Food - 3/5 Ambiance - 2/5 Service - 2/5 Price - Mid-Range Ordered Butter chicken Quesadilla and Brownie Sundae. Brownie Sundae tasted like chemicals and brownie was not even close to it's original taste. Butter chicken quesadilla had good taste, but it was very soft. The service was very slow as well, even when it wasn't busy.

I've been a customer quite a few times so I am used to waiting at least 20-30 minutes for an order, but on the last visit the person that was making my drinks was halfway through when a Skip the Dishes driver came in, she stopped my order to make theirs. I thought ok no problem, I said nothing and waited for her to finish my order. She passed me my order, no acknowledgement or anything. I left with my two drinks. One was a fruit slush and the other a taro bubble tea. The fruit slush was ok. The taro bubble tea was bland and tasted more like powdered milk and ice. To add further insult, she wrote "Raging Princess" on my cup. I'm not even sure what warranted that considering I waited patiently, was polite and said nothing. Needless to say I've never been back and I don't recommend them.

absolutely amazing! with fun and funky summer colors to the adorable decorations to the super fun menu items this place makes it feel like summer all year around! the decore is an all around fun feeling summer afternoon. the milk bubble tea was very deliciouse and so was mango. picky with fruits? not a problem! with the mixtures they make it makes it so everyone can enjoy the fresh fruits! there is such a variety of flavors its hard to feel left out! and the woman at the cash was so kind and welcoming! all around i will definetly be returning to this amazing cafe.

???????????? Sip & Scoop. Whenever I’m in town, I make sure to get my bubble fruit tea treat. I’ve had pineapple, mango, peach and now I’m on a raspberry fruit tea kick. Love those poppin’ bobas! Recently had the chicken & cheese crepes, delicious, more than enough for a meal, I usually have leftovers for the next day. Hubby had the steak & cheese. Jorish & her family have built a great business & I know she’ll take it beyond that. I remember when I first discovered them with their “water & ice” ???? business, they were on Pitt St across the street from the Home Hardware. Cornwall & area are lucky & proud to have you here Jorish ????

This has to be my favorite restaurant in Cornwall. The family that owns it is so kind and helpful, making the experience here feel homely. The food and (more importantly) the drinks are always great and I have never received anything short of amazing despite coming here probably upwards of 50 times. The new addition of ice cream was a great call with many flavors to choose from. Overall I would say that if you haven't been before you should definitely give it a try.

I've gone 3 times and every experience I've had is negative. First time my bubble tea tasted like cleaning solution. Second time (delivery) they sent the wrong order. Third time they didn't even have regular bubble tea in stock. Only positive thing I've experienced is the respectful employees.

To start, we are pretty happy with our drinks and very happy with how they make donations in the community. However, today my sisters and I ordered our semi typical drinks, sundae & a waffle. I called in the order because it wasn't showing on skip so we needed to pick it up upon placing the order that we told would be 30 minutes. 30 min later, we arrived and our order was not ready. My sister mentioned her sundas didn't taste very good and was freezer burnt but ate it anyway out of politeness since I paid. However not 10min later was she in the bathroom throwing up. Need to check the quality control of their ingfedients. Especially the ice cream.

I’ve been regularly going here lately because I’m obsessed with the butter chicken platter with a green ice tea strawberry infused with mango or kiwi bubbles and it’s paired very nicely, I always call and order to pick up because I know some days it can be packed especially at different times, but I don’t mind waiting to long when it’s this good! Also if you want a waffle of any sort be prepared to wait a long time as they’re perfectionist and like to make it perfect every time which isn’t a bad thing, love how it looks in there, bright clean and airy space, I’ve never got attitude from any of the workers it truly is a pleasant visit every time and is a true gem in Cornwall????

I have gone to Sip n Scoop several times because I love boba tea but I have never had a good milk tea from here sadly.. The tapioca pearls are never good, they are either too soft or not chewy enough. The actual milk tea is okay but nothing great. I keep trying to give them a shot because it's the only place in Cornwall that makes bubble tea but it never works out.

