I tried all the bubble tea places in brantford and certainly Teahut is the best one in brantford by far! Clean by the looks of it, just a little quite but overall 5 stars! I recommend Teahut over all the other bubble tea shops in brantford.

Real Taiwanese food, excellent tea, a hidden gem in downtown Brantford. I've been here 4 [EDIT March 15 2021: about *25*] times, and I'm ready to give this 5 stars. It's a RESTAURANT: If you like "Chinese food," you need to try this place, which is a restaurant, not just a tea house. Taiwan is a "foodie" destination in Asia, and super popular with Chinese tourists for this reason. Lucky for us, this place is run by super-friendly Taiwanese people who make authentic Taiwanese dishes, and they instantly remind me of exactly the same dishes in the many times I've traveled to Taiwan. DISHES TO TRY: Try the "minced pork on rice", or even better, the "Taiwanese sausage and minced pork on rice." Taiwanese sausage is super lean (not like typical fatty "sausage"), and it comes with lean minced pork and tasty vegetables on white rice in a bowl. Ask the owners (who are serving and cooking, so they care about their restaurant) what's good, and they'll help you find what you're looking for. SCHEDULE: This place tends to be open only on weekdays and weekday early evenings, so this is a good place for a simple dinner downtown Monday-Thursday. They open until 8pm Mon-Thurs., and close 5:30pm on Fri and Sat, closed Sundays. CASH ONLY: Like many Asian restaurants, this place is cash-only because they have reasonable prices and don't want to give part of their revenue to a bank. Fair enough. Bring $40 and two people can have entrees and teas with money to spare.

One of the authentic Taiwanese food restaurant for their food, and of course their bubble tea! Its also a very cozy place to hang out and relax with the variety of delicacies and recipes from Taiwan. The owners are friendly and nice people around here too. One of my favorite places to go, and most importantly, they don't offer debit or credit payment so make sure to at least carry some spare cash with you before dining in.

Really nice staff, good atmosphere, fast service. Offered me a sample. It’s a cash only place but there is a convenience store with an atm next to it. Honestly one of the best places I’ve ever gone. They have a food menu too but I’ve never tried anything. I don’t live in the area so I drive half an hour just to order from them, that’s how good they are. I seriously couldn’t recommend a better place.

My favourite place in town to get milkshakes/milk tea. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. Just recently tried their food and the pork chop is honestly so good. Definitely need to give them a try if you’re in the mood for some good milk tea and food.

The tapioca pearls are AMAZING! Their suggestions are on point and my friends and I loved their drinks. Definitely a lunch spot :) An update after a year of going here! The owners are still some of the friendliest people I've ever met. The environment is cozy and happy, and the place even smells good! Popped in to Goo's recently after a trip to the vets with our pooch. They happen to share a parking lot. I used to eat here once a week when I worked nearby. Having changed jobs and being forced to go Gluten Free 3 yrs ago I hadn't been in a while. I was shocked to see how many Gluten Friendly items they had on thier menu. Portions were still as massive as I remembered and the poutine just as delicious. My hips say I can't go back very often but my taste buds say YES
