This is one of my favourite Bridghead locations. It's slightly elevated over Metcalfe street providing a slightly nicer view over other locations. The surrounding buildings are historic and meaningful and its generally a nice ambience in this neighborhood. The coffee is among the best in Ottawa and their London Fogs are one of my go-to drinks. They are known for having fresh seasonal menu items, and anything pumpkin or festive is worth trying even twice! The layout of the coffee shop is great and it accommodates lines of people which are serviced efficiently and seemingly effortlessly - and there is plenty of space to sit comfortably with a laptop for a few hours. The staff in this location are very friendly, and very engaging of clients. The manager does an excellent job with his team. Great spot for tourists and professionals who work in the area. Close to LRT and local transit options.

One of my favorite Bridgehead locations. Located in downtown Financial District Ottawa. It is right next to Sparks Street and has a lot of foot traffic. Bridgehead is it amazing local coffee chain and there is roughly 19 locations. This is by far one of my favorites. This location has big floor-to-ceiling windows open space. helpful and happy staff. It's one of the best places to just chill out and people watch after whatever Excursion or event that's happening nearby on Parliament Hill. My recommendation is get just a regular latte. It's Rich flavorful and potent the right kind of pick me up.

The atmosphere is not the greatest- a bit too much like a cafeteria also it is cozier in the back - unless it is busy— because then you are right smack next to the next table and it is just not private enough to be cosy. Otherwise service is good, coffee is fine, a bit pricey.

This is such a great little chain. Everything is sourced ethically and made on Preston Street. All of their locations are good but this one is one of my favourite places to sit and study. It is best Chai Tea Latte I’ve had at any coffee shop and their jalapeño scones warmed up with butter are delicious.

This cafe is in the central downtown Ottawa area - just a few minutes by foot from the parliament buildings. The atmosphere of the cafe is comfy and modern. Although the space is chic and easily accessible by foot and wheelchair if need be, the foot is too expensive for what it is. The jalapeno cheddar scones weren't bad but quite dry. The two flavours of energy bites available were pretty tasty. The turkey wrap was very dense with sauce. The lattes ordered were both beautiful and delicious, our top reccomendation. Overall, I would say it's a nice place to get a coffee but there are much better places to get something to eat.

went to the coffee shop today, spent over $30 on coffees etc to go. One Person in our group wanted to use the washroom and the staff refused, saying that the washroom is only for people who are seated. The staff was extremely rude, I cannot see us going to Bridgehead again. Bridgehead needs to do what Starbucks did, teach the staff some manners and provide sensitivity training.

Bridgehead is one of my favorite coffee places but unfortunately when I visited this location the coffee wasn’t made properly and was bitter and when i asked for iced i got lukewarm. A little disappointed. There was also something in my coffee that I swallowed so that wasn’t great. Despite that, the staff were pleasant and the atmosphere is nice.

Staff is 6 stars!!! The 1 star is for whoever got rid of the Turkey club. And to whoever decided to bring back the cup lids that leak all over your hands, clothes, etc. This is a huge fail. Your regular customers notice this and they noticed and appreciated when you fixed the problem, then a couple months later the crappy lids reappeared! Hopefully this was a supply problem and not a way to cut corners.
