We had a great experience here. My girls had never tried bubble tea before but wanted to give it a shot. The ladies in the tea connection listened to what sort of drinks my girls liked and made great recommendations. My daughters loved the flavours they picked for themselves. The most helpful was that the Tea Connection even had pictures of every single flavour on the wall to help them decide. The bubble teas we got were delicious.

This tea shop is fantastic. They have a HUGE variety of teas, from sweet teas to bitter, herbal, medicinal and adventurous teas! The staff there (who are the owners) are fantastic, know their teas and are very friendly people! If you like tea, then you will love this shop. Fantastic tea place that is really passionate about what they do. Walking in, you really feel the love and care they put into their craft. You can find many types of tea with many blends not being available anywhere else! The staff were very kind and were well informed; as they answered any questions I had about some of the health teas on offer. Will be going again soon when in town!

We went in for bubble tea. There were so many options for every tea you could think of. Tried the unicorn cloud bubble tea and it was delicious! The man working was so friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to go back!

Bubble tea was not great at all compared to the stuff you can get in London or Windsor, but, if you've never had it before and can't get to London or Windsor, than you don't really know any different I suppose. Also tea's definitely need to have descriptions of what they are, especially the wall that's supposed to be "fun" with Harry Potter names etc etc. Could be better! Still enjoyed going.

Always welcoming and a great environment. Conveniently located within the downtown core. Great selection of loose leaf tea. I'm not the biggest tea drinker but I enjoy when I have a tea here as there is a wide selection of flavours. Also having someone who is working there that can explain the health benefits makes it even better for someone like myself who has Multiple Sclerosis
