I try to avoid this place if I can. On days when they restock their shelves they usually do it during the afternoon rush hour, which totally blocks all the aisles. Wonder if this method of restocking is even fire-safe? Could they not do it later in the evening or even overnight when the rush has died down. Even doing one container at a time so most of the aisles are open for navigating would be helpful. There is a slope in the cement at the entrance-way outside for the disabled, but I don't think the amount of stuff in front of the store allows for wheelchairs to even pass by. I'm short so when I want to get an Earl Grey tea, I have to bug the clerks to get it for me. Sadly, none of the clerks (no kidding) seem to know what Earl Grey tea was, which I thought was odd, esp when they sell the Special teas and have to restock them. I would've thought at least one would know which box the tea was in. I even told one clerk where it was located in the rack and he just started pointing at several tea boxes, including the regular tea located in a different area, asking if it was the one I wanted. I'm sure there must be other customers that get Earl Grey tea there. Very sad. ????????‍♀️????????‍♂️ Edit: I noticed that Naomi Ethier has made a five star comment after my review and the owner replied to her but not me. Pretty sad when they don't acknowledge those that have negative reviews. I will, however, mention that the ladies who are employed there now are very polite and friendly. I'm not treated like I'm an inconvenience to them, which is the case with the males. I'll also make note that the store is very cramped. I won't change my review stars.

Ordered There Buffalo Chicken Wings. I have ordered them before and there amazing but unfortunately they gave me chicken almost like a tender with Buffalo sauce dumped on them in a bag no box. I went back into the store and the guy said there’s nothing wrong and to leave even tho I knew they were wrong because I have once again ordered them before. Never going there again I’ll drive to port instead.

Bathrooms are closed. they're blaming covid, but there is no provincial rule that requires the bathroom be closed. It also makes no sense that they remove the ability for customers to wash their hands. It makes the store feel very dirty.

Very rude staff and make sure go back in and get your refund if you don't use all of your prepaid gas! It doesn't automatically go back on your card and they will only give it back to you in cash

I grew up living across the street from here. In all my times going there, when I would only have $2 to spend on candy and junk, it has always been a warm and welcome experience. This 7-Eleven feels like a second home to me. all throughout covid, 7-eleven has never disappointed me. I highly recommend going here, the staff are wonderful and hard workers, the food is okay but it's 7-eleven so what can you expect, and overall it's just a good experience.

I love 7/11 stores and have been to more than i care to admit. The welland location is by far the best. It is always clean and staff are always smiling and attentive. You are always wecomed the moment you walk in the door. They are quick to refill anything that needs it no matter how busy they are. They make every customer feel like they are the most important ones. Everyone should get the app. Best app ever, i am getting free stuff every week!????

Either the hot food isn't fresh and hard or I don't get my full order of hot food. I've only gotten 2-3 pieces of my 4 piece order- with ANY foods I've ordered recently, generally don't realize until I'm home. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to receive phone card top ups depending on the staff because a few didn't seem to know how to use their machine to activate top ups for phone minutes and mess up with that.

Awesome selection with an app that loves to give. Seriously, give it a try. The deals it offers, right down to the free coffe weeks they seem to offer every couple of months will not only save money but also let you get points to redeem for almost anything. Friendly staff (though one time i did get a lady who i think was having a bad day. But hey we are all human, right?) who are always busy but manage to make you feel welcome. Hot coffee. I cannot stress this enough. Amazing coffee bar with a flavour selection that has something for everyone. Worth a visit.

I find that it's a nice 7/11. I've gotten some Slurpee's and they taste pretty good. It's a pretty compact store but that's only a downside when there's a line-up for the register which rarely happens in my experience.

I've been in store few times. Always nice and clean. Today we ordered some chicken wings from Uber Eats. They read my special instructions and did what i wanted. I am extremely satisfied with their service. I wish i could post pictures of the wings ???? they were amazing I will definitely come back ????????

The best 711 in all of the Niagara Region! The staff is super frendly. Cheapest gas in Welland. Clean and is always fully stocked. Has 3.25% milk jugs.

I've had decent experiences here before but now they are scamming people, I used 1000 points to get a free slurpee and I had to pay for it, I tried the next day and it still didnt work. I'm disappointed.

This 711 is filthy. Garbage all over, spills all over the floor and counter, and over flowing garbages by the slushy/pop machines. They asked me if i wanted anything from their hot case, however ecoli or Hep A/B/C wasn't what i was looking for. Didn't see staff wash their hands at all when handling the food and cash. This staff has little to no care for public health or safety. It's Russian Roulette getting any beverage or food from this cesspool...

Was just there .The entrances off of Crowland ave need to be fixed Now!! I JUST PUT A CRACK IN THE BUMPER OF MY NEW CAR .I AM PISSED.There are deep rutts off of Crowland ave by sidewalks .I was not going fast at all and bottomed my BUMPER out .This needs to be fixed Now!!!!

Brutal customer service for night staff… my son ordered something he always orders, Buffalo chicken wings. He recorded chicken tenders. After noticing in the car they were not what he ordered, we returned to the counter to ask for what he actually ordered. The staff demanded that what he ordered without double checking the bag. Not even attempting to correct THEIR MISTAKE! We were not rude just asked them to correct it. Such a disappointing experience… of your looking for a quick snack in there evening I wouldn’t suggest going to this location. The staff honestly n is useless at correcting anything customer service related… brutal at best

Noticed that their gas price is most of the times higher than Petro Canada, right across. Although the difference is for few cents, but it should not be. Otherwise it is clean, friendly and bright

I was at your location at approximately 1115 on sat may 2 while there I noticed that there was a man standing outside who was talking to himself very loudly. I carried on with my day however when my husband and I came by for coffee the man was still there this was at approx 830 pm it appeared that he had just released himself on the sidewalk towards the back of the store. When my husband returned to the car he told me to lock the door as the man was approaching the car. He then told me that the girl was by herself. I once worked at the quadra and Yates location and the shift required at least 2 people on shift. I could not sleep after this as I was extremely worried about the young lady. I think in my opinion there should have been 2 people or one guy she should not have been alone. Thank you

Have to give it to the staff. This place is never in shortage of scumbags looking to cause trouble. And yet the workers keep it together and are courteous. Anyone looking to complain about the staffs lack of enthusiam obviously hasn't gone to buy milk at 3 am. Trust me. The freaks DO come out at night.

Been in this location many times before for gas and some food pick up, it's usually always busy since it tends to have the lowest priced gas but the location and store is decent. Ordered some food online last night from skipthedishes and got food picked up from this location. The food wasn't that great. The meat pizza taste awful. Please do not put onions inside of your pre-made pizzas. It takes away the meaty taste and onions are just gross. I'll probably never buy pizza from them again unless they change the way they make their pizza.
