Coffee was great but the staff there are really cold. No one said hello or even acknowledged you, avoided eye contact, and no one smiled at all. I’ve worked in customer service for 10+ years, I get you can have bad days but every time I’ve gone in the staff makes you feel like you’re annoying them. Really weird experience!

Not really a coffee shop, just a coffee station in the store. Do not accept credit cards and coffee is not good. Do not have plates and can't make anything for here

Bought a coffee with their cups from one of their vendors, the cup started disintegrating lid fell off and bottom of the cup startrr dripping all over my white shirt. When I called to complain I was met with condescension and snickering as if it was an unusual requere for them to at least take care of the dry cleaning for the putting an item on the market that is faulty. Ethical to me is putting your name on a product and taking responsibility when it does not work, and their product and customer service is absolutely appalling.

The prices are excellent, food and beverages are fine, the decor is chic, and everything is clean. If the coffee shop was in a more visible location it would be busy. A hidden gem!
