Service: negative 11 stars, had live music that was excessively loud. Unable to hear my brother/father across the table. I asked the server (tall, skinny, dark haired male) if he could ask performer to turn down, nodded and said yes. 15 minutes, no action (fully visible). He returned, asked again--said yes, and nodded. 15 minutes, no action. I asked on third visit, he said we normally have music because of a big crowd. I counted, 14 people in venue seating several dozen, and asked if they are here? He said no. I said okay. I told him, I don't have an issue with live music, I have a problem when people tell me they are going to do something (albeit, twice), and don't do it. If there was no discussion to be had with the performer, please tell me, and I will kindly ask him to turn down volume every so slightly. I enjoyed the music, well done hits replica. Skilled artist.

We are from out of town, had 2 hours to kill and chose place by high reviews and planned to have a few drinks after food. With this lack of transparency and lying x2, I would not recommend this server. I spoke with the 'management', as another server said 'we don't really have management here tonight', and spoke with senior staff member. We left over an hour earlier than planned to locate another venue.
I sincerely hope this venue does well, but improves on transparency related to customer service. All parameters otherwise excellent. Don't lie to your patrons. End.
