Went with 5 friends at 7:00. Service was almost unbearably slow with dishes coming out one at a time in ten minute segments. Do not recommend, as the restaurant was empty when we were there.

Authentic Thai food done right. Good sized portions. We had the Larb salad and the Basil chicken. It reminded me of being back in Thailand. Chatham is lucky to have this place.

I, regrettably, have decided to give this restaurant a 1 *. Tonight I ate there, where a situation came up and was given a new plate of food (that was the only option given by the waitress)but in all honesty, I just didnt feel comfortable eating it after the first plate. When the bill was brought to us, there was no credit and when we asked the waitress why there wasnt a credit, she wasnt too pleased And shut us down. Working as a waitress and a front of house supervisor, im seriously disappointed in this response and the overall protocol frankly. I called in about 20 minutes afterward and asked to speak with the manager to discuss the problem that happened as I, out of respect, for the company did not want to make an issue in front of other customers and the manager was nice over the phone, After dancing around for a few minutes she said they'd issue a refund... but I said, they clearly needed the money more as it should have been removed from my bill in the first place. WHAT I TAKE A HUGE ISSUE to IS 'WHAT IF MY TWO YEAR OLD, WHO WAS EATING THE FOOD WITH US' cut her gums like I did. I cannot in good conciousness come back and its a shame because it has a lot of potential. Whats even worse is we specifically drove in from TILBURY because the one other time we ate there we really enjoyed it. We are so utterly disappointed. Just because a customer is ' nice, and respectful ' doesn't mean you get to take advantage of them. What happened today was wrong... I shouldn't have had to go out of my way, calling a manager after leaving the restaurant to get this resolved. * shakes head in disbelief * purely disappointing.

Went there with my wife on Valentine’s Day for dinner. Waited an absurd amount of time for our appitizers (45 mins) to be exact. The people behind us who came in after us were served their food first. When we asked why it was taking so long we were told that the takeout orders were a higher priority than the people in the restaurant. We ate the appetizers then had to leave and took the rest of meal to go. They did not offer a discount for our ungodly wait, they offered us a can of pop which I thought was rediculous! Not impressed at all. Not sure if I’ll be returning.

Wait times are terrible! I order food they say it will be ready in 35 min I leave my house 45 min later to go pick it up go in to pick up my food and I'm told it will be another 10 -15 min wait! I don't know if they don't have a clock or just don't care. prices are also on the high side

Had spicy pad thai...Friendly service, tasty food. Carryout available...about a 15 minute wait. Worth the wait!! Would recommend to families, and to anyone who purchases it for lunches the next day. Open late enough too!!

The food was delicious, but the wait time was a bit much. It was busy, but they likely could have used more staff. Our server was running the whole time, we felt bad for her and wanted to help. Ill go back but I will make sure its a day or time they aren't so busy.

Was there in September 2020, during Covid. They were one of the only Asian-inspired places accepting dine in customers, and I was craving it. We got there and it was pretty much empty, and we immediately sensed a weird vibe. I later realized there was no music. It was silent other than the sound of the kitchen. It was so quiet that I heard the single waitress mumble and huff about—she honestly sounded like she was either hating everything or just having a bad day. We decided to go ahead and order. I ordered a flat rice noodle dish, and the waitress came out about 8 minutes later saying they were actually out. I said I needed a gluten free dish, and she seemed frantic and picked up a sticky note that, I kid you not, said that all the starters were gluten free. They clearly weren’t (they were all breaded or wrapped and stuff), so I just said I could have the pad thai. 5 minutes later, she plops down the dish. It looked reddish, mushy, and had plain (just barely cooked) shrimps. I was really disappointed. It took another few minutes for my husband’s meal to come out. His was delicious (he got a beef over rice meal that came with a fried egg). I honestly couldn’t even finish my meal as it just felt so heavy and weird to me. It took a bit of sitting uncomfortably in the silence with the zoned out waitress standing at the counter for us to realize she wasn’t bringing out bill to us. I wouldn’t recommend going here as the atmosphere was just weird and the food was meh (enough to not really say anything at the time).

One of the best spots in Chatham. Authentic Thai cuisine at a great price. The app sampler is a great way to start with crab rangoon and chicken satay. The fried rice with Chinese sausage is a must order and compliments any entre you may order. The spicy green curry is just hot enough. Highly recommended.

- as someone whom grew up in the GTA, & has eaten lots of pho from various locations, I unfortunately have to say this place serves something that is nowhere near pho. I’m understanding they may have better options on their menu, as well being a thai restaurant& not vietnamese - I still will not be coming back for more of the pho, was nowhere near what I thought I was going to receive. No cilantro, no onions, the beef was over cooked. No thanks hahaha. ☺️

We just ordered take out tonight, and were in the mood for Thai. There's only a couple places in Chatham for Thai, and the others where we've ordered in the past was disappointed. We'd never eaten here before, but I have to say, this is one of the best Pad Thai I've had in a long time. And I've been in the Toronto area for 20+ years, so have a fair share of Thai places to compare. Will definitely order from here again!

