Today is March 1st 2021, today was absolutely horrible. I had my order delivered, a pepperoni pizza, club sandwich, and a Cesar salad. The pizza and fries from the club were cold. Pizza tasted dry from lack of sauce. There was barely any bacon on the club, and my Cesar salad was completely drenched and soggy from the dressing, the dressing was the worst part. It tasted like pure mayonnaise, my husband and I got a very upset stomach from eating it. We are now sitting here drinking peppermint tea to help soothe it:( I’m very sad to leave such a awful review, but it’s to help the restaurant make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else ever.

The wait staff is nice and the owner is really welcoming and kind. I remember that once, for my birthday, I had made a reservation and for some reason our table wasn't available so we ended up sitting by the entrance, the owner apologized, gave us a free appetizer for the inconvenience, and did a shot with me. It's just a really cool place that understands customer service and being friendly!

TERRIBLE AVOID ORDERING HERE - who doesn’t make steamed hotdogs? I ordered a tomato pizza yesterday thinking it was safe for me being a vegetarian and when I bit into the dough ball in the middle, it had meat rolled up in it. They should send out new menus warning vegetarians that all their pizzas have meat in them now.

The end of a Chateauguay institution... food has become terrible since the previous owners sold the place. Under-cooked fries, disintegrating club sandwiches and cooks that don't seem to care about the quality of the food they serve. My advice: stay away! You obviously didn't read my comment in its entirety since it states clearly what was wrong with the food.... But again, undercooked fries. Cheap bread which disintegrates and causes the sandwich to fall apart. Burnt bacon. Also, seeing a cook open a cardboard box with a chef's knife (which is intended for food preparation) makes me wonder how sanitary the kitchen is!

I don't normally write reviews but for this case I need to. I ordered a smoke meat platter on the evening of May 1st. The delivery was fine and it showed up in a timely manner but the food was really bad. The fries tasted greasy and severely undercooked and also they did not seem very fresh at all. The smoke meat was good but there was barely enough to make a decent sandwich. 2/3 of the container was coleslaw. The container was filled with a huge amount of coleslaw on the bottom with fries right next to it ( creating a bad sog to the already bad fries) and then a small amount of meat tossed on top of that followed with 3 pieces of stale rye bread. It was just awful. Quite honestly in the 11 yrs I've lived on the south shore, I have never ordered from this restaurant and now that I have tried it I will never order again. The only thing good in that platter was the meat. it was good tasting. A total disappointment otherwise.

Called at noon for simple order 2 burgers and 2 fries then after one oclock I called as I still didn't get my order the lady said it left then at 1:30 I called yet again and was told it left... I got my order at 1:45 burgers cold and fries cold and soggy. Awesome place to eat. Been there more than a few times. Food is always prepared perfectly and their sauces beat everyone in town. The restaurant is clean and while sitting there I saw their drivers disinfecting their credit card machines. Sanitation in the COVID era is important and they keep high standards. Would not hesitate to recommend giving them a try. Owners are always on site and going above and beyond for their customers. Staff is friendly and they make sure that you lack for nothing. Highly recommend.

I have been eating at this place for over 20 years... it used to be THE best PIZZA and THE best POUTINE and THE best SUBS... for the past 4 years they changed there pizza sauce and cheese... the pizza is not that great... and there subs are extremely greasy.... and changed there poutine gravy.... I do not recommend this place anymore... Very disappointed

For our Christmas party at work ( we were outside and only 6) we ordered from that place. We had 3 larges all dressed pizzas and a large fries, I wasn’t expecting anything since I haven’t eat there before. The pizzas were cold, the fries weren’t good at all and the quality of the vegetables... I don’t even wanna talk about it except the oignions. Overall, I may give them just maybe a chance for another day.
