Awesome little walk up coffee window! If you’re skating the skatepark near by or are around for any reason you won’t regret stopping here for whatever tickles your fancy! The staff are awesome and the coffee comes from the roasterie so you know it’s gonna be good! Would recommend to anyone as they have a large variety of choices!

The coffee at Loophole was delicious. We had an affogato and a Vietnamese coffee, both of which worked wonders on a hot day. They've done a great job making the outdoor space feel comfortable in one of Calgary's less visited areas. Looking forward to a post COVID world where we can enjoy the bookshop again too!

I ordered a Small size got Charged with Medium size, just found out when I got home his hiks ???? Their Dine In is closed, so gotta ordered from the take out window. The window is too High for 4'9" ft person like me, so I couldn't see the machine charging me ???? The Mocha was a 5 star⭐ service 4⭐ definitely recommended their products ???? Love the concept, the speedy service from a window, the pastry was dope. My only gripe was unfortunately the coffee. It was more of a traditional frothy Italian style foam. I prefer the microfoam from places like P&S, Rosso, etc. Also it was way too hot to drink right away. Maybe I got a bad latte or something. I'll go again, but hoping for maybe a different barista next time.

I absolutely love this coffee shop. The location is fantastic and the window service is one of my favorite things. The staff are wonderful people, and the coffee is amazing. Layer on delicious pastries and donuts on Saturdays and you've got the best possible mix.

The London fog and pumpkin loaf were excellent. Vibe was almost surreal, the kind of secret hole-in-the-wall you would find in a city like New Orleans or Amsterdam. An eclectic escape, truly an oasis in the heart of Downtown West.

A much-needed godsend in Calgary's West downtown area!! Great coffee brewed by two local coffee vets striking out on their own - and the location is fantastic. Solid, tasty coffee (love their flat white) and their side treats are from excellent local artisans. Great relaxing vibe indoors and out, and there's a bookstore attached with a fantastically curated selection. Whether it's morning or late afternoon/early evening you're always in a cooling shade under the trees and surrounding buildings out front on the patio. I love this place and am so happy there's somewhere to hangout in this much neglected section of the city.

This place, is where I go when I want to feel like I'm drinking a coffee somewhere else! I can order an Americano and I'm back in Panama. I order a cappuccino and I'm in Denmark again. Don't ask me why. Just know this, if you order a latte wanting "microfoam", I'm not sure this is you're place. But if you're like me, and you want a nice CLASSIC Italian cappuccino, or a Vietnamese coffee and maybe a croissant, THIS is where you should go. I'll see you there.

This is great! Grabbed a latte and a doughnut today. Both were terrific! The best part of the experience was being totally surprised by the remark made when we went to the window to order. I asked how he was doing today and he said he was happy! This was the best and most sincere response I’ve received at a place of Business for as long as I can remember. This is such a unique space. I love the idea of a coffee shop paired with a bookstore and it's such a great location too. The baristas have always been friendly and provide great recommendations. The espresso is delicious and the chocolate cookie was one of the best I've had in a while!

I love what this coffee shop has done for the west end of downtown - it has created a bit of a scene. The combo with the used book store (Sigla Books, which is has an eclectic array of books - great for nerds like me) in an older building is great. Covid-19 forced them to open up their take-away window service but that comes with its own character now. Like one of those micro-espresso bars you’d find in a metro station somewhere. Patio tables and chairs line the outside building walls, some are set up on the grass under the trees on the other side of the sidewalk. People sit and chat outside, often with the owners. We need more of this sort of vibe in Calgary.
