Food was good overall but service was not great. I asked the difference between 2 soup dishes to decide but the server did not know and did not ask anyone for clarification. She told me what she thought and it resulted in me choosing something which was not what I was expecting. It tasted good but was not what I wanted. We also asked if there was smaller sizes for kids and the response was “I don’t know” but again she did not check. I am ok if there is not kids sizes but you should know the menu.

The Pho taste is exactly the same as local food! It reminds me when I was in vietnam. Generally delicious.

Stay away if your a foodie or anyone looking for Vietnamese Food. The older lady that seats you is beyond miserable, no manners , forgets what you just told her and eventually kept bringing food that wasnt ours and forgot our drinks. The Deep fried spring rolls are the size of cigars ( .10c worth of filling ) come on this is beyond cheap....... no cilantro in the fresh rolls and are filled with so much lettuce the Prawn/ shrimp were lost ? Or non existent. I have traveled far and wide and Vietnamese is my go to for food but this is unreal !!! Dont even think of ordering the thai coconut soup.... canned pinnaple with tomatoe chunks in a teacup size bowl almost taste like sour milk. I only post this review to help save peoples time , money and peace of mind .... try Song Thuan in Lethbridge if you want good Vietnamese!!!!

You get amazing value for your dollar at Pho Saigon, which is why it almost makes it too easy to order pickup on days where we don't feel like cooking. If eating in, they have comfortable tables with modern decor and polite servers. I haven't tried much of their menu, but what I have eaten has been fantastic. I would recommend both the Pad Thai and Vermicelli with Grilled Chicken.

Loved the Jasmin tea and the broth in the pho house special. ((I am having trouble swallowing solids so I mostly just drank the broth)) Getting drinks and food were pretty quick, staff was very nice. ((They added broth to the to go container as I had no broth left in my bowl)) Big portions and decent prices. There was not really much checking back after the food was out and had to look for someone to pay, and grab a to go container. Overall it was a very good meal and I will definitely be going there again.

Unfortunately a disappointing experience. Had wonton soup, thai curry chicken, and the shrimp pad Thai. The soup was flavorless, the thai curry didn't have very much chicken on it, and the pad thai was very boring. The green tea was just a bag of lipton green tea. Lastly, the server never came to clear off our plates the entire time we were there.

Probably my favorite restaurant in town. I absolutely love the chicken pad thai. Wish the booths were bigger though, have brought large groups a couple of times and need to divide between multiple tables.

This place could be good but have really reduced there portions. Very little meat just all noodles. For $12:50 house special noodle soup it is not good value. Guess that is what happens when your the only place in town

The food tastes good but it is overpriced for the portion sizes. Other Vietnamese restaurants offer much larger pho for their price and they didn't even come with basil or chilis. The spring rolls are also small and you only get 3 per order. Usually Vietnamese is a pretty good bang for your buck. Not here though.

I have went a few different times......by a few I mean probably 100x. And every time I feel so welcomed and their always so friendly. The food is AMAZING!! I have went to quite a few Vietnamese as well as Thai food restaurants , and this one is spectacular! I will be continuing to go over and over again

Probably the worst Chicken Pad Thai I’ve ever had! Not only were the noodles lumped together, the chicken (what little there was) tasted like it was cooked days ago! There were barely any bean sprouts and only a few pieces of yellow pepper for a vegetable. Definitely the only time I will ever order from them! ????????

Great experience, great food. Some of the sduces do have a fair bit of salt (typically because of the amount of fish sauce in them). Some of the menu items are priced well, while others are too expensive so experience with the menu will help you greatly. The taste carries their rating quite far. Nice to be able to just get stuff to go.

Service was horrendous. Didn’t say hello or thank you. Didn’t check that the food was okay. No drink refill. Didn’t clear the table. Food was very mediocre. Portion was fair. Will not return. This restaurant would never survive in a bigger city where there is competition.

Vermicelli was ok, spring rolls were hot and fairly tasty. Pho was dissapoonting, salty and lacked meat. Of the meat it had, it was fairly tough. Food aside, unfortunately it was fairly dirty inside once we arrived. So many uncleaned tables, yet no customers inside. Service was fairly slow and it continued up until payment.

