We had brunch here and the food and service was excellent. I had 2 pancakes, 2 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon and my daughter had the veggie corned beef hash. It came with a lovely variety of vegetables including green peppers, mushrooms and asparagus with bits of hash browns throughout. Both dishes were tasty and filling, and the slice of fresh watermelon on the side was an added bonus!

Wow - I'm glad I stopped here for lunch. Perfect little "blue collar" cafe with a great menu and full of friendly, happy people. It seems like *everybody* in here is on a first name basis with the owner (except me), the place is full of regulars. This is like one of those small-town diners outta the movies.

Loose Caboose is a small restaurant operated by a man and wife, called Bruce and Grace, not their real difficult to pronounce Vietnamese names. They serve standard American breakfasts and other food, as well as a few Asian dishes. Their omelets are very creative and I always have the GQ Omelet. Very good!

We started with scallop with fried cauliflower, and the carrot & endive salad. The salad especially was very impressive - spinach, carrot, endive, house-made ricotta, & a crunchy topping of some sort (browned butter breadcrumbs maybe?). For mains we shared the halibut and the burger.

This is a great “I need breakfast” place to eat! The food was fantastic (served hot) and the owners/staff were very friendly. Witnessed two older people, who apparently frequent the restaurant, engaging with friendly conversation with the owner... that let me know this is an established staple for people in this area. I had the Seoul -somethin-er-other... SO GOOD!

Such good coffee and probably the best French toast I've ever had! Super friendly family run business! ????☕???????? I just tried their veggie omelette and hashbrowns as well...I honestly don't even eat or like omelettes but wanted to be "healthy" so tried this...they did it Amazingly...large portion and loaded with all sorts of fresh veggies topped with melty cheddar cheese and the hashbrowns were amazing as well! Also came with toast of your choice, rye, white, brown or sourdough. I've tired almost all of the breakfast places in town and this place is by far the best of them all!

Oh man this place is good. It's not fancy, but simple down home food. Similar to what I would make for breakfast at home. The service is great, Bruce is fantastic. It's mostly breakfast food and they do it well. We went as a big group and everyone liked everything they ordered.

What can I say? I love this place! I knew I wanted to go for a diner breakfast but this place is so beyond. There’s a train theme! Painted train tracks on the floor and the walls and also a Bruce lee theme at the same time which is so funny. The owner is Korean and has a couple of Korean style dishes which just adds so much. They have several teas available, sweet and savory options. Truly adore this spot

Never went here during the times this cafe apparently shone. However, we are now regulars here and always enjoy the food. It's simple, but good. Bruce is always friendly as is his wife. Often their soup (chowder) is complimentary with the meal and is always tasty. Menu is eclectic...korean-american, "seoul food" as well as traditional American/Canadian, like burgers, bacon and eggs, sandwiches, etc and prices are great.

This is a rare find place with home style cooking where the owner will serve you while making pleasant conversation. One of not so many places that serves soup for breakfast. They have “traditional” egg and bacon kind of breakfast but everything has a nice touch to it, like farmer’s breakfast had deep fried dumplings on the side. They also have proper hash browns that are moist and crispy. This is a great place I want to be back to sometimes soon!

THIS PLACE IS BEYOND INCREDIBLE. The service and food was one of the best I've ever had. The server was so knowledgeable about the menu and gave great advice on what to order. The Caboose Egg Benedict was definitely the best Egg Benedict I've ever had. The ingredients taste fresh and delicious. I REALLY RECOMMEND one of the brewed coffee they have. Definitely much better than Starbucks. Amazing experience and would definitely go back again!
