Bien que la moitié des tables intérieures soient vides au moment de ma visite, aucune n'était propre (soit les personnes précédentes n'avaient pas desservies leur table, soit il y avait du liquide ou des miettes répandues sur les tables). Je suis peut-être simplement tombée au mauvais moment. Bref, une déception lors de ma visite. La vue du café donne sur la rue, le quai et le fleuve de saint-Laurent.

We loved it and spent a couple of hours here eating brunch and people watching.They even offered a coconut milk (lactose free) option for French toast. There are not many options for Sunday brunch in TR so we researched quite a bit before settling on Cafe Frida. There are some mixed reviews on Cafe Frida in places so we felt like we were taking a wee chance eating there. We recommend it totally though so just ignore the naysayers.

This was my first visit. I liked the funky vibe: mismatched furniture and dishes, for example. I had the falafels which can't with some kind of paste (sweet potato?) and a salad which was super good. Had edamame and a variety of olives. I was quite satisfied with the flavor and the quantity, although I did find it a little expensive for what it was. I also had a long espresso. It was good, but not great. Next time I'll try a short and see if I'm more satisfied.

We stopped by Frida cafe after our camping trip and I'm very glad to have discovered such a wonderful gem. As soon as you come in the premises, it's warm and welcoming with a lot of greens. Beautiful signs and wonderful decor. It feels like a place you can lose hours in and not really mind... The staff was friendly, attentive and impeccable in their service. They also had a wide variety of selections for drinks and food that were to die for. I got the chance to drink their turmeric latte and I keep itching to drink some more. Finalement, mon mari qui aime les épices à mangé sa poutine + mon faux poulet et en ai ressorti avec un mal de tête dû aux épices... Ensuite,les bâtonnets de fauxmage n'étaient pas bons (la panure est bien, mais malgré qu'ils étaient extrêmement chauds, le milieu était dur, rien n'avait fondu; j'en déduis que le fauxmage employé n'est pas adapté pour être fondu et je recommande à cet effet les produits Gusta (fait à Montréal). Tous les plats sont servis avec une salade à laquelle on préajoute la sauce; il est à mon avis préférable de laisser les gens choisir la sauce, sa quantité et d'ajouter ou non ladite sauce. Tristement, rien n'est vraiment comblant, il y a en revanche beaucoup de clients ce qui m'a inspiré cette théorie: pour la plupart des gens, à Trois-Rivière, Nicolet et les environs, ça sent mauvais, mais les gens qui vivent sur place sont habitués, ayant moins d'odorat et moins de goût, ils mettent plus d'épices dans leurs plats.

Stopped here for some hot tea and a toast on the way from Montréal to Quebec City. It was a rainy afternoon with a tinch of fall chill and Frida's view of the misty Trois Riviers port. I tried the Labrador Tea which was delicious for the weather and we're recommend the avocado and lentil toasts by the server. The food stop was well worth the time spent given we didn't see much else in the city due to the rains.

Loved this cafe. Its super welcoming, spacious and has a lot of natural light. The view is awesome. Staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. Its on the pricier side, but the quality of the food is high and worth it.

Food was okay but very basic. Really liked the ambiance and the fact that there are board games and video games to play for free. The view of this place are also great as it is by the water. They sell a few products too which is nice. The latte was good and there was some truffles that looked tasty but did not get a chance to taste. I am gluten free too so the options were more limited, but my boyfriend loved the burger.
