ordered off of skip today and the food was amazing! couldn’t have asked for a better lunch! will definitely order from here again, but will have to try the Hawaiian Pizza! It was a great first experience.

I just ordered a cheese pizza and chicken sandwich and honestly it is the best pizza we have ever had and the sandwich was very well made !!!! Will definitely be ordering again compliments to the people responsible ????

Everything looks amazing , I had the Jamaican/blackened pickerel pretty much the best fish i've ever had anywhere in the world! My wife’s jerk chicken sandwich was amazing as well! Just found the new go to spot in town, next up oxtail????

Stopped in for lunch on a whim and had the bifana and fries. Loved it! The bifana was loaded with sauteed peppers and onions which made it super delicious. The pork was also really tender and the bun was also great. The seasoning on the fries was really nice, and I shared them with a few colleagues who agreed! Shame I didn't take a photo, but I ate it too fast, ha! Looking forward to trying their other dishes.

We had an outstanding experience at this lovely little restaurant. We had a delicious lunch (we ate in their dining room) and met the owner and her staff were wonderful. The food is sooooo delicious and made fresh...like unreal and generous and now I'm full. You won't be disappointed. (We had th e jumbo chicken sandwiches)

Food: 7/5. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would! The owner of the place Karen, and her chef, did an absolutely outstanding job with the menu. It’s creative, flavourful, modern, fun and delicious! No matter what we ordered, or what we decided to try, everything was good. I don’t have a single complaint about anything we had. Perfect amount of flavour and spice. Didn’t even need the salt and pepper they kept on the table. It was perfect. We usually don’t even eat that much but it was so good we couldn’t stop! Ambience: 4/5. Good music in the background. The patio is cute, quaint and had an element of privacy to it with the surrounding hedges along the perimeter. The Soulful Kafe sign is so cute, and I think the little details are what makes this place great! Cleanliness: 5/5. The staff in this establishment work hard to keep the chairs and tables sanitized and cleaned for all their guests. Had no complaints about cleanliness. Had no issues with the cleanliness of the cutlery and food too. Karen holds the place up to a high standard and I commend her for it! The bathrooms are still under Reno due to covid-19 when we were there so I will not be rating their bathrooms Service: 7/5. We had a wonderful young server who was very attentive, sweet and kind. I wish I remembered her name, but she was great! Karen, the owner - I can’t say enough about her. It’s always wonderful to see the face behind the restaurant. She’s a genuine, hospitable, hardworking woman. You can tell just from meeting her why the food tastes as good as it does, she puts her heart and soul into it and you can taste it! I hope this encourages everyone apprehensive of trying this place to go try it!!!

I've eaten at Soulful Cafe several times now and something different everytime. All have been excellent and the latest chicken sandwich is a must-have . Good luck at eating it all at once though. ????

What a beautiful little gem! We stopped in here for lunch on our way through and it was an absolute pleasure! The service was top notch and so welcoming. I had the Jamaican Sandwich. This was one of the BEST sandwiches I've ever had! It was a straight trip to flavor town! I will be thinking about this sandwich for a very long time! Support this local business because it deserves some major props!!

We ordered the Bifana sandwich and chourico Mac and cheese. So good! 1. The bifana sandwich brought me back. If you want an authentic Portuguese Bifana, this is it. It’s exactly as it would be served at a cafe in Portugal. 2. The chourico Mac and cheese. Tastes like chourico all the way through and OH so cheesy. Surpassed my expectations. I wish there had been more in it, but you really could taste the chourico in every bite. Definitely will be back!

A true gem in beautiful Brantford. The food was so great...I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Owner Karen makes you feel so welcome and is an absolutely lovely young lady. Sandra, NP, and the rest of the staff are equally fantastic. The setting is intimate and really nicely decorated - and VERY clean ! Add to this the live music and it is the complete package - check it out and I know that you will love it and want to return again and again. Thanks to all and we'll be back very soon.

We googled this place 4.9 stars should be good?!? Complete disappointment! Food cold! Ordered Appetizers everything came together. She did not come back to quality check! Asked for the bill and she came with a total only. Would NOT recommend.

Ordered the chicken fingers and fires with an extra side of mac n cheese on skip. the chicken fingers were very good with a solid portion of French fries. The side of Mac n Cheese was absolutely incredible and would recommend this dish for anyone and everyone. 10/10 for me great food

Just tried the chicken sandwich the other day... absolutely phenomenal, had to eat it in two sittings because of how big it was. The fresh cinnamon bun was also great. Absolutely check this place out as soon as you can, the food is delicious.

We've eaten here twice in 2 weeks. First the bifanas and fries were amazing. The next time we had wings and the jerk chicken pizza, awesome. My daughter is a vegetarian and she had pasta, which she loved. Definitely coming back.

I've heard great things about the chicken sandwich they serve so I figured I had to give it a try. The chicken sandwich lives up to the hype. It's a very generous sandwich. The slaw and pickles add a nice balance to the fried chicken. Absolutely delicious! We also tried the bifana sandwich and chicken tenders. Both are very high quality versions. Most importantly, to me anyways, the service was fantastic. I was greeted by a lady (potentially the owner) who was both extremely friendly and professional. There was an error in their online pricing and she not only honored their written price without asking, she was apologetic even though the mistake was not her own. Delicious food and great customer service, my family is excited to explore more of the menu.

Just ordered(Thursday approximately 1pm) 2 jumbo chicken specials(comes with fries and a pop)$17x2. Thought I had my big boy pants on, but apparently not. Couldn't eat all of it otherwise I would not be able to do my afternoon chores. Will definitely be back for this same order. Cheers...

My band played there so we ordered some food after our set cause we heard their food was good from multiple people. And boy were they right! Pizza and nachos were excellent and the jerk chicken is the best I’ve ever had. Authentic and delicious! Thank you Soulful Kafe for having us out and we can’t wait to come back to play or even just have some more delish food. All the best!
