Simply the best bakery Ive ever eat at. Reasonable prices considering the quality. But the bread and pastry speak for itself. Weve done breakfasts, lunches and snack here and never disappointed. Wish this bakery existed in my home town because it puts to shame every other load of bread and pastry ive ever had. So all thumbs up for them!

Beautiful desserts warm and cozy atmosphere and the largest selection of breads I think I've ever seen! We visited in the winter and the store is very welcoming :) definitely an essential stop when visiting Lac Beauport! ????????????????

I enjoy their wonderful.pastries, so much selection its amazing ! St Honoree is delicious. However once was not same like made with commercial vol au vent puff pastry. I not sure, anyhow it was not the same like not fresh as the other times So was a bit disappointed , Maybe a day too old. But still quite good. Then another time the maple cream puffs were also very dry, so must be a bit cafeful when purchasing. Normally no issues, its good. Only other thing is I wish they had more dark bread options, whole wheat rye, pumpernickel ect. Most of the breads available are white flour. But still an amazing pastry shop

Edit - I have been to Boulangerie du Lac maybe 20 times since first writing my suggestions. The food is really great and the service always charming. The Croque Monsieur is delicious - coffee is tasty. I highly recommend visiting for lunch or breakfast and some pastries to take back to your hotel or home. A better music system would be awesome - but tis is me being a tad selfish as I enjoy lingering with vibrant sound.

We made a quick stop here on the way back from ski-doo. The baked goods we're good although their sandwiches were a bit on the heavier side. Loads of cream and cheese. Delicious but can get a bit much. The lemon tart was amazing too. Service is quick, space is nice. Parking is free outside.
