Staff is always very friendly. Tables could be cleared and cleaned a bit faster after peope leave, maybe. They do a very good caramel macchiato, but whether or not you will like their drip coffee is hit-or-miss. 'Acidity' is listed on their website as something to be 'accentuated' by the roasting process and let's just say I never drink it without sugar. If you're used to a different chain then you may not like it very much. Still, overall, one of my favorite coffee places....

This Artigiano is nice and quiet, but not dead. Staff are friendly and helpful. The coffee shop atmosphere is really on point here: people browsing newspapers, working on their laptops, reading a book. Lots of space for a coffee shop, probably couple or triple the size of a pop up Starbucks. Coffee is alright.

The Spanish Lattes are good, I like the location and the patio too. The food that I paid $8 for it was warmed in a microwave. Sadly, I watched the 30 sec countdown and the croissant become a mushy floppy saggy for every second that passed. Then it entered the grill which totally squashed it. It seems like people who work there are tired and maybe not well paid so they dont care much. Used to be my go to place but not anymore. Added an extra star just in a respect way to the Artigiano name. Stick with the coffe and avoid the overpriced food. My 2 cents.

I love this cafe!!! I haven't been to any other locations so I can't compare them, but they have one of my favourite espressos ever. Super acidic and flavourful, no taste of burnt coffee at all. They keep their espresso machine very clean and well cared for here. Their steamed milk is always perfect too and I get some lovely latte art every time. Comfortable, beautiful interior, sunshine through the windows at the right time of day, clean, nice, gender-neutral washrooms, lovely and friendly staff who recognize me after just a couple of weeks, good location. I work at a coffee shop and get free coffee there and still choose to come here whenever I can. Highly recommended!!!

I quite like this coffee shop! It's pretty big, has plenty of seating and I've never had an issue getting a table here. And their coffee is pretty good. Not my absolute favourite in the area but the service is generally fast so definitely somewhere to go if you need your caffeine fast but aren't a fan of fast food coffee

On a sunny day, working along the good side of Hastings, in Burnaby, I felt like going for a walk. Not only do I love walking, but I love me some caffeine. I thought "Hey, I love drip coffee, and I've heard good things about Caffe Artigiano." So I walk in, this long-haired hipster dude gives me a weird look when I order the drip coffee. That should have been my first clue. It smelled decent in the café, and everyone else was drinking something, so I figured "Yeahhhh I'm excited for this!" This all dissipated once I actually took my first sip. On first sip, my mind instantly had flashback memories of the smell of burning motor oil. It tastes like Tim Horton's decaf and stale Ethical Bean coffee had a nasty group love affair with various inedible products, and this is what came out. Most coffee at least scores some points for being drinkable, but this coffee feels like Alex Burrows goal total this season. As for the price point, I could have had Starbucks for less. Either way, I feel like the Canucks scouting staff, picking Patrick White over P.K. Subban in the 2007 draft. My recommendation: Stale Instant Coffee > Caffe Artigiano Drip Coffee. I should have walked the other direction to get McDonalds coffee instead.

Having been to other Caffe Artigiano's, I was shocked at the unsanitary conditions of this location. Every table was sticky and dirty, the floor was littered with crumbs, wrappers etc... The staff weren't really interested as much in providing a good customer experience, but rather in chatting amongst themselves, snap-chatting, and telling jokes. Don't think I'll be back to this one.

I walked past this awesome coffee joint and its outdoor seating on a sunny day instantly grabbed my attention and I just had to swing by. The vibe is super cool and gave me nostalgia of being back in Rome or a cute little European-style Cafe. Stopped for a soy milk Latte which was delicious, the batista was extremely friendly and she makes very good coffee! They also have a bunch of yum looking baked goods which I have my eyes on for next time. The Cafe decor is super nice and layout is very COVID friendly but offers a nice comfortable atmosphere. All in all, an awesome experience and I cannot wait to revisit. A new go-to local for sure! Help support local where you can! Especially during these difficult times.

