Love the food & mango lasie of course! We ordered vegetable samosa platter (extra spicy, super good!) mutton biryani, lamb madrash, and garlic cheese naan. Everything's so good! Friendly waitress, and cozy though simple-looking dining room.

We love this place. The waiters are kind and quick. And they have a big variety on their menu when in comes to international food. Sometimes they may forget a few things. Last time they forgot to bring our glasses of water, but since we also asked for tea and coffee we didn't fuss about it. They also forgot to bring me a mug so I grabbed a clean one myself. Other than this it's one of the best (value for your money) restaurants in Cornwall.

Excellent Indian Food! I suggest trying the Pakora for appetizer and any of the Rogan Josh dishes for main meal. They are wonderful. This is a very basic restaurant otherwise. Note: they serve a full "Canadian" menu in addition to Indian food.

My friend ordered food today. When the $35.00 meal arrived and she began to eat, she came upon a rubber encasement with wire in the middle. Luckily she didnt swallow it. Although she was offered some free food, she declined it because, quite frankly, she lost her appetite. We will not be ordering from there again.

Horrible experience. We were 7 and waited 45 minutes just to get our drinks. When they were served the tea came in its little kettle but no cups available. The first plate of food came about 1 hour after ordering and the last of the 7 never even got his food, they forgot to make it. The food was tasteless, service was horrible. we will never go back and we will never recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor, go someplace else.

Great food and above fantastic service. Very clean and the Canadian Indian cuisine is a delicious mix. Prices are very fair for the quality and portion sizes. Breakfast all day after 2pm for an extra dollar!! Fantastic place for breakfast, lunch or supper.

Service was very slow. I ordered the fish rolls. The first dish had a hair in it, the second dish had so many bones in it that it was unpleasent. My daughter ordered the spaghetti and it was very good. Too bad the rest was so bad.

Always amazing delicious authentic Indian food! Always ask for your naan lightly done, that way it's nice and gooey and soft mmm.... I always get the eggplant bharta, or the butter chickpea (butter chicken- but with chickpeas not chicken), or the samosa platter is SOOO YUMMY!!! It's like a salad with a cut up samosa slathered in two different sauces. Worth a try!!! The service is generally slow and the place needs a face lift but that costs a lot of money... I go there for the food... It's worth the wait!!!

(Translated) I like this small family restaurant. They have a wide variety of meals. When we went on Friday night, we ate spaghetti, sandwich and butter chicken. My child's meal (spaghetti) was 6.5 and included juice. She ate well and we took the scales from her meal. My butter chicken was creamy and came with a large slice of Naan bread. I ate it all with difficulty and it was delicious. The restaurant as such is not fancy but it is perfect for children. (Original) J'aime bien ce petit restaurant familiale. Ils ont une grande variété de repas. Lorsque nous sommes allés vendredi soir, nous avons mangé du spaghetti, une sandwich et du poulet au beurre. Le repas de mon enfant (spaghetti) était 6.5 et incluait du jus. Elle a bien mangé et nous avons emporter la balance de son repas. Mon poulet au beurre était crémeux et venait avec une grande tranche de pain Naan. Je l'ai tout mangé avec difficulté et ce fut délicieux. Le restaurant comme tel n'est pas chic mais c'est parfait pour des enfants.

We ordered dal makhni, paneer korma, mix veg and chicken tandoori. I touched everything once, and ended up leaving the table as it is. Mix vegetable was under cooked. Daal was old and for the firt time in life i didn't liked paneer korma. Service was good. But indian food a big no go.

We visited Family Corner for breakfast and enjoyed frequent coffee top ups. We were welcomed warmly and served in a timely manner. We were not kept waiting and the staff were very pleasant throughout our visit and the meal was very tasty (delicious homefries served with fried onions). The menu offered several sides which catered to a plant-based diet and were equally tasty. It was delight as well as a touching revelation to learn that Family Corner provided free meals on Christmas Day to any member of the community who wished to join them. Thank you Family Corner for a wonderful breakfast experience.

