Terrible service. Waited 15 minutes to get to the speaker. When I finally got up there I was told they would be right with me. I waited 3 more minutes before I asked if they had forgotten about me. The girl appologized and said she couldn't hear me then laughed. I ordered a hashbrown and an apple turnover. I get home and I got a hashbrown and what I believe might be a cherry turnover. Very disappointing

A&W beyond meat burger is the best. As a vegan, if I’m outside and in a pinch of options or want a good solid burger, my go to is always the A&W beyond meat burger. It tastes incredible and it’s loaded with goodness. Also, they sometimes have discount deals to offer them for half price which is incredible! If you haven’t tried their burger yet, try it now!

After waiting an interminable length of time in the drive through line up where food was very slow coming out, my husband finally got to the window to place his order. It took much too long to get the food. He checked the receipt taped to the bag to ensure everything he ordered was on the list. When he got home, we discovered that the food inside the bag was not our order. My husband had to return to the restaurant to get our order which was cold by this point. Not even so much as an apology by the employees! The worst customer service ever.

I got Chicken Burgers and drinks to go. A few years ago this place was my favourite place to eat but the quality has been a miss more than half the time I go now. My most recent vist: Chicken was soggy, not crispy. Bun was soggy. Lettuace was floppy. Burger was SMALL. The root beer was literally flat. FLAT. No fizz. No cabination at all. No ice. It was burning hot out and no ice in the drink. Really?? So gross. Change the management for the love of god. I'll be eating at McDonalds from now on until you all up the quality of the food to the way it was 2 years ago.

Order Spicey chicken burger and got literally a tomato a piece of lettuce and chicken with what I can only call a smurf sized dash of mayo. So disappointed to open this at home especially for the near $30 I spent. Check your food thoroughly if you MUST go here.

A&W is on of the best fast food chains in Canada (their breakfast is underrated also) and I've never had a bad experience at this location. Super professional, always friendly, order is always correct and the food is as good as it gets for mainstream fast food. Keep up the great work. Plus, if you're on keto, this is the only major chain to offer lettuce wraps, and they're brilliant.

I enjoy this place, but I have a few criticisms. When I ask for bbq sauce on my hamburger, they just give me a packet of sauce on the side. I like the onion rings a lot, but they are too hard to dip into the honey mustard container that comes with it. I also like very heavy onion on my burgers, but no matter how much I emphasis this I never get the amount of onion I want, even if offering to pay extra. The sausage in the breakfast sandwich is dry and spiced the wrong way in my opinion. Also the cheese they put on the breakfast sandwiches is too thin and wide, so it melts and ends up in the bottom of the bag the sandwich comes in. Overall I do enjoy everything.

Worst experience ever. Nobody is in the line up and they still ask you to wait before they take your order. Also, asked for ketchup, bbq sauce, and extra napkins. They said ok. I paid and they said drive to the front to pick up order as they are making fresh. This is great news. The lady brought my order to the car window. I asked if bbq and ketchup in the bag. She said yes. I left to find no bbq sauce. Then why lie to me about it?

I cannot believe my eyes when I saw the kitchen staff handled my order with their bare hands!!!!!! One lady shoved fries into the bag with her bare hands and the other lady made my kids cheeseburger with her bare hands as well!!!!!!! Even after I mentioned to the front counter lady that this is totally inappropriate, the rest of the kitchen staff continues to grab food with their bare hands without any gloves or even washing their hands……I threw away my food when I got home. Extremely unacceptable and will never visit again.

After waiting until 9:30pm to eat I talked my out of town son into going to A&W in Kenora. Bragging it was the better than any from Thunder Bay to Winnipeg. What a disappointment. He ordered the teen burger platter with fries and root beer. I ordered a teen burger. The burgers were so cold the melted cheese had completely hardened. The lettuce was grotesquely large and sloppily applied. The meat actually hurt the roof of my mouth when I bit into it it was so hard and cold. Extremely disappointed.

I went to the drive-thru for the first time here yesterday. The food was hot and it tasted good when I got to it but the wait was unacceptable. They had the order for the car behind me completely ready by the time I got my food. I would say I was at the window for just over 5 minutes after ordering. They also tried to give me the wrong order several times. Definitely not what I expect from A&W

Good: Fast, fair price, clean store. Bad: Storefront not available to customers at all (other restaurants have had seating for a while already, this just shows a lack of looking forward), food was adequate, but not the A+W quality I expect (way way wayyy too much seasoning salt, bun was dry (I'm assuming a quick half toast to reheat), and I had to ask for accompaniments by "interrupting" the employee. I may give them another go in the future, but it's definitely not on my to do list.
