I ordered Chicken shawarma Large, Small Muhamara dip with two small pita bread on side. Flavor is alright, but the portioning size is terrible for the price. However the dip is good, and the pita bread is not fresh as they claim to be. It's the store boughten. Take out packaging is terrible, the wrap had one end covered with plastic wrap while the other end wasn't covered at all resulting the entire sauce pouring out in the bag and soaking rest of the food in it.

A very rare find on the island. Different but great tasting shawarma and other Syrian and Lebanese foods. I had a beef shawarma and a walnut and onion dip that was amazing.

I tried the Chicken shawarma (regular size $9.53) the other day. The chicken had lots of flavor and it was tender which is very important in a shawarma. The vegetables and sauce was great too. My only complaint was it was a little on the thin size compared to other regular size from the big city. Maybe I should of went for a large size. The staff there are really friendly and quick. I'll try the large next time and update my review when that happens.

This is our favorite place to eat in Campbell River. Best fries ever, amazing sauces and dips, we love the falafel wrap and come here few times a month just for that. Reasonable prices, authentic. Must eat here place.

Flavour on the chicken and beef shawarma were authentic and tasty. Customer service is mediocre at best. Falafel was dry and dull - no herbs in sight. Portion size very lacking. $30 for 5 falafel balls and two very small “large” sandwiches. Place has potential but needs a bit of fine tuning with pricing.

The shawarma was one the best I’ve had in my entire life. They’re not like the massive ones most places make, which are overstuffed and just there to fill you up as much as it can for your buck. Not this place. It’s about balanced flavours, really good quality beef and authenticity. Bravo! Highly recommended. Their vegetarian platter is also amazing. I can’t wait to try their raw kibbeh! Great stuff.

Absolutely the best shawarma on the island. There is no other place here that does it better or more authentic. It's the only place that should be allowed to call themselves Middle Eastern really. The sandwiches have the flavours and ingredients you expect in the food, not weird sauces and spices (turmeric anyone? Tzaziki? Give me an effing break) to please an uneducated Canadian palate. Others serve microwaved rubbery garbage instead of juicy meat off the spit. Find an excuse to visit CR after the restrictions are lifted and get yourself to Baba Ganouj for lunch. Its the way shawarma is supposed to be. I lived close to Lebanese arabs and Arabic restaurants in Ontario and the States for a long time. What many BCians generally think is authentic Arabic food is laughable.

It was ok. Maybe i was spoiled having my favorite donair place in Langley. But here in campbell river on vacation and seeing the reviews i tried it. No real choice for donair beef or chicken and it comes the way it comes no choice of sauces or toppings. Still i am ok with that but my donair itself was burnt on the outside leaving a funny taste and the sauce had no real flavor. The lady behind the counter was very nice and they did have authentic music playing.my wife ordered the humus with homemade bread and that was very good...next time...if there is a next time i will try something else other than the donair.

This is a must visit if you're in Campbell River. I went there on a whim two years ago, and fell in love with muhamara, a walnut and red pepper based dip which I haven't found better anywhere I've been. Their name sake dip is also delicious with just the lightest hint of smokiness that will make you wonder how you just ate a whole container. Prices are great, food is great, make sure you go here.
