wow what terrible service the lady in the store literally made me more mad then I've been in years. I think the staff here needs some diversity training on things like Autism that is all I can say as some things are better left off the internet. but I will say I will never shop at a 7-11 again !

Don't go there when the east Indians working here or if you do make sure to look at your receipt before you leave and make sure gift cards are activated took them almost a week to get 1 gift card activated never got money back from they for over charging on items threatened to take daughter bf outside

On our way back from Tofino with my friends, we stopped by this small but very clean and managed store in Campbell at Dogwood.. This young fellow Raman helped us buy not only slurpees, snacks, but my friends got the best smokes too for the long way. Very intelligent and was precisely managing the big line up of the clients. The respective authorities should consider and appreciate this young man's hardwork by either giving him some sort of raise or promotion as I have never seen a person who remembers all his daily customers needs prior to their order. He is a true asset. Will hope to see you soon!!!

I've lived in Delta for three years, and this team has been great _every_ visit. Helpful, friendly, you name it. I've seen them deal with drunken and/or volatile customers, and the staff has done so with a cool and relaxed approach every time. Whoever has been training has honestly done a great job :D

This Esso has a 7-Eleven Convenience store open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Store is stocked with many items at noticeably higher prices than the regular supermarket chains, as convenience stores order smaller quantities of inventory at higher per-unit prices from wholesalers. Typical 7-Eleven fare here are Slurpees, soft drinks, snacks, hot dogs, pizza, taquitos and fried chicken

I was in Campbell River with my buddies for a couple of days on vacation, and we just stopped by this 711. It was really clean and well managed. I think I had a really good bonding session with assistant store manager Raman and he was really polite and welcoming to my friends as well. He gave us the best customer service experience and had a wide smile on his face. After such a long and tiring day, it was worth it:)

Friendly, polite staff. It's a fairly popular convenience store so turn over of prepared foods (cold and hot) is frequent enough that if you feel like you need a sandwich or pizza slice, it is pretty fresh. Slurpee drinks are normally in superb condition, on hot days that is very important. Don't forget to download and use the 7-11 drink app and after buying so many Slurpee, coffee, tea or fountain drinks you get a free one. It is easy to use and saves you some money if you go to 7-11 often enough.

7 eleven is my spirit animal. This location there was a guy outside vomiting, during the day. The floor was sticky and dirty, and a bunch of stuff wasn't stocked. But they have the best gas station coffee and fried chicken.

Unfortunately this 7/11 is the worst of the two in Cranbrook, if you have time go to the one by financial western. This one always has rude staff working, one in particular is named April, steer clear of her, told me to redeem points that was part of their points offer and it turned out that it was the wrong product and would not work, she told me she didn’t know what to do... so I was screwed 2750 points. Until I found the right product all the way in Vancouver! Once made my friend open his candy bar so she could scan it cause she was struggling to even to her own job. And every other time I see her it’s a bad experience. Frequently heard saying she is only working here for the money and it’s shows to the customers. Never a bad experience when she isn’t there tho. Also note prices are more expensive at this one, assuming their trick of making more money as it’s off the highway....

A few days ago i called 7/11 asking if they had any samosas left. They said there were some left and i went there. I was having a really rough day. The guy at the counter, Navneet, made sure i was okay. He had packed 4 samosas for me already. Being a restaurant worker in town, i go above n beyond to make people at home. When i see this in others, it makes me happy and full of gratitude. Thank you Navneet. You are awesome at what you do. And kudos to 7-Eleven Dawson Creek as well.

Horrible experience dealing with an associate after telling her that I dropped one of the four slurpees outside their store . She refused to replace a $2.49 slurpee saying that it didn’t happen in store. What difference does it make if it it happened inside or outside your property. I explained the trays provided weren’t sturdy to carry 4 cups. I asked for the manager and she told me to rinse and reuse the cup I dropped off the floor… Really?!?!

You should Train your staff on how to detect counterfeit currency as I was refused sale lastnight using a 50$ Bill. Her response was we dont have a machine to tell if it is counterfeit or not....Hello use your eyes you dont need a machine just half a brain. Your competition on Alaska and 13th ST gladly took my business!

Staff especially female working in evening over there are not customer oriented. I visited on Tuesday evening only one male associate was interacting with customers to and fro and females were not paying any attention and there was huge line up. I was in need of engine coolant, so I left and bought it form other location.

The service was less than exceptable, the lady cashier (didn't have a name tag on) was so so very rude, for some reason the prices are higher than the 711 by the the western financial place, and it's very dirty and disorganized. Will not be bringing my business back there again. However, the 711 down by Victoria and the western financial place always has fantastic service and is usually, unless it was just very busy, clean with amazing and kind staff that really know customer service.

Typical 7-11 selection which is great, but the store smells so bad like grease I assume due to poor ventilation. It feels unhealthy to breathe in there. I bought a case of Coca Cola and immediately emptied the cans into my fridge when I got home and discarded the box because the box stunk my house up so bad with that grease smell. Then a few days later took a can out to drink it and the CAN reeked like grease still! Normally smell is not a big deal for me as it usually fades, but this is actually really bad. I don't really know what star rating to give, the customer service is excellent and nothing wrong with selection or services....

Staff will ignore customers just for the opportunity to boss other staff around. When I've already been greeted by a staff member who is standing at the checkout, ready to grab what I am in the process of asking for, and you decide you need to tell him to go do something else just because you need people to know you're the one in charge, YOU are the problem.

This time of year my partner and I love looking for the coke bottles on our anniversary that have our names on them since it's a nice little treat that only comes once a year. We stopped by to try and see if they had any. Instead, we get yelled at to close the cooler door like we're children. Didn't proceed with the purchase, just left. Unfortunate when we've had nothing but positive experiences prior to this. Total turn off from using this store again.

I asked for the older gentleman to enter my rewards number for me instead of touching their touch screen. He refused to enter it for me and explained that I had grabbed cans from the cooler where they do not sanitize to handle the products, so what’s the difference. During this pandemic this is a ridiculous response to force a customer to enter their details on a public touch screen where there is no Sanitizer to be found.

Almost everyone is nice, except that one darker and heavier old lady. She is the most rudest 7/11 employee I have ever seen in 3 provinces I have lived. First time a 7/11 didn't help a regular with getting some change. Not going back. Corporate headquarters should fire that woman, she's not fit to be a manager or even a cashier.

Seems the have favourable reviews from friends, but I literally need to have a shower after I leave there. I usually only go late late at night, I literally change my clothes to my old hoodie and bottoms so that i can change and shower right when I get home It gets over everything. As soon as you hit the car it hits you. It’s my neighbourhood corner store and I just go 5 times as far for a fresher, cleaner experience :(
