To begin with, atmosphere is blessed. They have the best Boba in town, use authentic ingredients and now they started selling snacks and they have the best snacks to offer at a very good price point, lowest prices I've seen compared to other stores......... Overall, staff is okay. ???? Austin, Selena, and Maeva are blessings from heaven. Will, well- Will is probably one of my favourites as well, good guy, good comapany, easy to approach and talk to. The owners are pretty awesome in their own aspects and they're running a very successful business. Y'all are killing it. ????????

I made this google account just to tell others not to go here, the whole place is run by kids the first time I went I was astounded by how dirty the place was I looked at their neon sign they says moontea, and the whole wall is dirty. I was watching one of the girls make the drink the whole setup they have there looks sickening. I do not recommend this place for anyone not even to my worse enemy’s. When the girl gave me the drink it tasted like s**t water. I’ve been told the place looks cool for pictures but the place was terrible, I’ve been to other bubble tea stores, the vibe I get from those stores actually remind me of Taiwan, the girl making my drink was a dark skin and no knowledge of bubble tea one bit. I genuinely hope this place closes soon, BE AWARE THE PLACE DOES HAVE A (B) RATING, while all the other neighbours have an (A) this place will get you sick stay away!

I have to say I was very disappointed with my experience here. Based on the fantastic reviews and the great looking bubble teas in the picture I had very high expectations. I ordered the fresh taro bubble tea and it was gritty and had zero flavour. It just tasted like plain milk and the tapioca was also flavourless. My girlfriends tea was the same, also just tasted like plain milk. It is quite expensive as well, I spent $24 on 3 medium teas and only 1 of them was half decent. I might give it 1 more shot but very unhappy with my first experience.

BY FAR the best bubble tea in the area! The brown sugar tapioca pearl milk tea is amazing and the tapioca balls are perfectly chewy without being tasting overcooked. I have literally been googling "bubble tea brantford" every month for a year in hopes that a good place would pop up and it finally has! No need to drive all the way to Hamilton now for good bubble tea. I hope they add taro powder milk tea sometime! Edit: I have to remove a star because on four occasions I have gone in and they have had no tapioca pearls, so I have now learned to call ahead. Make sure you call ahead before making the trip, especially if you are coming from the other wnd of brantford and are hoping for bubble tea.

This place has a really fun atmosphere about it, the staff was friendly and our drinks were both aesthetically pleasing as well as delicous! I had a taro milk tea with tapioca and I will absolutely have this again, and I'll 100% be visiting again to try more from the menu. 11/10 would recommend!

I’ve ordered here a few times already and every drink was made great, though sometimes the tapioca per may still be so fresh and warm that it would melt iced drinks. The inside has a fresh new look and outside they do have tables and chairs where I was able to enjoy my drink. Highly recommended.

We ordered 3 times from this artsy bubbletea shop in downtown Brantford (inside harmony square) and each time was more disappointing than the last. The first drink we ordered was a matcha red bean tea. The matcha flavour was mild and there weren't as many red beans as we would've liked for the price. The second drink we ordered was their White Rabbit matcha milk with brown sugar tapioca. The tapioca was soft and tofu-like with again a very mild flavour profile. The last drink we got was the original milk tea with brown sugar tapioca. Again, the tapioca was soft and runny while the tea flavour was strong but chemical-like. However, we did like the decor on the inside with festive moon-shaped light fixtures and moon-related artwork. The service was also nice and friendly. Overall, mediocre bubbletea with high prices that does not stack up to other shops in the GTA.

The tea and the tapioca here are delicious! The staff are so friendly and the interior is beautiful. I gave 4 star however because everytime I come by before 3pm its closed. The hours say they open at 11:30am but I've had no luck with them being open at that time. Please adjust your hours!

I give 5 stars due to the customer service was amazing both times I went from a younger woman,she was very helpful in choosing and explaining the menu! The taro cheese drink with tapioca was great first choice and I had the taro slushie with added real taro in the bottom the next time.. the taro texture was like a potato but sweet and nutty flavor! Recommend this place although the price is up there their cups are Instagram worthy with there drinks inside...hehehe And my daughter is 16 and I was telling her it would be a great place pop in and study also!

I recently tried Dirty- Mango coconut milk tea and it is my personal favourite. You can also try their Passion fruit green tea if you like to avoid Dairy. I usually get the regular size and it tastes perfect but the large one needed a little extra sweetness to balance up with Tapioca. Overall i love this place’s vibe and now that summers are not far away i may call this my second home.

Bubble tea meets Brantford! Yes, I'm well aware there are other shops that already sell bubble tea in Brantford; however, the drinks are not true and authentic to the core of what makes a great boba. Moon Tea is easily the #1 boba shop in Brantford. There is only one critique I have about their Brown Sugar series; it needs more brown sugar to make the drink stand out. Currently, the milk and tea overpowers the small amount of brown sugar in the drink. In terms of customization; you are able to request the level of sugar and ice in your drinks. I recommend trying out Moon Tea as the drinks are similar to what you'd find in Toronto.

Very delicious and authentic bubble tea! Also, it is nice that they have almond milk as a dairy alternative. My only issue was I found the brown sugar bubble tea to be almost too sweet to drink, but I should've ordered it half sweet.

Gross.... 2 time trying this place. First time was a great experience the young man was friendly and knew his stuff. I always drink a passion fruit green tea+ tappipca. NOW.... I really enjoy and never have an issue with CHAT ONE, CHAT TIME AND REAL FRUIT. Second time going to moon tea and it tasted absolutely disgusting you couldn't taste the Passion fruit AT ALL, the young lady didn't have the best personality but was polite. Seeing that moon tea is the most expensive from the ones I've listed above for a smaller sized cup, I definitely would not be back, this type of inconsistency is very disappointing.

Very nice place, the drinks are really good and are very unique in a good way. There are a few problems with the place, but these little issues are the issues that new businesses go through at the beginning. The interior is not fully finished, but this shouldn't stop you from try it out.

Poor customer service. Regular customer, but unfortunately had to stop going here due to the lack of compensation. I paid for my bubble tea and the cashier had told me that they had a 50% off promotion off all drinks while printing out my receipt. Not sure what difference that made telling customers after taking their money and not compensating after the fact. I had reached out to their instagram page and they were even more unhelpful responding with "we are sorry for this inconvenience. We can not do much after paying."
