lot of seating area and can easily be fully occupied on a weekend but still, comfy would be good if they could make it fit.
I was looking for a Tim Hortons in the area and I ran into this little gem. Jeffery was great! picked up a bag of my favorite Yirgacheffe beans :)
Stopped by for a coffee and a snack for the first time over the weekend. Excellent coffee! Bad customer service from the barista with the leg brace. I was actually surprised about it when I had left. I wasn't an unpleasant or difficult customer so I can't justify her impatience. Hope she was just having a bad day and is not always like that.
Great coffee shop love it - it’s in my top 3 coffee shop in the GTA. Not sure how I would rank the top 3 they are all great!
Really Good Coffee. I had it black.
The best coffee around!!! I know that they import their coffee directly from the farmers and roast it themselves. Always fresh and amazing!
Great coffee and food. The staff are always friendly.
Excellent lattes and baked goods. Free wifi. Nice place to sit and drink coffee while hanging out or just reading. They roast their own beans and sell them but also sell green beans if you like to roast your own. The owner is very knowledgeable about coffee in general, seems like he's found his passion in life through coffee. They also sell various types of coffee makers. Local art also posted on the walls for looking and sometimes for sale as well. Nice community owned and run coffee shop. You won't get Tim Hortons pricing but you will get an excellent cup of coffee and friendly service.
Great coffee shop! The coffee is always smooth and does not have any after taste. Latte's and such are great as well. They have lactose and dairy free options. Good selection of pastries and snacks and lots of locoal art you can buy on the walls. All of the food is local as well. They are currently renovating during 2020 so really exciting to see what they look like in the future! The lake is close as well, so grab a coffee and walk to the lake, or sit on the back porch and enjoy the weather. They do not accept debt or visa during 2020 so you have to etransfer the money or bring cash.
My Americano was great. Music was good. Nice day
Best Coffee in Etobicoke along with Birds and Beans
Great place
Good espresso. Pastry selection is decent and ok.
Best coffee on The lake shore strip hands down. yummy cookies and scones too!
Friendly service, large clean bathroom, vegan and gluten free treats her selection of teas
Coffee excellent. Fab baked goods. Staff welcoming.
Absolutely delicious, I had a dirty chai with oat milk - super yummy ???? and also the peanut butter cookie was fantastic. Will be back as many times as I can.
Their coffee and cappuccinos are amazing. Always great service too
Nice set-up inside and excellent service. Wish they had more couches
The only bottle water this establishment has to offer and it was priced $9.62. Barista was polite.. however I felt real embarrassed on his behalf to tell me the price this $9.62 of Eska water. Pioneer Gas Station sells this exact water; $3.00 when you buy two! Now I question if their organic coffee business model is legit..whatever.. shame!
Nice
We met up with some friends on the weekend. I ordered a blueberry latte and forgot to order it with almond milk(I'm allergic to cow's milk) didn't realize until I had sat down and was about to have a sip. The staff were so amazing and replaced it for free even though I had been ready to pay for my mistake. So great staff!
Good espresso. Nice taste not bitter and good bold taste.
Nice atmosphere and good place to have a meeting or just grab coffee/tea.
Wow! On site rotated coffee and homemade baked goods. The staff know their products too; trust their recommendations when it comes to which blend to buy.
Best muffins in the city
Really need to change front door and stoop. It is impossible to go in there with a stroller
Fresh coffee and amazing baked goods. Great Service !!
We used to enjoy visiting and supporting this establishment but as a few other reviews have pointed out, they are anti-mask and management does not enforce public safety measures during the pandemic. More than once we have encountered aggressive patrons who were not wearing masks (when merely asking for space/distance from them in the small store front). Really disappointing.
