Ambiance is nice and resides adjacent to the lobby of the Retro Hotel. Food is really pricey. Prime rib was $44 aged 40 plus days. We are talking about Chatham Kent and not one of the big Canadian cities. Seafood linguine was in the mid twenties.

This restaurant is great! Food tastes great and staff is very friendly. The staff knows what they are doing and treats everyone nicely. It looks like it would be a very expensive place to eat (Which is good) but it the prices are not bad at all. Highly Recommend.

Awesome ambience and food was delicious. Waiter was personable and very accommodating. We enjoyed the steak and it was cooked to perfection! A little bit pricey but overall excellent experience. Definitely would recommend but call for a reservation.

Incredible meals every time!! The prime rib is my go to and never disappoints, but the New York is also good. Creme brulee for dessert! If we're going out for a nice dinner in Chatham, Chilled Cork is always it.

We came in at 1:15, on a Sunday, and it was jam packed, with people. My only suggestion to your restaurant is extend the Sunday hours! ???? The Perch was fantastic, and the Caesar salad hit the spot. Thanks for fitting us in, even though you guys closed at 2pm!

Honestly one of the most impressive salads I've ever had. The toppings are evenly distributed throughout and the dressing is perfectly proportioned so it doesn't pool at the bottom. Most restaurants phone it in when it comes to salads, but this was thoroughly thought out. You won't be disappointed.

Celebrated our anniversary at the Chilled Cork last night. I had the ravioli with smoked mozzarella filling, it was outstanding. My husband had the prime rib, which I will definitely have next time. The service was also excellent.

We ate here almost every day for 2 months while living in the retro suites. The food is incredible! The lunch specials are great quality for such a reasonable price. The date night/ girls night specials are a high quality dining experience at a fraction of the price. The staff was always so friendly and helpful. We definitely missed them when we moved out. A great disappointment. I went because of the rave reviews but I think they aren't as objective as they should be. While this is the best restaurant in the area, as a whole it's absolutely mediocre at best and completely overpriced. I paid 65 dollars for a steak that I asked medium rare but found to be completely underdone. Absolutely raw at the centre, not pink, RAW. A baked potato that felt old and stale. The only reason the place gets 3 stars over 1 or 2 is because the creme brûlée dessert was phenomenal, and the service was good.

Amazing experience here during busy Sunday brunch hours. We brought friends from out of town and they were all pleased with their portions, food quality, and service. Shane went above and beyond to check in about some dietary restrictions from a member in our group, the food came quickly, and our coffees were kept warm and topped up :) I have been to Chilled Cork many times and always am happy with the food and service - it's especially great though when hosting guests out of town to have a perfect dining experience!

We booked the private room at Chilled Cork for our son's wedding rehearsal dinner - whole experience was terrific - Michael was very helpful in the planning, food we terrific and the room setup was lovely. Retro Suites are amazing and really contributed to a fabulous wedding weekend in lovely Chatham. Special thanks to Emma, our hostess -she did a wonderful job serving us.
