Careful when placing an online order.... It will tell you Ready Today @ time selected, but in your email and online order status it will be for the next day at said/chosen time. I got there to get my order, and they said they never received it. We checked my email confirmation, and the staff was correct. the order was placed for the next day?? They told me i could cancel the order via the APP or online... I can not! Now I have to argue with my credit card company to dispute the online order. However, the staff recreated my order on the spot & I was there less than 5-min "quicker than McDonald's FF drive-thru or curbside pickup VIA there APP" - APP/Online orders be careful, i've never had a problem with the in-store staff or service. Would have given more Stars, but the fact that I now have to dispute a CC charge because I cannot cancel an order for tomorrow via the APP or online site.... Why did I already get charged for an order that hasn't even happened yet?

First and only time I will ever walk into this place!!! We are a family that eats at subway regularly. My daughter ordered the new hero sandwich and the staff just starting putting veggies on it without asking her what she wanted. I stopped him and told said she didnt want/ask for those. Was told that it only came with certain ones. I was shocked! Told him that she would want others and was told that it would cost extra!!!!! I thought the whole point of subway was to get what you wanted. I get paying extra for the meats, but the veggies? Then they dressed it, with mayo, and toasted it! I let them know that when she was sick I would be back to give them the bill. I left with nothing due to the hard time I was given. Two thumbs down for this place.

De plus c'est épouvantable comment ils mettent rien dans les sous marin et dans leur salade. J'ai demandé des olives et la Mme n'en a mis 2 et même chose pour les oignons. Il a fallu que je lui dise d'en rajouter et elle était surprise de ma demande. It's Subway, much like all other Subways (no complaints, I love subs). Deep River is a "pit stop" type of town for me. Most people I know go to the Tim Hortons for this purpose, but the Subway has far less traffic and has a washroom detached from the restaurant, which is convenient.

They skimp you BIG time on toppings and you very rarely get your order right.....even after u ask for lots and lots and lots of spinach....but it was still only a little bit of spinach???? What are you gonna do, go all the way to Liskeard for a sub... In Kirkland, they aren't very professional. Thank you Subway, for being one of few fast food chains that offers Gluten Free Sandwiches. It's a Blessing to have when being GF is not a choice. I can't wait for you to have a Gluten Free Soup to offer with Sandwiches. Sandwich Artists are always so helpful and quick to tell me what meats to stay clear of for my allergies. All staff helped look into soup ingredients for me, although I thought it would be okay, they didn't feel it was safe so I honoured their recommendations. I always order what is recommended Gluten safe at each location. I've yet to visit a Subway where the Sandwich Artist was unfamiliar with Gluten friendly ingredients on hand! Most places make me feel bad for asking questions.

I do the drive through and it’s always usually the same guy on the mic. Makes the best subs and he’s actually pretty funny. Ordering a sub went from boring to a comedy show. Great experience. In general it's a pretty decent place to get your sandwiches, the staff nine times out of 10 take the time to make the sandwiches properly they don't just grab a clump of vegetables and plopped down in one place. The toppings were EXTREMELY few and far between. Very disappointed in this location. I could not understand a single word the clerk was saying. The "steak" filling was barely there. The sub overall was so incredibly greasy and I didn't actually request any oil-based dressing. For a small town, you'd think they would do better but this specific location had to be literally the worst of the lot. Buyer beware!!

I made a small stop here while I was en route to Kingston from Ottawa. This subway was quite busy at lunchtime. There were there young International students handling the lunch footfall with speed, efficiency and smiles on their faces. Keep up the good work. We ordered three footlong sandwiches. All were made as per the instructions and dressed as asked for. The pace was clean and has a designated area to sit with social distancing markings.