I wish I could offer a better review, but for a place that claims to be a coffee shop they really need to learn how to make a proper cup of coffee. My wife and I recently moved back into the area and were looking for a local coffee shop to go to on our morning walks. We had high hopes for this place but it falls VERY short of the mark. The drip coffee is decent, but their espresso based beverages (latte, cappuccino, etc.) are WAY too hot. They keep burning the milk even when I ask the staff to froth to a lower temperature. They put no effort or care into making the coffee and overfill the take-away cups every time. To add insult to injury the coffee is over-priced ($4.50 for a small). I do like their coffee beans which is why I gave them a 2 and not a 1. The baked goods are good as well, but I can't give a *coffee* shop a better score if they simply can't make a proper coffee. We will not be returning to this place again
I find it very strange the negative reviews here. I’m here almost weekly, my daughter and I enjoy the desserts, they are mostly all made in house. Not in Brantford like Tim Horton’s, and heated up to look like they are made fresh. I suppose if you like Tim Horton’s, then your retarded taste buds would not know what to do with all the flavour, but then there is always hope that some may open up. The coffee here is very good; the service is good also, though I suppose younger people are not always attentive enough for some. I wish they made cookies in house, nothing like a freshly baked cookie and a good cup of coffee. My daughter and I are here weekly, not only will we eat and drink inside, but also take coffee beans home. The Yirgacheffe coffee beans are very good. Unsure how anyone would say anything negative about this place, very good coffee, great sweets, and most of the staff are very attentive, helpful, and nice. Went to the Odgen Ave. location and had the most wonderful Americano ever. They have a nice shiny fancy machine, and boy when I saw the lovely golden brown creamy nectar flow into my cup, I knew right away that I was in for a treat. My eyes did not deceive my taste buds, I usually have some dairy in my Americano, no need for dairy, and it was the best Americano ever. I eagerly drank the first one, and ordered and second Americano to go.
Very good coffee... Fresh... And good orice
BEST. COFFEE. E.V.E.R!!!
Nice atmosphere, nice staff, baked goods are ok, coffee isnt to my taste. Its a bit over roasted for me.
Great place. Tasty treats. And gluten free too!!
Absolutely LOVE this place...Saishma is amazing. She consistently brews great coffee, and remembers many customers by name. Their baked-goods are hard to beat. Exactly the kind of environment that brings back customers.
The only place in get coffee from, my girlfriend even takes their beans all the way back to Scarborough because she loves their coffee so much! Skinny lady medium light roast is delicious.
Very disappointed to see they don't support public health measures and want all of Ontario to be locked down just so they can avoid their responsibility to society. I can't believe people who are against public health are selling food products. That's never good.
Amazing coffee, great people!
GREAT coffee, lots of variety always fresh.
This was the best coffee is had in a long time! I was just passing through this area, but I kept the sleeve of the cup to make sure I don't forget the name of the cafe
The best organic coffee in town and the staff is amazing
They got gluten-free options too and good coffee
Best coffees
Best coffee beans in the area.
Fresh coffee, roasted before your own eyes, cute location, kind staff, great vibe. I’d come back any day! ☺️
Great local coffee shop. Independent and good coffee and baked goods. Way better than Starbucks's or any big chain. Wish they had better breakfast sandwiches though. They need a sandwich that is made fresh, bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato, onion, nice sauces, nice bread or bun or something like AM Bagel on Roncy.
Nice coffee... :)
A wide variety of perfectly roasted beans. Perfect coffee.
Nice selection of coffees, friendly atmosphere with good coffee.
I've been going Fairgrounds since they opened several years ago. It's excellent coffee and service. The baked goods are like mom's treats. Love it
My favourite local Coffee shop since moving to the area a few years ago. The espresso is very well balanced and the staff I’ve experienced know how to make a proper cappuccino. The baked goods are excellent and my favourite is the “breakfast” cookie. Perfect for dunking!
Great place awosome staff specially the early morning crew love them . Coffee is great the treats are yummmyyyy. Keep up the good work stay safe .
Very nice cute place but HOLY expensive... 4.50 for a single shot cortado??????
Fairgrounds has great steamed milk for kids. They have many kinds of shots, from hazelnut to caramel. Fairgrounds is an amazing place to relax and enjoy a perfectly prepared hot beverage!
Amazing coffee shop with a great selection
Best coffee in Etobicoke!
