The establishment is, in my opinion, very poorly managed, it seemed atrociously lacking in organization and employees for a Thursday evening of summer vacation. And the restaurant was not even full! A quick tip if you're going to eat there: bring your patience or bring your own meal. (Original) Très décevant. Nous nous y sommes arrêter vite fait sur notre retour de voyage avec des amis. Après 15 minutes assis à notre table nous n'avions même pas reçu de verre d'eau. Personne ne nous a averti qu'il y aurait un long délai d'attente (l'avoir su dès le début aurait été très utile). Nous avons attendu nos assiettes plus d'une heure et demi! Les repas étaient bien pour leur part et la serveuse faisait son possible malgré l'omission de nous dire combien de temps nous devrions attendre. L'établissement est, selon moi, très mal géré, il semblait manquer attrocement d'organisation et d'employés pour un jeudi soir de vacances estivales. Et le restaurant n'était même pas plein ! Bref petit conseil si vous allez manger là : apportez votre patience ou apportez votre propre repas.

Quand ça fait si longtemps que t'es en affaires, que tu continues à vendre le même produit avec la même recette et le même goût, et que le monde continue d'en commander, il me semble que c'est le signe d'un produit réussi. Quand les proprios, les recettes, les portions, les ingrédients changent, ça, ce n'est pas bon signe. Ici, c'est le même produit qui fait sa renommée depuis des décennies. Chapeau!
