Pretty simple but good for what it is. I really enjoyed their grilled cheese but my iced chai was essentially unstirred cinnamon flavoured milk and needed a lot of sugar. Their hot drinks are a bit better though. Good location and cute place.

Such a cute little place! Their Chai Latte is actually a bit spicier than normal. I recommend adding some sugar or honey. It's unsweetened, but honestly, it's good on its own without any sweeteners. Have it with a side of their banana bread and you day should be set! Lol.

It's cozy, inviting, and located right in the heart of Ladners village square area, just steps away from a plethora of small artisan shops. Despite visiting from Nanaimo across Georgia Straight, I always make a point of stopping by once a trip for a piping hot Americano.

I live in Ladner and I really like the coffee, location, outdoor space, and community support shown via local artwork and events posted inside. However, the staff are unfriendly more often than not. When I have had questions about the coffee or seasonal drinks, they treat me as if I am a nuisance for asking. Even if I'm the only person in the queue at the time. This is very disappointing and often deters me from returning more often than I would otherwise. It would also be nice if they stayed open later, but I understand how it may be difficult to do so as a small business.

Everytime I’ve asked the staff a question, they answered while looking down their nose at me. I’ve never met a more condescending bunch, and I rather go to a commercial coffee shop as at least their staff are held accountable for being rude. The coffee served here is so acidic, it will burn a hole through your stomach lining. Anyone trying to be health conscious who adds only milk: beware. Milk isn’t fatty enough to tame that bite. Go full fat, and then be full fat.

Special Place in the Heart of Ladner. Highly recommended to try out this coffee shop when you are in the area, especially if you are a Chai Latte fan. Their wraps are delicious and you can pair them with a bit of salsa or salad. Plenty of indoor and some outdoor seating available. Very friendly baristas and overall a great vibe. Wonderful and peaceful neighbourhood to take a stroll in with a great cup of coffee in hand.

We enjoyed everything at this welcoming coffee shop! We had two espressos, an everything cookie and a bacon wrap. The espresso was excellent. The cookie is like a granola bar in texture and flavour. The wrap was nicely accompanied by salsa and it also comes with either a side salad or pickled beets! There is only one bathroom here but it does have a change table. This coffee shop is also accessible and while its pouring rain today it has a nice patio outside!

I have been a customer from the first day! I try not to miss a day and find the staff friendly, courteous and efficient. The patio in summer is a dog-lovers haven, but all are very well behaved, because they are bribed by Rob. The coffee is fantastic and the sandwiches superb. The pastries, made by a French bakery are to die for - try the almond chocolate croissant, warmed up. Hmmm, gotta go, I feel a croissant fix coming on.

honestly hate leaving bad reviews, but been here before and service was great. today October 1st around 2pm went to get some coffee and sandwich, the cashier girl was extremely rude and wouldn’t even be nicer when we complimented her shirt. Coffee wasn’t great either even though it usually is, the guy barista was nice though. Fix her attitude though it really ruined my day.

They don't offer a simple Cappuccino on the menu, they didnt have any skim milk and the cookie that I bought was dry and it was expensive. At least 50c more then a comparable cookie at Starbucks which is expensive in itself.

Stir has the *best* pumpkin spice latte I have ever had and they are actually able to do it *vegan*, which is so rare! Because they don't use a base of condensed milk, it doesn't have that sickly sweet taste of PSLs from other -*ahem* places. I would love to see a few more vegan pastry options, but other than that no complaints :) I will definitely be returning for that pumpkin spice latte the next time i'm in Ladner