I ordered the lemongrass chili chicken, a dish that had been my favorite at many other restaurants because it is so flavorful, and when I opened the container it looked promising. But it was flavorless. Also the salad roll was possibly the saddest I've ever eaten. All noodles, a bit of lettuce and a couple unseasoned prawns. They were not worth it. However I can't leave it 1* because the prices are actually reasonable for what you get for the meals. I just had higher hopes for this place. I really hope it was just an off night.

Horrible service. There was only one other couple dining in, but our server took forever to get a hold of. All employees just stayed at the front and weren't paying attention to their customers, so we couldnt even flag them down! At least the pho was good, but that's about it. Wouldn't come back again and do not recommend unless this is the ONLY place you can get Vietnamese cuisine.

Great Thai food for the local area, service is lacking like the other reviews have said. If you want take out definitely suggest calling in advance about 30 mins to have the meal prepared and ready for pick up. Otherwise good Pad Thai and Pho soup!

Bought Thai fried rice and Shanghai noodles. Portion sizes were not sufficient. Shanghai noodles was actually good but the fried rice was not . When I called them to let them know that although the food was okay, the portion sizes weren't enough I was told that's what I get for what I paid. Well then, they should provide proper portion sizes and charge accordingly!

Tried take out for my first experience and will avoid in the future. The soup was ok meat portion lacking, stir-fry for$15 was a small container, half white rice and a half cup of stir fry chicken.

Poor or no service gets low to no tip, and this was no exception. Order was wrong and no onion does not mean scoop out the onion and return the bowel since you missed onion in the process. No water refills, no checking on us, no clearing dishes and we had to hunt you down to pay.....bad service. The food however was good, some of the portions were lacking.

I loved their Satey Beef Pho. The broth was exceptional and so far one of the best Pho's I've had so far. I will definitely be back to have some more and try other items on the menu. Not a big fan of their wings though. Overall, had a wonderful experience! I'd definitely recommend this place if you're in Cranbrook!

Service is good and it's authentic Vietnamese food! The first time I was there I had Bun Bo Hue (Hue style thick noodle with hot chili oil in soup) and pork salad rolls. I had to go back for seconds, and third time after coming back from another trip in Rossland. This is a gem in the Interior BC! I mean, the best Bun Bo Hue is definitely in Calgary of all places, but this is close! Wow, if you're looking for good authentic Vietnamese cuisine within 800 miles in the interior BC, this is the place to get some beef noodle soup and vermicelli!

Poor service It! It took about 20 minutes to make 2 bubble teas, it wasn't even busy. There were only 2 tables there and they were both already eating. She just stood at the counter not doing anything most of the time I was waiting.

The spring rolls tasted like the ones I could have bought from the grocery store and the pho that I ordered was most definitely NOT chicken like I ordered but pork. I have never been more disappointed with Vietnamese food before. Not a place I'll go back to or recommend to anyone.

Only been once but the Satay Beef Pho was tasty. Good broth but I could have used a bit more - that said, the prices are low so you could always ask for extra broth and it would end up the same price as most Pho. I'll definitely be back!

This place is horrible. As I sit in the restaurant customers are being ignored. A couple just walked out and my order that was pre ordered 90 minutes ago is not ready. Avoid this place at all costs. My food that I picked up for my children and was in the car from another restaurant is now cold. Epic fail And I asked three times for hot sauce...not hot sauce in the bag. Very dissatisfied. In this day and age the customer service industry needs to step up their game.

This place has a great "home cooked" type of food. Bring your appetite, and definitely try the Vietnamese cold coffee. My whole family likes the food here. One thing of note, because it is authentic there isn't a lot of choice for people with severe allergies.

Just heads-up to all since we experience it tonight. My auntie and I went there for dinner and when she asked for the bill, the price on their menu wasn't the price on the bill ???? it has additional price! So when you go there make sure that you look at the price before you pay your bill!! Poor service and small portion, the lady didn't even bother to apologize ???????? Our last time going to eat there. Never again!
