Really good wraps and hot dishes. They have 2 hot specials daily plus 2 soups. If you want a regular wrap that's also possible. Their wraps are different because they add rice (optional).

If you're looking for a quick yet healthy lunch, this is the place. They've got a huge selection of veggies to choose from and multiple flavors of wraps. The peas are delicious too. They have a daily special each day of the week, and I have to say that the price for value is excellent. They're homemade soup is also quite delicious, and if you have fussy kids they've also got quiche and other quick pickups. They usually also have a couple of different salads to choose from. I've been a patron of this business for years and will continue to be one for as long as it's here. Sometimes when I'm considering a sandwich, I decide to go to that's a wrap instead and I never regret it.

Wraps are a great value. The specials of the day are the best, but come early, like today, I showed up 10 min before 13:00 and they were already out of butter chicken, while it is very good, I was looking to get the bulgogi beef wrap, it is so good. The almond cookies are great at the front counter, and the quiche is always overlooked but are they ever good too! You definitely get what you pay for here. Thanks for a great lunch.

I had high hopes for this place but I didn't see what was so great about it. They didn't offer to heat up my wrap, I paid 7 bucks for a wrap that literally had chicken and lettuce on it and the staff seemed annoyed when I asked about having it warmed up. I don't think I would go back.

I have eaten here often. If you enjoy wraps this is a great place to go. For a reasonable price you can get soup and a large wrap which would make most happy. I had a bulgogi beef wrap on my last visit with vegetable and ham soup. Both were very good.

Such a tasty meal. Split pea soup-the best! Curried chicken with rice and steamed just right fresh broccoli, cauliflower, with redpepper --mmmmm mmmmm mmm. Hit the spot!
