We order two pizzas and a cheese bread. They were totally burnt and it weren't even freah as well. We didn't even eat and threw all in the garbage Then, we called the store and employee called fera gave us store credit. A day after, when we went at the store for replacement they denied our request and staff behavior was very rude.This store is worst.

If i could give Domino's North Bay a -1 rating i would. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled that none of the staff at Domino's were wearing masks before or after I entered the store to pick up my pizzas. Might I add that it is MANDATORY to be wearing facial coverings in Ontario at any establishment. I will not be going back to buy pizza from them.

I'm lactose intolerant. I ordered a pizza with no cheese and what is supposed to be the "milk free" crust. I inspected the pizza before I left and it didn't look like the correct crust. I asked an employee and he insured me I had the milk free crust. I got home and started eating it, only to taste butter and milk. I spent the rest of the night puking. This is the last time I will be eating at this place. 40 dollars to puke up acid... Great. This isn't the first time either. Last time I ordered, I recieved a pizza that had pieces of shredded cheese mixed in with the garlic. Ps... This business delivered a half eaten pizza to friends of ours. Ridiculous. Save your money.

Called in an order today and they said they did not take debit at the door so, we told them we would order online. Place an order that was a bit different than what we phoned in. Waited 2 hrs, no pizza. Called and they said we had to pay for 2 pizzas, that they threw the pizza in the oven from the call, when we said we'd order online, plus the online order and they wouldn't bring us any pizza untill both were paid for. We told them that it was their mistake, that they shouldn't have even made the first pizza because we said we would order online, and now were banned from ordering until we pay for both pizzas. Then I got angry and now we're banned indefinitely.

Ridiculous! So after a mild squabble with the management, I took a hiatus on purchasing pizza at Domino's pizza of North Bay. After a month or two down the road, I check my profile to see that Domino's HQ had resolved a prior issue I had and reimbursed me. I ordered a pizza, then two, then sure enough I am 12 pizzas in and suddenly they cancel an order I made. I make a call, see what's up; some kid (not the manager) tells me he had (HAD) to cancel my order because I had a dispute with management in May 2017. It's December 2017 and I have 12 online receipts since I submitted a report. I don't get it, but I know for sure, Toppers, you are this guys number 1 pizza business in the city. If you are from out of town, please don't waste your hard earn money on this establishment. They truly do not deserve it. There are many great Pizza Restaurants this city has to offer. From Greco's and Churchill for the high end dine-in, to Toppers pizza (which in my opinion has the best crust recipe). I hope this was helpful for anyone who respects customer loyalty and all that comes with it. -Update- So after a conversation with the franchise owner, I was giving a proper apology and was reimbursed. Thank you for making this right and thank you for taking care of your customers. Keep up the efforts.

Based on a referral I tried to order pizza for a party. The telephone customer service was so rude I wondered how they could possibly be in business. I called back to talk to the manager and she was the manager. The franchise owner for 15 years! Couldn't manage to get over herself to take my order the second time either. I'm in town for a judo competition and stoped by the Dominos to get cheese pizza for my boys supper. Not only was it was very pricey, the pizza was horrible! I got a thin-crust which tasted like cardboard and it was over cooked with a small amount of cheese. I'm super disappointed and should have gone to Pizza Pizza ????

Dominos was our go to pizza place when we lived in BC. When we moved back to North Bay, we ordered from Dominos on Lakeshore. I used my credit card to pay for the online order which included the delivery fee. Dominos Lakeshore then called me and wanted an extra $7 for delivery! I told them I refuse to pay a extra delivery fee and that I already paid for my order online. Their response was "they would keep the pizzas unless I paid the extra delivery". I was completely dumb founded. Classic bait and switch move. I will never order from Dominos again.

It was made to perfection. It was very soft but fully cooked and just melted, it was delicious. Also the pasta was amazing, my toddler goes crazy on it and I love it too. I would say its probably the best pizza shop left in north bay and area, everywhere else are losing there once good food. Its changing for the worst. Yet this way stays to perfection. To add also is the tracking they have available, its amazing. The waiting time is never too bad. Its appropriate for the food your getting. Now that I've found there's a dominos in north bay and ordered tonight, I don't think I'll be going anywhere else when I want pizza and pasta. Delivery person was very kind and gentle, not rushed which was nice as well. Keep up the good work guys ????????

Ordered from here for the first time and had a lovely meal. We ordered off their website and the process was fast and easy. I love how the website updates you every step of the way while they are preparing your order. We ordered the Chicken BBQ pizza and it was delicious. The chicken had great flavor and was nice and juicy. The pizza had a great cheese to topping ratio. The crust was really tasty and the dip tied everything together really nicely. This was my first experience eating at Dominos in a very very long time and I am impressed. I hope I can find the same quality at other locations in Ontario.b

We directly called the store to talk about it and a girl named Fera she agreed that she will provide us the same pizzas and cheese bread the next day. On the next day we called them to order it they told us we are not going to provide any free pizzas we agreed for just 1 pizza. They are not even providing us back the credit for the same. Few pics are of morning where we are showing that we have not even ate anything and directly threw them into garbage.

