Pretty good breakfast sandwiches but my sausages English muffin seemed to be missing half the sausage (see photo) I'd recommend going for the bacon instead. Edit: thank you for the response and also my apologies for the harsh review. Had breakfast there last week and everything was 5 stars. Looking forward to my next visit.

AFTER LIVING ON THIS ISLAND FOR 5 MONTHS AND TRIED EVERYTHING ON THE ISLAND. This is the place you want to be , where you want to drink your coffee, eat a breakfast and have conversations. The service is on the top and you can literally choose you drink . Like a hot appel cider with cinnamon and whip cream haha !

Make sure you stop here on the way to the Cortes ferry or if you are just cruising around Quadra island. Great coffee and the breakfast food was amazing. Average portion sizes, but super fresh and absolutely delicious. Had the breakfast wrap and considered buying a second.

This cute little coffee shop, is nicely located close to the cove, and I enjoy coming here for a coffee and some cake. However, I don't understand why they charge $4.75,...!!!! For a piece of cake? If the price wouldn't be so ridiculous more people would by the cake?!?!

Be prepared to spend alot & get very little..breakfast sandwiches @ $12 to $14 each and are really small - tiny actually. Sad. Quality was soso, wait & price wasn't. Wait a couple hours for the sandwich place next door to open& you won't be disappointed.

We came by to get a coffee and a snack before catching the 5pm boat off the island. Despite the posted hours everywhere being 5pm, when we pulled into the parking lot at 3:55pm - more than an hour before closing - the barista hurried over and flipped the sign and then avoided eye contact. I went around to the other door, but rather than apologizing - or even asking what I wanted - she shook her head and turned her back to me, while her friend inside with her laughed. Clearly not someone destined for a career in customer service - or a cafe looking for a 'small town, we care' vibe.
