Parking is bit of an issue but apart from that a great place to hangout and have coffee

I have had my share of london fogs throughout greater Vancouver, and this one is so far my favourite! Their carrot cake was also incredible.

This place is more pricier than Milani Plumbing! You will need a plumber to retrieve the money you flush down the drain after you visit this establishment. The mood is rather strange, elevator music, and a rather cooperate café lounge atmosphere. Prado or the building itself is desperately trying to be trendy like the occasionally seen here mid 30's hot chick, trying to look pretty taking selfies for her next social media profile picture. The piano plays on but there are no cocktails to be had, just an over decorated place with a lot of glaring over caffeinated stick like peabody figures within the offices and business that surround the café. The positive, the grilled cheese was quite tasty but it was not my first choice, I asked for the turkey sandwich, the reply - "SOLD OUT" which left me rather confused and wondering where the food menu was... They do not make anything fresh other than coffee here, it is all premade and micro zapped or pressed George Forman style.. It is expensive and tiny portions, ie: the 4oz soup costs about $1 an ounce. Will I return? I might, but it's more expensive with less value than other locations, and they prey on the people who work in the building(s) as they offer the convenience.

Nice place. Easy going. Good food and coffee! Not the cheapest in town but, as usual, you get what you pay for.......

Mark Harrison

A perfect addition to a new neighbourhood.

Went on opening day an hour to closing. Wasn't well organized inside. People standing close together and near where you pick up your coffee. There were 3-4 coffee orders in front of me and it unfortunately took 10 minutes. Would be nice to see more staff hired, and maybe some direction marked about where to line up and stand to wait for your coffee. Coffee was good, but overpriced. They use 49th parallel beans here.

Delicious brew ☕ with great patio views

Nena

They have the most delicious items, food and coffee. The mocha is the best one I've tried so far in the lower mainland. My new favorite coffee shop! Editing my review to note please be more aware of what milk you're using. I've had my drink made with the wrong milk twice now, this could be harmful for someone who is lactose intolerant.

Coffee was ideally brewed, espresso and raw almond cappuccino was fantastic so do croissants

Vancouver Coffee Snob

EASILY the best coffee shop in the area. It's stunning inside, the coffee is always fantastic (darker roast leaning) and the food is delicious. The venue is MASSIVE and there's loads of places to work from. It's a hidden gem, for sure.

Peter Cross

Ahh Prado! Was so excited to see this in our new office building. Friendly service. Lovely coffee and a rewards program. There could be more food, but hey, I come for the coffee. ????

I love that Prado has expanded into the Delta area! The breakfast & lunch selection is delicious and reasonably priced, the coffee is always made to order and perfect (not to mention aesthetically pleasing), and the staff are fast, efficient, and friendly to speak to. Great adherence to COVID-19 health and safety regulations through sanitization processes and tracking guests names, party number, and contact info in case of an outbreak scenario as well.

Paul Mc

Friendly and conveniently located in my office building.

I get coffee here every day - and every day they are happy, wonderful, and do a great job.

Jason Kovacs

Great addition to the Tsawwassen coffee scene! Open, bright, interior that is inviting and warm. And they serve 49th Parallel Coffee which is one of the best local roasters!

Very nice cafe with professional staff. Great coffee and food. You won’t be disappointed.

Good and Cute Cafe in the southlands, but definitely pretty pricey for what you get, wish staff was a little friendlier, would recommend stir or wooden frog over this one, other than that nice decor :)

Tyler Weatherly

Prado is a great local cafe. A perfect rest stop for long bike rides! They have wonderful service, great outdoor seating, and today I tried the Chorizo Breakfast Wrap and it was delicious!

Underwhelming. We’ve been meaning to check out this place for awhile. Unfortunately there was 2 junior staff working with no help or supervision and we waited over 10 minutes for a chai latte. I feel bad the staff working here. Disappointed.

There aren’t many food choices and only a few drink choices, but it’s quiet and great atmosphere every day if the week. Great place to work if you’re willing to pay the $$$ parking fees

UPDATE: Owner confirmed that employee who was supposed to work was unable to show up on time and they have offered to make up for it. Would normally rate this place a 4/5 as we come here often and enjoy it however we turned up for coffee and breakfast this morning (Friday) at 745am and they were closed, disappointing especially for my 4 year old daughter who loves this place. I can appreciate that everyone is having staffing issues but try explaining that to a 4 year old.