Had really been enjoying the food, but customer service is really important to us. Just had the worst customer service trying to be reimbursed for incorrect charges to my credit card. We ordered online, but called store to get some help or a contact number, Manager wasn't very pleasant. Emails with Domino's have also been disappointing! We can't be bothered by their double, triple transactions on your card to pay for 1 order for contactless delivery. There are much better pizza places in North Bay with one transaction to card.

The most horrible place to order a pizza. Do not redeem any of your online coupon at this store, just because you will get a call from a very rude manager who will ask you for a delivery charge even if you have already paid for a free deliver, i will attach the proof as well with this so everyone can know how they are treating their customers. As you can see in the picture, there is no delivery charge for the order i placed, i paid online and then store called me and asked for a 5 dollar delivery charge even if THERE ISN'T ANY ON THE BILL, i refused to pay any extra money, and the manager was so rude that he said either you can pick up or cancel the order but we wont deliver this pizza, and hung up. The most ridiculous pizza store in town. Never getting any business from me again. I have cancelled the order after calling the store again, it was 4.07 i don't want my money back, KEEP THE CHANGE.

Your basic dominos! We got take out and used the online order so that we could get the Monday deal (50% off pizzas), we tried using it on the phone but it was online only! The staff were nice and polite over the phone and had our pizza ready upon pick up. I like the online tracker bar so awesome they have that feature when you order online! The only minor issue was I requested square cutting on one of the pizzas but that’s okay no big deal - still tastes the same!

Since moving to North bay (2008) we have tried ALOT of different pizza restaurants. For the value and taste Dominos cant be beat. They have become our regular Tuesday take out night with the kids. Delivery guys have been super polite, never have an issue with this business and we recommend then to anyone asking for a great pizza. Wish they would bring back the pasta bowls!! Super yummy!!!

First time ordered from Domino's. The pizza came with a thorny substance(like insect) on the pizza. They replaced pizza immedietly (Good service). But, the second pizza had lots of sauce with very little cheese on it. Did not taste like pizza, it tasted like eating dough with sauce. Wasn't cooked properly. Fast service is not everything. Poor quality. Not a pleasant experiance. Won't order again.

Worst service ever!!!!! Drivers are great excellent drivers. Ask for a small discount because they didn't put my order in. Young girl screaming at me, that they had to drag off into the back screaming at me.Very unusual behavior for a large corporation. Is the one located in North Bay on Lakeshore drive. Manager would not give me his name. When asked who was the manager? Same young girl pointed to the biggest guy in there trying to intimidate me. Which did not and did not impress me very much. Person at the cash did not believe me. Even after I showed her my call history. Even with the correct number in the call history 15 minutes beforehand. I showed up in time. They didn't know what I was talking about. Ask for a small discount if I had to wait another 15-20 minutes. Domino's is a large corporation that has money allotted for mess ups and other things like charities. I did order a pizza while there. Which carried on to the young lady absolutely going out of her mind and being dragged into the back again. After that I said (forget the pizza).

These guys are simply the best, I don't know what else to say. I order delivery on almost every one of their 50% off Mondays (confessed pizzaholic and my hips are noticing it... oops) and the last time I did the delivery driver showed up as speedy and friendly as ever except this time around my little 2 year old pomeranian Shenanigans slipped between my legs and started running around on the street like a rabid ghost had possessed him!! I was so terrified that he was going to be squished by a car I almost started yelling but my delivery driver, without hesitating, calmly coaxed him back on to the sidewalk and delivered both Shenanie and my pizza right into my arms. Pizza was as delicious as ever (and the stress eating made it disappear quickly lol). Thank you Domino's for the great work! Keep it up!!

We ordered for delivery, there was a hair in my garlic bread, called back to let them know, nobody cared about that. Didn’t wanted a refund or a swap just wanted to make sure it don’t happen in future or to someone else. It was cold, didn’t wanted to make the delivery driver come back because of someone else’s fault. Really a terrible service, please don’t order food from them. Domino’s should fix there customer service at this store. Store called me back not to apologize but threatening me to delete the review. That’s terrible and completely unacceptable.

Walked in for a carry out order. No one in store. Girl told me 20 min. Why. What for Oven is set to 6 min. She told me so Online order came in and she made those first. Was terrible and the staff at the northbay location are rude and awfull .when u get a pizza sauce shouldn't be dripping from the top and bottom of the box .I was ordering alot and the box was never gross qnd dripping with sauce .I called once to change my order then they ruined the pizza on purpose and hung up on me when I comained

Pizza tastes great BUT my wife and I ordered through the online app and we ordered a 2 topping large pizza and everything looked fine then I got an email and said there's only cheese so I called and the kid said he was gonna send a replacement but had to clear it with his manager then came back and said that bcuz I ordered on their app they aren't gonna replace their mistake so not impressed they didn't offer to even change it. Customer service isn't very good we didn't get what we paid for at all and they were rude about it so wont be ordering from there again!