Can't say that the food was awful, it was ok. But we were waiting for the order for about an hour (appetizers, the rest came even later) and each of us received the dishes separately (with a time gaps in between), so we weren't able to eat together much (one dish for our group of four at a time). The order was messed - one dish and a drink were missing. At the sime time the couple who came in twice later and were sitting next to us, were receiving everything on time. I'm sorry for a bad review, people and I pay money for service, the service was bad, so 2 stars from me.

Had one bad experience with take out due to a substitution in the menu item without being asked or told. We live 20 min away and the changes made it have gluten in it which we cant eat. Any menu substitutes should be disclosed 100% . Failure of communication from the kitchen to the front of house staff is the issue. We were never directed to speak to managment after complaint was made which feels like our buisness doesn't matter. ( and we visit weekly ) hope they work out the kinks so they can remain in chatham because we truly enjoy the food.

Stopped for lunch Takeout and we were surprised with the taste. Awesome food and we took takeout for dinner too. If you are there You will not be disappointed with taste. Porton is little less nd little pricy, compared to other restaurants, but taste is awesome.

I went there for dinner with my 3 years old kid. First experience was the cashier was not so friendly but no big deal, I don’t mind. We order Pad Thai and Salad. The food was decent. We were eating and I found hair in my Pad Thai. To be honest, I was not mad or whatsoever. Accident can happen and especially it’s only one person working in the kitchen. So I pulled up the hair because I wanna make sure it’s not mine before I told the waitress. The hair was way thinner and shorter than my hair plus I tied my hair up before the food came out so it’s definitely not mine. So I put it back on the plate and called the waitress. She came over, stared at the hair and with a smirk she said it’s right on top of the plate and that I planted it there. I said I took it out to make sure it’s not mine but she just turned around and whispered that it was right on top. Do you think if I planted it there I am dumb enough to not mix it in the food? Anyway, in the end I told her I just wanted to let them know and I don’t need discounts or whatever. That I just bought a brand new car why do I need to put hair in my food. But still with that smirk she told me who knows, some people do that, no apology. I’m a chill person but I can’t stand her attitude. She kept accusing me that I do it to myself to get free food. I don’t want to pay $27 for dinner to be insulted. I wish I kept that hair on the plate so the chef can see it. Advice for the owner, you need a new waiter/waitress because the one working right now doesn’t know customer service. She was rude, unfriendly and mean.

Ordered over the phone for pick up. When I got to the restaurant I was told our order was never taken. I was told it would take 40 minutes to make if I waited. They did not try to remedy the situation by making the food quicker. I left without my order and only received a sorry. This is the second time we have had a problem with this restaurant. The last time our order was late and it was ordered for 4:30 in the afternoon during slow time.

Used to be decent. TERRIBLE SERVICE So this was our Fresh Rolls ordered with NO MINT.???? Looks like mint to me Laziness. We know they are prepped before service. But when your asked by a customer for no mint. Its an allergy and this is whats inside is just careless. Could have really made someone very sick. And this is the papaya salad? What happened to the beans, cherry tomatoes, mini slices if lime flesh. Fresh limes, shredded cabbage cilantro? And when they were asked to please put the garnishes on the salad i was told i did not order the right salad. I did. They just didn't give me was described

Summer rolls are fresh and tasty with a nice peanut sauce. I also had a simple hot and sour soup with chicken. Exactly as specified on the menu. There was room for more heat but that was available as hot sauce two ways! The server was the most friendly I have ever met. Quite, knowledge, super friendly and the well....just kind! Great place.

I was worried when the previous review said that the portion sizes were small. Just, wrong! I have spent some time in Thailand, and the portion size here is far bigger than you’d ordinarily get there. I had a red Thai curry which was lovely. A little bit on the watery side. Could have been the coconut milk perhaps? The only disappointment was trying to order spring rolls (a staple in any Thai restaurant), to be told they had run out, as they are all made in the morning. It was only 6pm....! If you like Thai food, with friendly service at a very reasonable price, this place is probably for you.

I may never know about eating here because 1 hour and 10 minutes after we ordered, we still didn't have our food. We reminded our server several times and were told "It's coming" but it never came. Even when we decided to get up and leave, we were asked if we'd like to have take-out instead, and that the food was "almost half done". Really??? After 70 minutes it's half done? We were offered no apologies from anyone other than the lone server, and I seriously doubt it was her fault. If someone would have come out of the kitchen to offer an apology or explanation, I may have tried to eat here again, but they blew their chance.

Very disappointed with this place. The food tastes pretty good. However the portions are small. The worst thing about this place is it litterally takes an hour to get your food.. I sat in the restaurant many times waiting over an hour. I had originally given this places 3 Stars. I reduced it to 2 because the wait times keep getting longer and longer. They told me 1.5hrs for my order and would not even offer free delivery. They would have me cancel an order of $110 rather than give me $4.25 off to cover delivery. The attitude is very bad. They didn't even care that I was upset.

Stopped for lunch on our first day after moving to Chatham. Food was awesome. Service excellent. Met the owner and chef just to tell him how much we enjoyed the food. Small and very clean. Pad Thai was excellent. Spring rolls are large, fresh and piping hot. Duck special was new to menu and highly recommended. Will be back for sure.