Arad Montiel

Nice and clean, try the sandwiches and carrots cake

Todd S

Alright selection of mediocre muffins, sandwiches (and breakfast sandwiches), soup, teas, and coffee. Lots of seating. If you order your sandwich to eat in it comes with a side salad and pickles.

Bumblebee

I’ve been to several Prado locations and they are ALL good! Growing up in Tsawwassen I was pleasantly surprised to see this location in the new SouthLands development. I had a London Fog which was delicious. We sat outside in the Adirondack chairs which was really nice.

Jaden Brown

Good

Donna Terrill

The carrot cake was , without a doubt, the best I've ever tasted-- and I've tried quite a few. Not overly sweet, dark and substantial, it made a great lunch. Local carrots I'm told.

Orit BC

Nice place, I just wish they had cold blended drinks style Frappuccino.

Jennie S

spacious and great ambience

tried to go to the beach in the morning and inadvertently ended up in the new southlands neighbourhood. it happened to be their opening day and it's in tsawwassen so everyone and their mother was there, making it far busier than all the prados in vancouver combined. mocha was fine and consistent with the others. I do hope they figure out how to get organized and maintain better distancing/flow though. bunch of us waiting for our orders but no where to really stand or go on account of the small location. try decals outside and paint down the stairs to form a line and to create a clear entrance and exit pathway.

Have visited twice in a week. Lovely spot, will be a nice walk down from Tsaw when pedestrian path opens. Like the coffee and selection of food. My only negative is the sound inside, the design and decoration is fresh and modern, but the acustics are poor. Could certainly do with sound deadening panels somewhere, either on the roof or 1 wall.

Sandra Babineau

Great coffee and friendly staff! A nice little area to visit.

York Pan

good coffee, selection could be better though

Amanda Yee

Carefully handcrafted drinks, delicious food and awesome staff. A hidden gem in the neighborhood! This is their seasonal menu. I recommend the spiced vanilla latte!

Jordan Nobel

Great place to relax on a cold winter day w/ quality coffee, good vibes and attentive and kind servers. One of the best coffee destinations in the lower mainland.

Frank John

Horrible customer service!

Tracy Lott

Really good coffee! Just a gentle nudge to the staff to wipe down the wet outdoor chairs at the beginning of their shift.

Jason Mensinga

Very good coffee and service ????

shawn callaghan

No gluten free (not gluten friendly) option. The server was a little abrasive as well. Too bad, I was hoping a new cafe would be a little more progressive.

Great coffee and snacks

Beautiful and cozy local cafe. Great selection of vegan options! Loved protein rich vegan wrap with chickpeas and beans. Keep it up Prado! Will be coming back here often.

Great London Fog.

It’s nice having a Prado south of the tunnel as they do their coffees well and offer some tasty treats. The coffee shop is in the new Southlands development and it’s a great place to get a coffee and go for a walk. On market days, it’s a great option while you’re waiting for the stalls to open or a place to stop in once you’ve done your shopping. On any other nice day, you can take your coffee and walk down to the beach. With all that said, the one thing I’m not a fan of is the service in this shop. The baristas aren’t friendly, they’ve made mistakes a few times I’ve been there and since only a couple of people are ever working, it can be quite a wait if there are any more than two people ahead of you. It’s a true coffee shop (not Starbucks) that takes pride in their drinks and their cookie with no name is delicious.

I've been meaning to visit this gem of a coffee shop in Boundary Bay for a while now, and today was the day! I had a latte and a Holiday Sandwich (turkey, cranberry, and brie). It was delicious! It was served with a simple salad with an amazing dressing. There are several other intriguing items on the menu I can't wait to try.

Really beautiful cafe in one of the office buildings on Still Creek. There is 15min parking for the cafe but it looks like you have to pay to park otherwise. Not sure if there is a free option elsewhere

Paollo Aracama

Amazing cold brew and food, but they have even better customer service. The barista named Kyle was very helpful and kind, he brought our drinks and breakfast sandwiches to our table and also provided us with great recommendations. The ambiance of the café was excellent and definitely fit the feel of the surrounding neighbourhood.
