Unfortunately, had a very poor experience with this company. We were set to have a staff breakfast, and there was some major miscommunication. Rather than take ownership and make things right, there was a lot of blame laying, and justification on the part of the company, who arrived an hour late, without what was promised or expected by a very hungry staff of 50+ people. A shame that a peaceful resolution that preserved the integrity and reputation of a service based company was not the goal.
