Great little cafe and bookstore in downtown Cranbrook. Picked up a tray of goodies for the amazing staff in the OR at the hospital today. Great selection of treats, and I wish I could report how great the Irish breakfast tea was, it smelled amazing but I left it on the top of the car and it spilled allover the outside (so much better than inside) staff was super friendly and they have a great selection of interesting books too. Thanks so much for the treats today. Love the names of some of the tea too. Put a big smile on my face this am.

A great coffee shop in downtown Cranbrook. I have gone to this location a few times now and all of their choices are good. I have sampled a variety of specialty drinks, as well as some of their own roasted coffee and have yet to be disappointed. The baked goods taste home made and fresh. The service is fantastic with very knowledgeable staff. The sitting choices are also appropriate to suit all sorts of gatherings, there is something for everyone. The decor is quaint and some of it is for sale. The price is appropriate for a specialty coffee shop and not excessive for the quality. If you like their selection, feel free to buy a bag of your favorite roast so you can brew it in the comfort of your own home. Mind you, never have I felt un-welcomed to stay for however long i pleased, so it worked great for doing homework. I will return to this location and will continue to receive the same impeccable service and quality.

Subpar and disappointing. Ordered a dark roast coffee, I asked for 1 sugar and 2 cream and got barely any cream. Coffee was still very dark in colour. The young man helping me seemed shy and had no sense of urgency, he moved very slowly. As for the coffee, the dark roast tasted watery, waste of money.

Lots of coffee bean varieties, but hardly any goodies. No muffins. No scones. Just some squares and cookies that would be too sweet. They did have a few sandwiches though.

Barely accessible to me as a quadriplegic. No accessible washroom. Went in to apply for help wanted sign advertised. Said they won't even 'speak' to someone without a resume. Prices in the high end for standard fair. Were not even personable to customers they were actively serving. A must miss for seniors and the disabled!

So much plastic - Epic fail!!! One of the first things I think of when I walk into a coffee shop and see every single solitary piece of food wrapped in plastic is; the food is not fresh. It's being kept longer than it should. The operators over order. It does not look appealing. The next thing I wonder about is how concerned the operator is with waste and the environment. I could not spend my money at this place.

Such delicious Gluten Free options and the latte was perfect! It's so nice to have an affordable cafe that offers multiple dietary "treat" options. The atmosphere was cozy, the book selection was awesome! Local coffee and tea selections are great!

We stopped in today to grab some beans and a coffee on our road trip. The young women working was not particularly pleasant and she unfortunately over steamed our milk. Don’t know if it’s a quality roast as the milk has burnt off my taste buds. We were excited to try this place as it has great reviews. We are disappointed
