Heard the PEDEGO groyp were planning a ride to this place so I came to check it out.. All i had was coffee and it was good but what really got me was how bike friendly they are. There are at least 3 bike locks to use and 2 ways to access for bikes only not counting the road. Staff are very friendly. I will be back.

The Nest is a pretty good spot for coffee, but that's about it. Their espresso is pretty good, but I can't speak to their drip. they serve Marley Coffee (ala, Bob Marley), which is pretty cool. All their food is pre-packaged and brought in externally, though, even down to little ketchup-package-style salsa packs. I definitely wish they could have upped their food game, but it's pretty basic what you can get here. I like stopping here when I'm heading up to Thetis, as it's right off the Galloping Goose bike trail. It's got a great outdoor patio and plenty of spots for locking up bicycles.

It's literally my first time here today. I ordered iced caramel macchiato (because it's sooo hot out!). Love the ambience- cozy woodland-like oasis plus the squirrel doorknob (you'll know when you get there). I like that they have gluten-free and vegan selections. Very nice place right off the goose. Patio is always open, it's dog friendly, and they have blankets. You can sit by the window and watch your bike while you're eating. They have a great soup selection and home made baked goods. It's very small inside so can get busy.

Good coffee, great cold drinks. Love the patio right beside the bike trail. This is the place to stop by during your ride to get some refreshments. Prices are around Starbuck's prices for food items but you get larger portions.

What a discovery this little cafe was for me two weeks ago! They had the most delicious Chia Pudding, unlike anything I have tasted in any other Cafe in Victoria. I like to find interesting places that I can go to on my bike. You don't get a lot of warning when you are coming down the Goose and spot the small sign to go up the little trail. They have places to lock your bike and you can sit at nice tables on the ground level or take the stairs up to the shop level and sit inside or outside. It seems like everything is premade and the staff just sells it. Sadly, they were out of veggie sandwich so I had a samosa and a cup of soup. Both were fine. It was all alright. I'll probably give it another try.

A lovely cafe nestled into a corner. Easy access by vehicl, walking and bicycle. Seating indoors and out. The staff is friendly; the decor unique, cozy and welcoming. The food is good - Love the Mediterranean Croissant, and they offer healthy desserts, like almond butter chocolate cups and black bean brownies. They are licenced and have special music nights, as well. As a final touch they have inspirational rocks spread throughout the cafe.????????????

If you're a cyclist, jogger, or walker, the location is five-star-PLUS. Enjoy the many little "niches" this location has to offer, surrounded by shade, lush greenery, and beautiful garden ornamentation. But, the selection is limited and there are only two vegan options, both sweets. I don't see much room for improvement because their food service counter is relatively small. The way to enjoy this place is to use it as a pit stop on your exercise loop, and to order an expensive drink or snack to enjoy on their premises. The setting is worth it.

I was disapointed with the chai latte, which was made with the Starbucks concentrate from Costco. $8 for 2 chais before tax - I could buy the three carton pack from Costco myself and make it at home. I expect something more unique when ordering from a cafe. I am imagine the espresso drinks are made fresh, so I would suggest trying those instead.

Fantastic coffees. Have not tried any of their bakery treats yet, but they look great. Other light eats are available. The cafe is nested in a well treed natural setting just off the Galloping Goose bike/walking trail. Comfortable outdoor and indoor seating. Creative indoor and outdoor art creations including tidy little bird houses tucked into the beautiful natural setting. Pleasant friendly service.

This is such a great spot. Very attractive outside space. Great attention to detail by the staff, very clean and beautiful flowers on the tables. That's on top of great coffee and treats. Dog friendly and just off the goose so a haven for cyclists.

Best cafe for bicyclists in Victoria-it's right on the Galloping Goose, there's plenty of places to lock your bike, they have a pump outside and repair tools on request behind the counter. Plus the food is good too

There were two servers trying to make my cappuccino, one admittedly in training. Unfortunately, the one doing the training hadn't a clue either.

Friendly cafe with good home made style treats. Outside patio seating and wooden benches in the woods next to the galloping trail makes a good rest stop. They also have a bike repair station with free tools available at the cafe.

Coffee isn't the best if you are a fan of good espresso. The black bean brownies are the bomb. Worth stopping for one of those. The sandwiches are fine. If I bike out to Thetis I pull off here fairly often.

I like the location just off the goose trail. Nice cozy interior, friendly staff. Nice selection of treats. I was disappointed with the latte I received. It would be nice if they used a little higher quality coffee bean, perhaps from a local, small roaster like many other small coffee shops are doing. The coffee tasted like the decaf espresso beans you buy at costco. Also, I would have preferred if they made the latte with 2% milk rather than skim or 1% that they used. Lastly, I felt the price for the latte was a bit high when compared to other coffee shops that serve specialty coffee beans.

Small place but great to stop in and grab a quick bite or drink. It is literally right off of the galloping Goose trail. My family and I were in last week and enjoyed it. They do have a nice patio area! Prices are awesome. They serve things like Nanaimo bars, muffins, grab and go kinda foods. Friendly service+ great prices = win win for everyone!!!

I love this cafe! It may seem out of the way but if you're @ Thetis Lake or biking the Trail it's a great spot to visit for hot or cold beverages and fresh eats. There is no indoor seating at the moment but there is outdoor seating in shade or sun available.