Their food is good and just the bubble tea itself is worth it. Once, I had a pretzel and it wasn't as tasty as the kind you get at the movies. And last time, we had bubble tea, they gave us way more ice than before. Half of our glasses had ice.

This place needs to update their hours open. Came at 330 on a sunday afternoon, although their sign saying they are open till 830 they were closed. Thoroughly disappointed family, including our daughter who was already having a bad day.

the drinks are really good and food but i have a problem with this one man that works there he doesnt seem to take allergies serious. i told him that i was allergic to this fruit and to please clean the dipping spoon just incase of contact and he tired arguing that he didint need to i tried telling him that i can die if it came in contact but just doesnt seem to care very rude. its sad because i loved sip n scoop when it first started but now i dont seem to want to go there much anymore because of this problem. please sip n scoop owners i hope this can be fixed.

Drinks and food are great, however the experience has not been that great for me or my girlfriend. If ordering from here plan to waste an hour. Each and every time we stop in, we order, pay and wait for an hour. We still stop in hoping there's improvement. On few occasions they must have forgot we were even waiting because they never finished up our food and drink until we went to the counter half hour later when promised it would be done if we wait 20 min longer from our previous wait time 25 min. Good food and drink yes, hospitality can use some work. We stopped going to this place after all the bs.

Amazing, you can tell that there is a strong effort to offer lots of different options and good value to the customer. The food, snacks and drinks have been consistently delicious. They are an amazing team the wife and the husband.. they are awsome yes you wait but i'd rather wait for something made with love than going to any food chain restaurant like Mc Donald or A&W or BK or Wendies.. I go to sip and scoop twice a week... I love their banana pineaple milk tea with mango bubbles... Their drinks ALWAYS taste the same this place took my breath away... Those people knows how to keep their customer to come back! I highly recommend you to go and try sip and scoop it's a 5 star on all aspect... Oh and Waffles and Pretzels are too die for.. Once you will get your hand on it you won't be able to just order a milk bubble tea.. I had my first milk bubble tea 3 weeks ago since then... beside my green tea home this is my new addiction ???? Again i recommend Sip and Scoop Mylène & Andrew.

Do not underestimate Sip and Scoop! Their bubble tea is so good ! I tried so many flavors and all of them are delicious! Their staff are polite and they do not rush at each order. That's why the wait time can be long when they are busy but no complaint when your drink and food come out great and consistent every time. A real gem of Cornwall!

Omg! I love this place. Was visiting Cornwall from Ottawa and was so excited to see that Cornwall has bubble tea! I got a lychee milk tea and added cherry tapioca. It was so delicious! The drink was creamy and the bubbles were chewy. The freaky thing was, I forgot to customize my order, but when I got it, the sticker said 50% sugar, which is how I like it. It's like he read my mind, haha. I'm coming here everytime I go to Cornwall from now on. Love!!! If bubble tea is not your thing, they have milkshakes, sundaes, cake, ice cream (for a $1 a cone!), crepes and even quesadillas!

I took my sister here today, and although the drinks were very good, the owner (the man) and I’m assuming his son? Were walking around the whole store without a mask on; in the customer area and in the employee area. The woman (she’s always in there, I’m assuming another owner?) was wearing her mask under her chin the whole time we were in the store, including when she was speaking to us, and when she wasn’t behind the plexiglass divider. We also didn’t see anyone wash their hands before making our drinks. Obviously the owners/employees of this establishment aren’t taking this pandemic seriously which is really a shame considering how good their products are.

Ordered butter chicken, bubble tea and a waffle on SkipTheDishes. The waffle was good, sadly the rest of the items were disappointing. The bubble tea did not contain any bubble and was simple cold milk tea with ice. The butter chicken, which was good on a previous occasion, seemed to be made with pieces of chicken you might be in a package from Walmart, complete with fake grill marks. The chicken pieces were also very fatty and nearly inedible. Overall a disappointing experience.
