The Mr. Puffs in Cornwall is AMAZING. All of the staff are so friendly. The food is to die for. I couldn't believe how good the Puffs are. By far the most underrated thing is the ice cream. TRY IT! You will not be disappointed. The best soft serve ice cream I ever had.

Puffs where amazing they were cooked perfectly! Staff was very outstanding and very professional place was clean and everyone was working hard I went in during the rush and I was surprised how fast they got the orders out I recommend this place to everyone !

I went in yesterday and bought puffs and they were eating and cooked all the way through. I bite into a few and they were all like this. I'm trying to get in touch with the manager there but there's no number on here or on Google to be able to contact them. They shouldn't be selling food like this. I waited almost an hour or so I don't want to go back and have to wait again to make it complaint

For having just opened, I think they are doing an excellent job. Both a corporate team of trainers and the staff were on deck to take and prepare orders. They have an actual espresso machine and they use Illy like in Italy! The puffs are like nothing else I've eaten in the past. Crunchy outside, and soft and chewy inside. They are a bit bigger than a Timbit, but definitely not as dense. I had 4 flavors, Cinnamon, Apple Cinnamon, Salted Caramel and Maple. All very tasty, but I thought the Salted caramel was too salty for me. They also have Coffee based hot and cold drinks, soft serve ice cream and Flurry/Blizzard like treats. There are a few spots to eat, but it's standing high counters only. I recommend everyone to give it a try!

Mr. Puffs here in Cornwall is amazing! Service was extremely nice and friendly! The food is amazingly delicious!!! And there's so much variety from the main puffs to the shakes and ice cream too! It's so so good! Definitely give them a tip!

Do not order cappucino. I ordered large no sugar. I don't believe the person who made it new what it was supposed to be. I got a luke warm cup of milk...terrible. Took longer to make that to fry the puffs. I had this at another location and it was terrific. Won't go back to Cornwall location.

These things are seriously good! My only concern is I think they were still a little raw in the middle. I think they probably have to adjust there cooking time to ensure they are completely done.

I was there yesterday and omg the puffs were amazing, brought some home and after 5 hours they were still crunchy! And the coffees are delicious as well, I had the Fredo cappuccino and was not disappointed! I’m definitely addicted!!

Service was quick, food was good (nothing to go crazy over) and prices are decent. Only negative or recommendation I would have, being a business owner myself, I would teach or make sure my employees don't grab personal drinks and such and drink them in the store front while working and in the view of the guest. While waiting, seen two young ladies pull the mask down and drink something, then proceeded to make more food. Pandemic or not, it isn't the proper thing to do. A few steps to the back and out of sight from the guest goes a long way. Just my two cents.

Great service, delicious treats that are bit pricey, but still worth it. The HVAC/Exhaust fan is annoyingly loud, I can't imagine that's good for their employees hearing.

What an awesome treat! On top of these things being absolutely delicious, the service was great also. We had a small hickup upon delivery and I called the store to see what they could do about it and I spoke with the owner. He was very nice about the whole issue and worked something out with me to make sure I was a happy customer who would want to come back again and again. Needless to say ill be a customer of theirs for a long time and will recommend them to everyone to try!

These were so phenomenal! The staff were so kind even though there was a rush. The ice cream was melting in the photo but tasted delicious. The Ferrero coating is so good.