Stopped in here a few times this week. First day tried the pasteries like the banana bread, croissant ham cheese sandwich, and yogurt parfait with 2 oat lattes. The lattes due to the oat milk had this oily fatty taste to it. Couldn't even finish it. The banana bread was a fail it was pretty mushy. The yogurt parfait was not good either lacked sweetness and texture. The cheese ham croissant was pretty decent. Decided to just try black coffees the next day. So we got two drip coffees. They only had dark roast at that time. The coffee was decent for a dark roast. I would only come here for the coffee. I would skip out on the other stuff in my opinion. I also love their reserve espresso its delicious. I usually buy a few pounds to bring home. Probably one of the best espresso beans I've come across.

About two years ago-and prior, Artigiano’s used to be the BEST coffee in the lower mainland. A little over a year ago all their branding started changing and even the flavour of the coffee is different now. I don’t know what happened.. but they’ve lost that top spot. Please go back in time!!

Enjoyed the Spanish latte. The staff was friendly and great with making suggestions. I had to work remotely on laptop here one day and found plenty of outlets to plug into and complimentary WiFi. Seating had proper social distancing protocols and traffic directions. Only issue I had was there were a lot of bugs and insects flying around. Likely because the doors were propped open. Maybe get some bugscreens because it was super distracting.

Very poor customer service. Got served a pastry that was still somewhat raw in the middle. Their solution was to serve me the same pastry but heating it in the microwave. I just left it on the counter and told them I don’t want it. Was grudgingly given a different one which was not fresh either but still better than the first one. Caffe divano is on the next block over. Don’t bother coming here.

Waste of 20 dollars for 2 drinks. I paid extra to get a large drink but it came in a large cup with it half full. I also ordered extra espresso shot and it still tasted like milk. I also asked for half sweet and they didn't put any sweetener. The cappuccino we ordered was not sweetened either. I would highly suggest JJ bean instead

It’s a great place to sit, enjoy coffee and relax. It does get busy on weekends around noon. They have outdoor seating which is nice in the summertime. Their food is overpriced but good, just not sure I’d come here hungry! Great experience, friendly staff.

Rich creamy mocha, friendly and funny barista who was happy to converse and joke with us to make the experience personable and enjoyable.???? Had a chocolate croissant as well that was decent but overpriced at $4+ My friend had a triple espresso and we both agreed on 7/10.???? Two drinks with two pastries came to $20.???? Will be visiting again for the quality of food but more so for the quality of service provided by the staff ????

Honestly, I prefer Starbucks. That's not to say though that this place is bad, but there is faster service to be had with a broader selection of slightly fresher bulk-made cakes, cookies and fruit elsewhere. Wifi is available, but passworded. Someone described this place as cozy....I disagree.

Used to be my go to place for a mocha. After the stress of parking in their ultra tight sparking place the barrista took forever to make the mocha, shoved the mocha so it spilled over the top and I had to clean it. And it wasn’t all that good.

The baristas at this location have an extreme lack of customer service skills...and the attitude...wow! Greet your customers, if not when they walk through the door then at least when they're literally standing right in front of your face! I was so annoyed the last time I walked into this establishment. There was not a single person in there, I walked up to the counter and the girl just stood there and stared at me. Come on, at least ask me what I would like to have. I have given them many chances here. I will not be returning. Note, if you ask for extra hot they will make sure it is lukewarm. I rather give my business to a place that feels inviting and has friendly service.

Really nice cozy atmosphere, big space with lots of tables. Great coffee and really friendly staff make for a an awesome coffee shop experience. Lots of varieties of teas as well and baked goods and sandwiches. A bit pricey for the sandwiches but the coffee is priced similarly to most coffee shops.

I usually enjoy bubble tea more than coffee, but the decor and environment at this cafe make it more enjoyable. The staff are very friendly and I would recommend coming here if you are looking for a quiet place to study.

This used to be my favorite coffee shop. They used to have the best coffee in Vancouver, along with delicious food. I used to indulge in their breakfast wraps way too often, but the recently changed all their food, making it boring and tasteless, and their coffee just isn't the same. So dissappointed in Cafe Artigiano.

Such an overpriced place with limited options for drinks and snacks that taste just like anywhere else. Wi-fi only available for an hour and during that hour the internet keeps logging off. Waiter peeked on the receipt (expecting a tip when no service? ) before giving it to me. Not so impressed and would not consider coming back.

Good quality coffee and great friendly service. If you like Italian coffee then Caffe Artigiano is the place to go. Food selection is limited to sandwiches and pastries, but what more would you want?
