Went there with the familia yesterday. Great atmosphere, pizza is really good and cooked with wood stove. Kids were given pizza dought to practice their pizza making technics and kept them entertained. Simply amazing!

Great wood fired pizzas. Strongly recommend you visit Piatto for some fantastic pizza. They taste so fresh, it's simply amazing. Our server was also fantastic looking after our group of 7 hungry dinners. The restaurant also has a great "Italian vibe" atmosphere, which is great for families or large crowds.

we were a party of 4. ordered 4 different types. all were very good. if you know Italian food then you will enjoy this experience. Don't be swayed by thinking this is a north American, it's not. our server was very good, she knew the food and was very helpful. i have been to Italy and this was a pleasant reminder of how much I enjoyed Italy. only small down side was there espresso machine was broken.

As a first time patron, I must say that all my expectations of a restruant were exceeded. The place itself was very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The open kitchen concept just added to experience by letting you see your food prepared. Both the food and the service were exceptional and I definitely will be dining there again.

Amazing food and even better staff. My family and I stopped by for a bite to eat on our way passing through Cavendish and so far it has been the highlight of our trip! Our female server was amazing with the kids, giving them pizza dough to play and the young cook even offered the kids to sit at the pizza bar and showed them how to stretch and throw the dough. Dining experience isn’t always easy with 3 young kids but the piatto staff made it a memorable experience for both my kids, my wife and I. Our server recommended the Dolce to my wife and all I can say is wow, best pizza we have ever had even the kids loved there pepperoni pizza and ate every bit! We will definitely be recommending to our friends who visit pei. Thanks again Piatto.

This location is beautiful. With lots of other shops nearby very near the Anne of Green Gables house. Lots of seating and selection is unique and delicious. Meals were delicious! Seriously. Pizzas were amazing. Two weird things: there's no bathroom in the main building - instead located a few buildings down; the staff seemed new and forgot to wipe down our table after saying they would, forgot 1 out of 6 orders, didn't check back as to whether we needed anything, and we had to flag someone down to get the bill.

This is a nice pics place in Cavendish, very close to the Cavendish beach. The restaurant is actually located in a venue trying to recreate the Avonlea setting in the Anne of Green Gables books, so it's worth a look just for the architecture. The restaurant is good, and the pizza was really Napolitan style, cooked on a wood oven. However, I found the choice of rooms limited and, even though I'm sure there something for most people, it's a bit disappointing when a basic flavor such as 4 cheese was not in the menu. Other then that, I recommend the place for someone looking for pizza in the island.

Nice location and beautiful oven. Ordered a cocktail and received it deconstructed. Then we ordered a salad and three pizzas to be had all at once. A server's dream. We got our salad first (Ceasar salad's home made dressing was tasty but barely and cheese or prosciutto). Twenty minutes later two pizzas came, followed by another lengthy wait before the final pizza. The Dolce pizza was great. Well prepared and drizzled with honey. The kids pizza was ok. The Sicilian, highly overrated with a bland sauce. It was overpowered by the flavour of star anise, or whatever they use in their house-made sausage. Service was average at best, slow and she seemed lethargic at times. When our niece spilled some water, we offered to clean it up and we did. She did bring us some napkins, but didn't offer to help. I will visit the Charlottetown location next time.

Very good wood fired pizza located in the tourist area of Cavendish. A smaller menu but items on it are don't right. Please note that this location being in the tourist area, does not have the daily or lunch specials that some of the other locations do (Charlottetown and Moncton for example). There are also 2 very traditional pizzas on the menu that are certified by the Napoli pizza association as being true authentic Napoli style pizzas. They are one of few that carry this certification and it really helps you see what pizza SHOULD taste like if you cannot make a trip to the Campania region to get it from the source.

Dropped in for a beer while my wife shopped, just brutally bad service , 6 other customers in the whole place. No one even looked or bothered to see me or take an order. Staff looked lazy and disinterested as I just walked out . Pretty bad when you can’t even get a beer on a hot day. Will never go back !

Good pizza, decent service. Was quiet when we were there early in the day. Kids pizza was helpful to make our 6 year old happy. Olive starter of mixed olives was large and savory.

We were brought dirty dishes by our server. After pointing this out our server went and brought other dishes but those were dirty as well. I think they need to pay more attention to detail. The food was good, but the dirty dishes put a damper on the whole meal for me as I was wondering what else might not have been properly cleaned.

Late lunch stop for pizza. It was absolutely delicious! My wife had the vegano, my daughter had the VPN Margherita and I ordered the siciliana. Wow we were not disappointed. The service was excellent the beer was cold, served in a nice glass and the pizza was spectacular. Definitely want to do this again and try other items on the menu.

Nice place to visit, but doesn't have it own spirits. That what I miss in this place. Pizza delusions but slightly expansive, baked right front of you in wood oven. For some reason at time we are visiting is only decafe espresso served.

Arrived an hour and fourty five minutes before close and was told that the only option was take out. 10+ tables were not occupied and was not even offered to be seated outside in the beer garden where other people were already seated. Extremely disappointing and not deserving of a 5 star rating.
