(Original) Je commande un grand café au service a l'auto dont la fenêtre est beaucoup trop haute d'ailleur. L'employé me donne mon café en le prenant par le bas. Je n'avais pas d'autre option que de le prendre par en haut. Et le café c'est renversé dans mon auto et sur mon bras. Resultat une pas pire belle brulure à l'avant bras. Dernière fois que je vais là.

Extremely clean and well laid out inside. Exactly what you would expect from a Starbucks. The servers were great - very friendly and easily switched between French and English customers without issue or complaint. My only point for improvement would be relocating the dumpsters at the entrance (first impressions) and cutting back the street side tree which blocks the view to the signage on the road side.

It’s finally here! Tell your mom! Tell your dad! Tell some random guy on the street! Well maybe not. Very happy to have our very own Starbucks in town. The service is amazing!! Always friendly and super polite! Bilingual service is always appreciated and the staff goes out of their way to make your coffee dreams come true. I also want to thank the crew at Starbucks Châteauguay for going out of their way to give our pup London his very first pupachino **very LGBTQ friendly!!**

Went opening day. Service was good and fast. Second day open I went again inside. This time they had a contact tracing book out with no employee around on a table at the entrance, with the list of names of the customers, their phone number and email addresses right out in the open. Anyone can take a photo of that and just leave with it. That should stay behind the counter for the safety of customers. I was going to call to let them know but they don't have a number yet.

Very friendly staff. They have a terrace, a good amount of space inside and a drive-through service. There’s also reserved parking spots for their clients. Inside, I notice eight plugs bellow the brown sofas (check out pics), ideal to be plugged while enjoying your coffee. For now (July 2021) it isn’t crowded at all. I think is a good addition to the comercial center here in Châteauguay.

I am not a Stabucks fan, overpriced coffee as far as I am concerned, but my wife loves it because of the availability of oatmilk. On the times I have gone in for her I have found the staff incredible. Really friendly and helpful service. I am still not willing to pay $9 for a cup of coffee but if you are and you are looking for great service, I highly recommend this place.

À la fin de ma tasse, j'ai remarqué une texture étrange dans ma bouche. Au début, je pensais que c'était un morceau de scone, mais plus je le faisais rouler sur ma langue, plus la texture me paraissait bizarre. C'est alors que je l'ai sorti de ma bouche. À ma grande surprise et à mon grand dégoût, c'était une mouche morte avec son abdomen complètement éventré. C'est de loin le latte le plus répulsif que j'ai jamais eu. I was really disappointed by the service at this place. I specifically asked for what food options they had that did not contain cheese as I am lactose intolerant. They mentioned that all the sandwiches contained cheese so the safest option would be the egg white & roasted pepper bites as they did not contain cheese. I was already disappointed that this was the only option for me, but after the first bit I could taste that these egg white bites had cheese in them. After a quick google search, I found out that these bites definitely do contain Monterey Jack cheese.... :( Super upset that I wasted 5$ on a lunch I couldn't eat and that the staff is not familiar with their menu and dietary restrictions.

Good service and haven’t had any issues with the food/drinks, but there is an issue with the interior layout. Boxes are stacked everywhere inside the restaurant, leaving some tables difficult to access. It also tends to be very cold inside, so it is difficult to sit inside without a jacket on after a certain amount of time. They need to find new storage space for these boxes which have no place being laid out in the open, as well as turn the heating up a bit.
