It’s my third time at Decourses since Aug 01. I keep bringing someone with me for brunch since and introducing new people to your restaurant. The menu is smart, it does not have too much variety, instead utilizes the basis of benny, crepes and french toast in variations. This is very smart for efficiency, cost and value. Regarding the benny; portion size, variety of food on the plate, quality and garnish is very good value. The nutella banana crepes are large enough for two, very good value. The interior is nice and small, a good cozy size. Washroom is surprising big. I’m glad you are checking for vaccination proof for sit downs. I wish you success and I will continue to support.

Such a cute place! The staff is very friendly and the service is great. The duck confit eggs benny, BLT with garlic mayo and French toast were delicious. So happy to have found it. This is definitely going to be our go-to new neighbourhood brunch spot!

Got 6 milk chocolate bombs here to drop off for a friend who just lost her grandma. Her family loved it. They were great with covid safety measures. All three staff were masked properly. They even sanitized the credit card machine before handing it to me. Going back today for more chocolate bombs for my kids. Great local cafe. Before covid we have gotten snacks on our walks and always enjoyed it.

We have been planning for a while and finally got to try this cafe for a brunch. We really enjoyed the crepes and the scrambled eggs. The chef was pretty accommodating to serve us scrambled eggs instead of the poached. Loved the food and the taste of coffee. Everyone was pretty welcoming and following the covid protocols. Can't wait to go back!

Omg!!!! So We landed in Toronto early morning and for some reason I was soooo hungry. So we decided to google this place up DeCourse Café to grab some breakfast on the way home. Guess what! This place had been closed and we had no idea. We spent time in the rain trying to look for it and never found it. We ended up going to EggLicious on Kipling instead. Very good food there and the customer service is EPIC. so next time you’re on lakeshore in Etobikoke , don’t waste time looking for this café. Go somewhere else so you don’t waste your time. I was so disappointed ☹️

Oh so delicious!!! This is a gem. I always wanted to come and try out this café. Today was the day, the mocha is so creamy and flavorful. We had the brunch box and the duck confit egg benedict and it was perfect. The potatoes are delicious and everything was well thought. Overall, a great experience and we will come back for more. Now is the time to discover all of the local business around where you live. Don't miss out!

We heard about the amazing cookie-blended-into an iced coffee drink called a Decourccino … we arrived after close and the owner made us two of the best blended coffee bevvies I have ever had. It was so delicious I gave myself brain freeze but it was worth it The customer service here is incredible and we can’t wait to go back for brunch

This is a great place and an essential addition to the neighbourhood. I have been looking for somewhere cool where I can get really nice food and snacks, great coffee, get onto wifi , hear cool music in the background (but not invasive) and just get stuck into my work. I will be a regular!

Went today 30 min before closing time with some friends who had never tried bubble tea before, the guy at the cashier was so nice and helped my friends by recommending them some bubble tea flavours. Since it was so close before closing time, they only had enough tapioca for 2 drinks so the two people working today recommended adding lychee jelly to my drink and IT WAS BOMB! I definitely recommend this place not only for the flavour but the amazing service, will definitely come back with more people so they can try this place! Huge thank you to whoever was working today at the counter! You are an amazing person!

i got 3 bubble teas out of which one was missing and the other two did not taste good there is this powdery weird aftertaste maybe it was just my order but not very happy with my breakfast. I'm giving 2 stars for the staff at least tried :(

3 stars for now since I've only tried their bubble tea. The food selection looks great so might go back for that. Anyways, I got the matcha milk tea and thought it was alright. It was too powdery and a touch too sweet. Maybe you guys can adapt the percentage system for sweetness/amount of ice? My brother on the other hand got the classic milk tea and found that it tasted bland and not even slightly sweet. The amount of tapioca pearls were too much and they were sticking to each other. I know we could've told the barista our preferences but it was our first time so we wanted to try it the way they usually make their bbt.

Space is welcoming. Great to have near campus. Service is great, they’re happy to answer questions and have a chat when it isn’t busy. Espresso based drinks are made well and not over saturated with sugars and syrups.

Love this place! The croissants are buttery, flaky, and all made in house! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to a brunch place to be sorely disappointed in the soggy croissants; but I was absolutely blown away to learn they make all their goods in house. I had an ORGANIC mocha latte with almond milk (their barista was super quick, friendly, and artsy), the pinoy bennys (omg longonisa with hollandaise, genius!) with the flakiest, most buttery, fresh made croissants, and taro/coconut bubble tea. Blown away. The service was super super fast, which was impressive given the brunch crowd, and the food was so delicious! The owners (a lovely couple, Nick and Mary) also made a point to stop by and say hello, and we saw them mingling with other guests as well. Definitely coming back again and again for more!

Got the box, shared it with a friend. Was eating eggshells, friend found a little foil on one of the strawberries, and the mini pancakes weren’t that good. Customer service wasn’t that great either, they gave us no utensils/condiments for takeout.

We came here because I was told they serve birds and the beans coffee and I didn’t want to go all the way to Mimico. Bingo. The coffee was exceptional but unexpectedly, the breakfast was too!!! My bacon benny on a croissant was fresh, delicious and flavourful. The simple spinach side salad had fresh strawberries, slivered almonds and a killer sesame dressing. I’m so lucky that I discovered this place and it’s a 5 minute walk from my house:)

My friends and I tried DeCourses today for brunch. The interior is lovely with natural light beaming into the cafe which makes it so inviting. I had the Pinoy Benny which was served with a croissant and a side of salad and potatoes. Food was amazing!!! I later learned from the owners that their croissants are made in house and that their coffee is organic! It’s such a great place to go for breakfast, brunch/lunch!! Also, there’s nothing like it in the surrounding area :) GREAT AMBIANCE!!

