I arrive after arduous negotiation to recover a stainless steel fork and finish eating my poutine. I also thank her for her nonchalance and her incomprehension to satisfy my need except after this negotiation worthy of a car purchase. In short, deplorable, distant service, very sad atmosphere when you eat at noon. I also understand that there. I am not a client who will tip him because I pay at the order and at the counter. I also take him a table which can be beneficial in terms of tips. But, I'm not asking for the moon, just a hello and especially a goodbye. Just normal customer service and above all no bows or forced kindness. Fortunately, I am visiting Chambly just for the weekend and I do not live there because I will never stay there again. A client frustrated, dissatisfied and dissatisfied with the service received at Petit Québec de Chambly. (Namely, I gave him the Holy Grail (stainless steel fork) by hand when I left the restaurant !!!). (Original) Mangez ce jour au Petit Québec de Chambly. Poutine bonne est assez grosse (bravo au Chef). Accueil des plus réservé pour une table pour deux pour le diner et non le déjeuner. A savoir que le déjeuner, vous avez droit à la suite de la table avec banquette, ustensile (couverts, verre et serviette) et service avec sourire et gentillesse. A l’heure du diner, là le problème se pose. Pas d’ustensile en inox, la chef de service (qui est en jaune par rapport aux autres serveuses) ne vous propose pas de table où sauf une table entre la porte et la poubelle. Pas de service, pas de sourire ni d’attention et quand vous demandez une fourchette…oui une fourchette en inox pour manger votre poutine, elle vous la refuse car ces spécimens de couvert sont là pour la clientèle du matin et vous vous devez la manger avec une fourchette en plastique d’un modèle les plus désagréable. Miraculeusement, elle accepte après 3 minutes de négociation acharnée sur l’avantage d’une fourchette en inox par rapport à celle en plastique. J’arrive après négociation ardue de récupérer une fourchette inox et finir de manger ma poutine. Je la remercie aussi de sa nonchalance et de son incompréhension à satisfaire mon besoin sauf après cette négociation digne d’un achat de voiture. Bref, service déplorable, distant, ambiance des plus triste lorsque vous mangez le midi. Je comprends aussi que là. Je ne suis pas un client qui va lui laisser un pourboire car je paye à la commande et au comptoir. Je lui prends aussi une table qui peut lui être bénéfique en termes de pourboires. Mais, je ne demande pas la lune, juste un bonjour et surtout un au revoir. Juste un service à la clientèle normal et surtout pas de courbette ni de gentillesse forcée. Autre question existentielle, d’après elle, ce n’est pas la politique de la bannière de fournir des ustensiles en inox pour manger le midi en salle ??? Question, le soir, il faut que je ramène mes couverts et mon verre ou je dois ramener mon set de pique-nique pour manger ??? Dois-je ramener aussi ma table pliante pour manger sur le parking ou je dois louer une table à l’heure pour pouvoir espérer manger tranquillement ??? Heureusement que je suis de passage à Chambly juste pour la fin de semaine et que je n’y habite pas car je n’y remettrai jamais les pieds là-bas. Un client frustré, mécontent et insatisfait du service reçu au Petit Québec de Chambly. (À savoir, je lui ai remis en main propre le saint Graal (fourchette inox) à ma sortie du restaurant !!!).

We come here for breakfast on weekends and this is so far the best. There are fancier places is Chambly, but I find the service is great, we often get the same waitress and the quality ingredients is there. They even offer a little candy at the end of the meal is our son has behaved!! What an incentive to come back!!!
