The food is good always hot but the lighting in that place is so dim they need to turn up the lights as I can't really see to eat my food

It's rare I go out and eat wings but I was not disappointed with the 20 I chowed down. Prices are certainly fair. Service was great and checked up to ensure their customers were satisfied. The looks of the building is very unique and very pleasing. I enjoyed the couple rounds of pool I played. The tables were very balanced and the cues were in great condition. I'd recommend getting down to The Black Grasshopper and give it a shot and take a shot.

Ate here two days in a row. Both days were disappointing. Very dry bland sandwiches. Price was reasonable but I can see why there were hardly any customers as the food was mediocre at best.

The food has got better but....the service is just lacking, gave it a good 4 night run to see if it would get better as I have always been fond of this place when working in Estevan ( going on 10 years) ... But I think I'll be walking to Mr Mike's from the hotel going forward as i hate having to get up to get my own beer...

Really enjoyed the grilled fish tacos and cucumber salad. Place is nice and cosy with friendly staff. Nice country atmosphere. If you're staying at the Best Western make sure to walk across the driveway to this relaxing place. If you prefer, delivery is $5.00 Cdn.

Going to bar in this small towns will always give you great experience, as people know each other and not too many people. So you will always find staff welcoming.. We had out christmas party there, and they organised one mystery cracker game and they hosted it so well. We werent bored for a min.and another thing, it was very good time managed. As they serve snacks drinks in between to give us break from the game and enjoy food. The staff member was very happy n helpful I ordered chicken alfredo pasta and it wAs super good and the thing i loved most the moment i finished my food server was there to help me, i really hate to have empty dirty plate in front of me. So i was super impressed. Please give this place one chance. I am sure they will out blow you with great customer service

Stayed at a hotel near by this place for two weeks and tried almost everything on the menu and the only thing that wasn't amazing was the pulled pork Mac n cheese, it needed some salt and maybe jalapeños or something. I reccomend the Buffalo chicken burger. Service was fantastic every time.

We went here for friends invitation. The place is nice. They have variety of chicken wings to choose from. Since we don't drink, we just had soft drinks. Lol Chicken wings are fantastic!

it was a super dirty dive restaurant. dead empty on a Saturday night. had to ask for a refill of pop.... bar drinks were mixed poorly. And the food was super SUBPAR. I'm sad I didn't eat as t the taco time... Super yucky

The food was good, the service was pathetic. Sat at the bar and couldn't see a staff member in the whole location. 1 person was waiting at the offsale for the whole time. When the bartender appeared she asked what I wanted to drink. I told her she can serve the person at the offsale window, her response was "they can wait".

14 guys there drinking last night . We were told we have to leave cause they are closing soon. It was 1045 when they called last call on a Friday night .. shut off the TVs when there is still people there . Not to mention our bills. Were all over 100 dollars pushing towards 200. But they apparently didn't want our money anymore. Seeing as there door says Friday closes at 2 am.. enjoy going out of business I see why the parking lot is always empty now

The Black Grasshopper is a super cozy, nicely decorated and laid out bar/grill. I ordered the fish and chips with a cucumber salad and gravy on the side & my boyfriend ordered the house burger with veggies and soup. Both meals were AMAZING! The fish was one big chunk of fish that was battered really nicely, ths fries and gravy was to die for, i can honestly say its best gravy ive ever had. The cucumber salad was great and the veggies were as well, the burger was HUGE and messy but very yummy! Overall a very good place to grab a bite to eat and a beer on date night!

I had chipotle wings that were very greasy. The tap beer Origional 16 was flat. The only saving grace the bacon cheese burger was 5 stars. Hand made burger would eat there again but just for the burger and bottled beer.

A gem in Estevan. Good location, great menu, a very good drink menu. The service is friendly and fairly fast most days. This place has a nice atmosphere and a friendly ambience. It's the kind of place to go for some good pub food and conversation. The creamy Thai wings are something that everyone should try.

We were pleasantly surprised that their wings are gluten free and fried with rice batter. Food is always good and the service is also fast. Beer on tap is flat sometimes but otherwise a good place to eat