I ordered online and when the delivery guy got to my door he said that they do not have interact for deliveries, even though there was a interact/gift card option when I ordered...so because I only had my debit card I was unable to pay so they took my pizza back!!! Why is there an interact option for that store if they don't have it? And what pizza delivery store in the year 2015 doesn't have interact for deliveries??? I will never order from them again!!!

Have ordered alot from here. Always get exactly what I like and great service. I understand the things have changed due to covid and I've had no issue giving my Visa debit card over the phone numerous times over the past month to purchase my order I ordered tonight and the guy on the phone says he does not believe he can do that I said I've done it before he says he can't I asked for anyone more experienced he hang up the phone on me when I called back to get his first name for when I speak to a manager he said no then hung up. So my order is going to toppers tonight.

Before you question 5 stars, it's not for the amazing pizza. It's for the cheerful and friendly care and consistent work the staff puts into their jobs. The pizza is always fast, never burned/slopped inside the box/all the toppings in a pile, or any of the issues I've had at Domino's in other cities. It's rare to get quality work from part-time fast food employees, but these folks are awesome.

I like the pasta's of the dominos in northbay, pizzas I ordered couple of times in this city but Its was not upto mark, sorry as I have a special pizza brand in city which I like and cant compare that with anyone until today.

Probably the best Dominos I've ever been to. Pizza is excellent (for the price) and the staff is honestly some of the friendliest I've seen. I don't know what the Manager is doing exactly but clearly they have a great hiring process and pr policies. Best pizza place in Cranbrook, easy.

Ordered a chicken alfredo pizza, I had no clue that there was marinara sauce in chicken alfredo period. So lookup the toppings and base sauces which is ALFREDO NOT PIZZA MARINARA. They also forgot to give us our pop with our order. So 3rd times a charm let's hope they dont mess up again and we can get down to eating.

I ordered from here and received a cheese bread with a spider on it. When I called the store the person I spoke with didn’t really seemed to care and offered me a new cheese bread which I didn’t take because I was so grossed out by the first one. This place is so gross it should be checked out by a health inspector. Definitely will never be ordering from here again.

TERRIBLE PIZZA TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ordered in store, got pizza home, 2 out of the 3 pizzas were burnt black on the crust and bottom. I threw out a total of a whole pizza because it was so burnt. I wasn't able to take them back to the store because i had gotten a drive there, so i had no car. Also sign out front of store advertised a price of $34.99 for 3 lgs but in store they told me it was $37.99 with no apology. I would call that FALSE ADVERTISING. Called and spoke with manager, he blamed me for the problems. He said i should have checked online before going in and should have checked my pizzas. He offered NO APOLOGY and was EXTREMELY RUDE. Also this was my first time ever ordering at Domino's in North Bay and it is definitely my last! I will never go back and I'll only order from my 2 favourites in town TOPPERS and PIZZA HUT. They have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, PRICES and PIZZA.

Called to (of course) order a pizza, and was informed that we had to pay for a previous pizza. The previous pizza had been given to us for free because upon arriving, their debit machine wasn't working and since we had no other form of payment, they gave us the pizza "for free" because of the inconvenience. The delivery boy was very apologetic and told us not to worry. Very nice of them! When we recalled the story to the manager (or so he says he was one) he said it wasn't his problem we had no other form of payment so basically, pay up. I informed him that it wasn't OUR problem their machine wasn't working and that we're not the ones running their business, and had we known it would be an issue we would have just not taken the pizza. To make a long story short - guy lost it. I was sworn at (every word you can imagine), called "my dear," he told me to "go stuff myself" (I'm a woman, so I WONDER what that could have meant??), I was told to shut the **** up, he made fun of the way I talked, and gave us a fake name for the store owner when I asked for it. We ended up ordering from Boston Pizza. It was delicious.

Terrible owner, no sense of customer service. I have repeatedly ordered from here and picked up with staff members not wearing masks. The staff prefers not to follow provincial regulations and the owner was incredibly rude over the phone with me when I mentioned his staff wasn't following provincial regulations. It's clear this owner doesn't care about his customers or the health of this community. He told me his business would do fine with or without me and told me to get my pizza elsewhere. In the past there's been hair in the pizza and things have showed up very late...the owner is entitled and I for one will no longer support him. I will also, be filing a complaint with the health board, some employees should have been wearing hair nets and weren't and the floor wasn't clean, all this in addition to a lack of willingness to follow COVID-19 PROTOCOLS. DISGUSTING!!!

Delivery driver did not wear a mask when he came to my front door even when I specifically requested that he wear a mask. Pizza has very few toppings. Brownie is not fully cooked - it is still dough. Expensive.

Great pizza, pretty solid delivery times, as well. Tastes different from the pizza from the states, for some reason, but that may just be me. Only problem for me is how the pizza is cut, often I find the pizza rips at the end of the cut when I try to pull it. Other than that, great pizza. Please have a great day if you're reading this.