The curry, in my experience, has much variety and is always delicious (served with chicken, beef or lamb). The chaplee kebab (essentially an Indian hamburger patty) is also highly recommended. The breakfast is probably the cheapest in town, and it doesn't disappoint at all! Once Covid restrictions are lifted, I'm not hesitating to dine in! The waitresses are affable and amiable. I'll invite anyone to eat here!

The establishment has plenty of parking. The interior is clean and has a warm and cosy setting. The food: Excellent. Started with pakoras. There were hot and tasty. The beef balti made medium was super. There was not an overpowering spice and the beef pieces are tender and moist. All the ingredients were blended excellently. It came with naan that was warm and fresh. My daughter had the butter chicken and rice. The chicken each moist and tender and the sauce was just right. My son had a small pepperoni and cheese pizza. The pizza he said was tasty and he could not finish it. Overall it was an excellent lunch dining experience. If ever I drive down the 401 E again, I will definitely be stopping here again. The serving staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Nothing fancy about this restaurant and looks very much like a diner with a decor that completely disguises the incredible food served. I ate Butter chicken with garlic naan. So delicious. Second disappointed visit. The girlfriend and I decided to go here on a date night. We walked in, there was 1 other person inside. Another couple walked in and sat next to us. The waitress ignored us for over 5 minutes, till the girlfriend motioned her over to bring us menus. It took over 20 minutes for her to take our drink orders... Then a new person walked in, was immediately served and she still ignored us and the other couple... and after waiting 10 minutes for our drinks we decided to leave... The other couple left as well.

MAJOR health and safety issues there restaurant uses BLEACH as a sanitizer for their dishes also the sink behind the counter has confused taps (hot water tap runs cold water cold water tap runs hot water) they pay most of their employees under the table for $8 an hour i know i used to work there i will be reporting them to the health and safety board also i will be reporting them to the ministry of labor OVER ALL DONT EAT THERE

Update. Unfortunately the quality of food has gone down since my last post. Everything looked pink ????????‍♂️ instead of read. First time I saw pinkish butter chicken and chicken tandoori. Perhaps there has been a change in the chef. Excellent authentic subcontinental food. Pleasantly surprised with the quality. Near perfect biriyani and other dishes. Kudos to the chef. Food is not expensive. Had a take away so can’t comment on the service but it looked like the patrons were enjoying their time.

We have orderd the garlic naan yesterday we have two guests with us they came from Toronto and that naan was like a big wooden round shape of naan it was very hard and because of that naan my both relatives and me felt the heart burn this is the worst shop for the indian food in the cornwall they are just selling the garbage things so nobody should prefer to go there. Beacuse of these guys I felt insulted in front of my relatives so be aware of that before going to this restaurant.

Always have a great experience when I come here. The staff is very friendly and the environment is very welcoming. There's a great selection of food for a very fair price as well as daily specials. A great meal to get is the Breakfast Poutine, comes with home fries, onion, bacon, sausage, lots of cheese curds, and tasty gravy. The large Poutine is always more than enough food for a hungry stomach. Always love coming here and can't wait for my next experience.

At first glance it looks like a rundown place, with old fashioned tables & Decorations, the menu was all over the place. Like Greek &fastfood, pizza/hamburger/subs/And Indian, so we ordered samosas/naan bread/&a half of a chicken, with all the trimmings. And to our surprise it was amazing. Better than any other in Montreal and Halifax.

We went today on a recommendation, and we're thoroughly disappointed. The fish was deep fried so much that the batter could not be separated from the hardened fish. The Cole slaw was floating in liquid. I ordered chicken with rice and a Nan bread. The meal came with a salad so chunky that it was a given it was not washed. The chicken hard and dried out and no Nan in the bag. I returned for a reimbursement for the Nan and to inform them of the poor quality of the food. The only good part of the experience was the very nice waitress.
