Best cinnamon buns around with icing that is to die for! We make sure to stop by anytime we are in town. Lovely elderly ladies are always behind the counter happy to help. Highly recommend. Note they only accept cash and debit.

Good cinnamon buns for sure, we wanted to get a half a dozen but they were an hour from close and had 7 left, the worker told us she would not give us 6 as she would be sold out and they still had an hour left. We just left, I won’t go back...I dont understand that kind of business logic..tuning a costumer down when you have the stock because you don’t want to make more?

My partner and I were in Courtney for an appointment and had some time to kill, so we ended up going to the mall. We could smell the sweet smell of cinnamon wafting through the mall when we entered by Save on Foods. We followed to find Cinnsational, located by the mall entrance to Canadian Tire. It has a 50's diner vibe, uses real plates and cutlery, and has a few tables and chairs to sit at. The staff were very friendly and the prices were excellent. The cinnamon buns were amazing. Mine was freshly made and still gooey in the middle. My partner had the caramel pecan which was also divine. I will be coming back next time I'm in town!

I never cared much for cinnamon rolls as I had only tried the grocery store-bought kind that is often dry, yet slimy. However, the cinnamon roll I had from Cinnsational was amazing. Hot and gooey with amazing icing. Not dry or slimy at all. Definitely started my love with cinnamon rolls.

One of my earliest memories is watching that bear travel back and forth on the rope while eating these cinnamon buns. 20 years later... Despite moving out of the province, I come here every time I am back in town. Best cinnamon buns I have ever had.
