Very disappointed, you can not go in and look around, only look through the window and ask them to show you the product thru their take out window. Never little baked goods and was told to shop on line for a better look. Being from out of town we looked forward to having tea here. Extreme let down

Went here on a whim in Campbell River and we were SPOILED with the best service. The lady we spoke to really knew what she had, what ingredients they had, what they were similar to for name brand teas and made excellent selections. We have been happy with all our choices so far AND even though we don't live in town, they are willing to ship to us :) thank you for all your help! Oh and the iced caramel chai latte with almond milk was perfect!

My go to for Bubble Tea. I have been a customer for a few years now. I originally wasn't impressed with the Bubble Tea but I spoke with the owner and the things I didn't like were addressed and I have been going to Stonehouse ever since. They have a wide selection of Teas and other Tea related items as well. Nice atmosphere.

A little know secret of this amazing tea house is the specialized in-house blends that Christine and her team make. The Campbell River blend is outstanding. The knowledge is deep and passionate. Highly recommended.

Really great staff that are very attentive to their customers. Browsed for a gift for a friend and left with three types of amazing loose leaf teas and a travel tea cup and it was very affordable and nice on my budget! Great place to find gifts

Delicious coffee crafted by a cheerful lady. Treat yourself with one of those spongy and moist raspberry-mango muffins. Monday to Friday, it opens at 8:00 am, making it a perfect stop to grab and go before taking the ferry.

As a Vancouverite living in Campbell River during the bubble tea hype, I was desperate for some BBT. I was super happy to see a place that offered BBT! The shop has a large selection of loose leaf tea, tea ware and tea accessories (ranging from tea infusers to tea cozies). They have everything (and more) to make a perfect cup of tea. They also offer a selection of freshly baked pastries. Their BBT selection is also huge! I opted for the strawberry slush with pearls. Coming from a place where bubble tea is widely available (ie. Vancouver), my high expectations for BBT in a small city (ie. Campbell River) seem a little unfair. I'd have to say the the pearls were disappointing; they weren't soft and chewy. It's the same pearls that I'd get if I saved my BBT overnight in the fridge. The slush itself was good though. Ultimately, I was happy I was able to find BBT in the city. I probably wouldn't get BBT here unless I was really craving for it. However, I would come back for their tea and fresh pastries, which was very satisfying! Very kind staff as well.

Lots of loose teas for anybody's taste. Different kinds of bubble teas teapots accessories for making teas and coffees. You can sit and have a snack and cup of tea inside or take out. They have lots of gift basket draws on certain times of the year with purchases as well. Very nice store! I've bought some very nice items for gifts as well from them.

We grabbed a couple coffees from here the other day, and I didn’t love them. The carpaccio was decent, but the Americano was terrible. I think their main thing here is tea, so if you’re visiting stick to that.

Finally used a gift card that I had, and wished I used it sooner! Bought Earl Grey Stonehouse tea and wow, it is so delightfully delicious. Unfortunately due to Covid they have an order window outside of the store but do have a great list of products and window displays. Customer service was friendly :)
