Second Cup is forever my favorite place to get coffee, tea or a bite to eat! There new tomato soup is so good! Tastes homemade & is worth the price! Staff at this location is very kind! Decent size & quiet as well if you want to just come in and work!

I really enjoy this new coffee place! The staff is really good and the ambience is perfect for your morning coffee. I go there almost everyday during the week. I was so tired of the poorly managed Tim Horton's. I recommend!

With the proliferation of coffee shops practically on every corner, this Second Cup is the place my wife and I most frequently choose for our coffee and conversation, and it is also conveniently just steps from the Snowdon Metro Station. Whether it’s a refreshing cold drink on a hot summer day, or a delicious hot beverage on a cold winter night, this is where we will be relaxing to satisfy our yearning for caffeine.

Every time I've come into this Second Cup the staff have been excellent. I write this review, although I never write reviews, particularly because of the staff member named Jean-Michel, who I had a distinctly good conversation with, wherein I promised to write this review, although I never write reviews, and also with the provision that the other staff members are equally exemplary as him, although not being the impetus for my review, which, as previously noted, is quite an unusual thing for me to write in the first place. The establishment is very clean!

Amazing staff. I forgot to ask for a decaf latte, and Vino and Alex made me a brand new one for free.. even though a GIANT lineup had just started to form. And they didn’t even complain or act passive aggressively! They just did it, and quite efficiently I might add. It honestly made my morning. Give these people a raise!!

An excellent shop. The coffee is fresh, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the store is clean. Their baked goods are tasty and there's a lot of variety. You also can't beat how close it is to the metro. A great place for my quick coffee runs in the morning on the way to work.

The English muffin was yummy. The price was salty. They don't know how to prepare a good latte. They do extra slim flat white instead. A cheap way to keep their precious milk. Also the temperature they serve is so hot you cannot drink your cup for 10 min.

They have good coffee, however they do not follow the Covid regulations. Look at the picture; the manager wears a half mask and constantly touches it. (Its better to remove the mask instead of taking the pandemic regulations lightly.) I never see them disinfecting the doors. I do not recommend this coffee shop during the pandemic.

Love this spot! The guys who work here are super chill and really friendly. They dont mind when I study or write here for hours. The bathrooms are new and clean. Next door to Snowden Metro.

This place is clean, I love how well this store is setup. Very cool staff, good food , I'm impressed how they also integrated Kosher food. Must go for studying or cozy place to have a little cofe date.

We found a small piece of wood in our pistachio cheesecake. I am lucky I did not break my tooth. The cashier contradicted me and told me it is not a piece of wood. Afterwards, he asked me if everything else was ok with the cake. We will not come back until we receive an explanation. We visited the place on December 4th at 20:00.
