Delicious coffee!!!!!! Great other things too but there coffee is very very good!!! Highly recommend. Try the hot chocolate, there is actual chocolate in the bottom. Yum yum

How hard is it to tell a customer that their coffee request doesn't match what's on the menu and offer suggestions for what might? Apparently too hard for the order-taker here. And after figuring that out, and a growing line of people behind me, she then forgot the cake order. Finally, when my coffee was ready and I asked where the cake was, she put the wrong one in the bag! To the management, please train your customer service staff in SERVICE of the CUSTOMER !!!

Top notch brew. Snacks can be limited. Why can't we stick to a) what we are good at and B) what compliments coffee. Hot meals just slows down service. Why do we think we need to be everything to everybody all the time. We don't.

I ordered Aroma All day power breakfast today. As a bread option i asked for white bread. Unfortunately, 2 side slides were like rock solid, only middle one was ok. I know other Aroma locations and never experienced this kind of situation before. Also, i showed the bread to the girl on the counter and told the problem. She stared at me for a while without saying anything and then i was about to leave she asked me if i want a new bread and she is sorry. This is not a good way to treat a customer... They shouldn't serve this kind of bread or if it is an accident first think they should do is learning how to handle this situation better.

Made a mistake with my coffee, charge me for a different drink and after when I ask for my order and give me the right drink she charge me extra for the added milk.

The people there charged me twice for my drink. I have paid for it with the first server and and another server came up to me and said my card didn’t go through. She said she will help me on another cash register and charged me a second time. A day later I saw the double charge on my credit card online. I have called them and they told me to leave my number, it’s been a week and no one has gotten back to me.

This place is very expensive. Especially the sweets. Macchiato ☕️ and mocha are very good , and coconut???? orange ????cake also tasty but the chairs and tables are outdated .. the chair I sat in today had ripped fabric on both sides, a little surprising ????for Sherway. Need to add more seating as well because on the weekends it gets very busy and very loud. The staff can be more nicer with customers. There is always room for improvement.

Average Aroma without the cafe experience. It’s a place to grab a coffee and a dessert, but do not expect to get ya typical sit down meal. There are chairs nearby.

Sloppy latte. Asked for an small almond milk vanilla latte and received an overly bubbly almond milk latte without vanilla, the barista added vanilla on top, the whole thing tasted like a mess. I asked the barista if she could remake it and she said “no just stir it” :/ foods good but barista sucks. Threw out the drink, not returning.

They make a REAL mocha.. No industrial sugar syrups in disgusting squeeze bottles like that "other" place. Little pricey but worth it!

The espresso is great but when I ordered a triple she charged me for a single and a double separately which came out to 6.10 before tax!! I pointed out her mistake, she quickly conferred with some one else behind the counter( manager, overseer, the kings hand??) She said no that’s the right price, even though it says on the price screen “ add espresso shot .95”... which would have came to 4.05..... sigh..... I just ordered a double and walked away mumbling

I ordered a sandwich here on break and they took so long to make it that I didn’t even get to eat it. I was outraged and it absolutely ruined the rest of my day. Let me add on that the sandwich was very subpar!!!! Never going back, I advise everyone who reads this to never eat here. Very poorly ran establishment!!!

Service was TERRIBLE. Vivian (one of the girls behind the counter) was extremely unpleasant the entire time to every customer who came up. She spoke minimally to the customers and did as little as she possibly could.

I'm pretty sure it's the fresh bread that keeps me coming back here, or the lack of mayo in their tuna salad that is packed full of flavour. Their mushroom soup is literally the best I've ever had in my entire life, and I always wlak away from here with a happy tummy and never feel greasy, overfull, or regretful. Perfect place for a clean, easy lunch or dinner. Similar price point to Panera but way better bang for your buck.