This place has become my weekend "me time" destination. I usually go with the egg Benedict on a croissant with avocado and sausage. For drinks, tried some of the seasonal lattes and they're all really good but the butter toffee one was my favourite as it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. Nice staff too, they'll have a chat with you if you're in the mood but if you want to be left alone, they're never pushy or overbearing. Oh, parking wise - I usually park on Lakeshore across the street. Think it was $1 pr hour when I went on Saturdays at free on Sundays.

The coffee was great but I can’t say the same about the service I received. I took my family to the Santa Claude Parade. Went in the grab a couple of Mocha latte’s. ordered my coffee then asked to use the rest room. When I came out the guy didn’t even start my order. Once he actually did, it took him 15 minutes and at that point Santa had already passed and I missed spending that time with my daughter and her mom. No apology whatsoever. Other members of the staff actually went out to see Santa and I was still waiting for two coffees. The service sucked!!!

I have picked up food and coffee from here pre-COVID and it was always so delicious and the staff were consistently friendly. I assumed that with all the mandatory covid precautions in place I'd be fine to get a quick latte on my way to work last week. While the coffee was good as ever and the service friendly, I was disappointed to see both guys behind the counter wearing their masks on their chins while chatting with me and making my order. As if that wasn't bad enough I watched the guy making my latte drop the cap off the oat milk carton onto the floor and pop it right back on without giving it a second thought. If all this is going on in the two minutes I'm waiting for my coffee who knows what goes on behind the scenes - yuck! Would love to try more of the menu but don't think I'll go back until they can show more regard for the health and safety of their customers.

Come here every morning for coffee. Great atmosphere and very comfortable. My only complaint is the lack of healthy options. Guys, if you had a veggie omelette or even some scrambled eggs I would be eating here for breakfast every day. Either way I will be back for the coffee. Hope to see a menu change soon.

DeCourses is the best brunch spot in Etobicoke. You have to try their duck confit eggs benedict or their BLT. Their food always travels well by Uber but definitely worth checking them out in person. Coffee, espresso, and their specialty drinks are fantastic.

Not one to post review but I thought it was needed after my husband had a coffee here he recommended me to try the coffee as he said it was very good but to take it to go as the workers and atmosphere is not nice. When walking in it looked very clean (I thought) and nice with the new renos vs the old cafe. Thinking my husband was being dramatic I decided to enjoy my coffee to stay. Thats when I noticed the cook does not use gloves, I even witnessed him not wash his hands before touching food. The food was not the only thing he was touching, im guessing his wife or girlfriend is also a owner there as she does what she pleases, her hair was not up the whole time I was there and I actually witnessed someone sitting next to me pull a long black hair from their food, besides that fact I also witnessed him "rubbing/touching" her and her behind, that is extremely unprofessional, very sad because the coffee was great but the whole experience was a turn off!!!!!!!! Lot of other options in Etobicoke!!

i tried going there yesterday am they were closed, I tried again this morning at 9:30am they were closed .on Instagram there hours say 8am-7pm . I heard good things about this place . I guess they open and close when they want too. That's unfortunate since they are new to the neighbour hood. Lots of other good options on lake shore . Sydney grind , fair grounds etc .

Great food, nice people. I haven't had the chance to pass by for over a year and I was happy to see that covid closures hadn't taken this gem away from the neighborhood. Had the Duck Confit breakfast and it was delicious. Good place to get a proper cup of coffee, an espresso or my personal favorite the cappuccino. Definitely won't wait so long to visit again!

Eggs and the breads were good but everything else were way too salty. The salad dressing was too salty that I couldn't touch the salad and the potatoes were over seasoned - too salty as well.

This place is expensive! I bought a bubble tea which usually is around $5-$6 at chatime, coco, the alley, etc. but this place charged me $8.93 and the bubble tea wasn't even that great.

2.5 stars!!! All those stars go to the barista and coffee as the workers are great and the coffee is very tasty! However the food side is disappointing, the prices keep going up and for what? Portions are okay but not full... ordered the spinny benny on a croissant and there was barley any filling or sauce!! Not to mention the "side" potatoes were not cooked and the salad was literally 2 bites of just lettuce with 2 small drops of sauce!! Sad since there is no breakfast places around here!!!!

What an incredible cafe! Such a Gem! Can't say enough amazing things about the food, the service, and the amazing owners and staff. Their coffee is great, their food is delicious and the service is very professional. I've been a regular since it first opened, and felt compelled to comment in response to a few negative and unfair reviews, that seem to be coming from local competition rather than authentic customers. My favourite coffee shop in the area. All of the dishes I’ve tried here were great. It’s nicely decorated and clean. The owners seem so nice and you can tell they treat their staff well because they all are kind and seem happy too. Owners of other coffee shops in the area (such as San Remo) are notorious for treating their staff bad and it makes me uncomfortable to support places like that. I hope people stop by and support local so this coffee shop stays around. A Lake Shore winner for sure! Owners and staff are doing a great job :)

We have been to DeCourses a couple times and are always craving their amazing crepes now !!! We already have our next visit planned. Coffee is always great and my fiancé loves their bubble tea. We travel all the way from stoneycreek and always make it a stop when in the city. It’s a warm and cozy environment and the chef is always excited to make our food. The two owners are so sweet. Overall great experience.

Went in during the mid week for a coffee and over heard a very rude conversation, sitting and watching I noticed that the cook always smiles when a customer walks in and orders but its fake, as soon as the customer is gone or seated he seems to be very cold and rude.
