Cheers to Craig for amazing service. Had to stop and get snow tires to drive back east through the mountains. Had no appointment booked but they had my tires changed and back on the road in just over an hour. Was really impressed with the service they provided. On our way to Salmon Pt. we picked up a screw in one of trailer tires. I took the tire to Fountain Tire and was greeted, just before I made the front door, by Craig. Introduced himself with a hearty hand shake and took my tire advising he would have it fixed in 15 minutes. The wife and I went for a coffee and returned to be greeted - again - before I got to the front door by Craig. He put the repaired tire in the back of my truck and with another hearty hand shake and some friendly banter, he was off. Very impressed by this young man's friendliness and the service was first rate.... Excellent!!

Fantastic customer service, dealt with Brad and Travis, they were very accommodating and friendly going above and beyond to help me find the best bang for my buck. Had a lift installed and new tires put on, very happy with the end result. They continue to offer excellent service with any issues after install, the lift install took less time than expected (saving me money) and the quality of their work is top notch. Highly recommend them!!

Great place, I was in a real tight spot needing specialty tires, these fellas went out of their way to hatch a plan to get the correct tires and even lent me the courtesy van for the whole weekend! Other tire shops couldn't be bothered.

I just bought tires there before Christmas. Great staff! Super friendly, very professional. I went in to check if they could help me and they gave me a quick appointment for next day, it was all done in an hour. Prices are competitive but it’s all about the people. Good job! Happy New Year!

Excellent service! We were desperately looking for a spare on a Friday afternoon after another place in town let us down and said they couldn't fix it after having the tire for a whole week. After calling every place in town, these guys offered to LEND us a spare over the weekend so we could go out hunting if they couldn't fix it. Turns out it was repairable and they fixed it on the spot. Never hurts to get a 2nd opinion! We were so impressed with the service we bought our snow tires there this past December.

Found the inside of my middle compartment, glove box, trunk, backseat had all been gone through and rearranged. The trunk was the worst, everything had clearly been tossed, a bag full of items had been upended, and some shopping had been dumped in the backseat as it would no longer fit the trunk after they disorganized it. You can tell they had trouble fitting everything back into the trunk because broke the cargo cover when they tried to close over everything. And this all after my one hour appointment took them two hours. EXTREMELY unprofessional service, do not recommend.

What a terrible experience I had at Fountain Tire! I booked my car to get my brakes done, new tires, oil change, headlights, and a new battery. They had booked me in for 11, and when I arrived they said the appointment was actually at 1:00. Ok no biggie. Im from Cortes, and was only in town to have my car fixed so when I hadn't heard from them by 3:30 I phoned to see where they were at. They told me they weren't able to get the lock nuts off my tires, and didn't want to start until they got a hold of me! They had not started anything, and never called! They didn't have my tires in, and when I asked if they would be able to AT LEAST get my brakes done today or if I would have to spend the night in town, they said that they MIGHT have time to squeeze me in tomorrow. Meanwhile, my car had been there all day and nothing had been done! I decided to just take my car and go, and they seemed to take forever just writing up my bill and "finishing" the oil change which they had told me was done a hour before when I phoned. I lost a day of work, a trip to town, ferry costs, and all I got was an oil change for $137.00. The manager was super rude too. Brutal.

Very friendly, knowledgable, fast, and helpful staff at Fountain Tire. Travis was amazing. My car needed many new parts and repairs, Travis honestly addressed exactly what I needed and what could wait to be done; There was no greed, just honesty. He managed to order the parts and get them in quickly, making my car repairs very fast and at a fair price. I highly recommend this place and I'm sure you won't be disappointed with the service(s).

Had a flat late on a Friday night/ checked a couple of tire places who refused to even look at my tire. I went to Fountain Tire young Man at desk explained they were extremely busy but would look at our tire. Ross was the young man very personal and did manage to get my tire fixed. It was a very nice feeling to be treated with some compassion as vehicle needed before Monday. Thanks Again and Merry Christmas
