Probably the best Bubble tea I've ever had in Canada. I love the selection of flavours, creaminess levels, and sweetness levels. The atmosphere inside is very aesthetically pleasant as well if you choose to dine in.

***The ONLY bubble tea place in Brandon, Manitoba*** Was craving bubble on my way back home to Winnipeg from Minneadosa thank goodness I found this gem in along the way. Ordered their taro slush bubble & was really satisfied with sugar levels & flavor! Had an overall smooth experience! PROS • open during pandemic • location is great • easy to find parking CONS • no dine in at the moment.

Stopped in here today after coming across it randomly running errands. Nice small atmosphere, loved the Asian lovemusic calmly playing to set a happy tone???? . After looking over the menu for some time checking over my options I decided upon the Taro Latte ☕, Hot with 50% sweetness and added tapioca bubbles. I've had taro cold bubble teas before and I will say the hot was SO SO delicious!! Very joyed there's a different style of tea shop here now and will be coming back soon and often! Also the nice lady working was very helpful and kind with assisting my decision! Thank you so much! ???????? #yumm

The environment is very nice; the mood is calming yet friendly. The place also includes various board games. A good place to visit with friends and take a rest for few hours.

Really nice place for some bubble tea. Highly recommend the passion fruit green tea, they put a slice of citrus in it and it's as good as you'd get in Toronto or Winnipeg. Service is good and the space is super welcoming. Board games are on offer too for hanging out with friends. Try it out you won't be disappointed. If I could ask one thing of them is that they would have smaller straws for people who don't want toppings.

I was really disappointed today. I went to purchase Boba tea at around 12:20, well after the posted opening time. I went to the door which was unlocked and went inside. Upon entering the store I was rudely informed that the store wasn't open and to leave. I said that the store said it was open outside and the person working again rudely told me to leave. Needless to say, I will not be spending my money here and would encourage others to look elsewhere.

Bubble tea is okay in flavour. I've been there 3 times now and every time I ask for a taro bubble tea they give me just plain bubble tea. I've mentioned to them their mistake and they tell me it is taro. Taro is purple, what they give me is brown.

It says on google and it is written outside the shop that they close at 6 but when i went with my friend to order they said they close and clean everything at 5:30 because they don't get paid after 6. And once before this there was a lady who was so rude and the bubble tea was trash. The overall experience was not satisfactory at all.

Place was easy to find and access. Place was clean and bright with no line up. Staff was friendly and helpful. There were a lot of choices, all different types of "teas". I ordered the matcha bubble tea. First thing I noticed was the price. I thought it was expensive, for their price of a medium, you can get a large in Winnipeg. I found the smoothie itself was quite rough with chunks of ice in it. In my order they used sugar to sweeten the matcha but I found that it was too sweet and still grainy. Not the worst bubble tea I have had but not the best either. Probably will not go there again.

Polite staff beautiful art not a typical Brandon place which makes it that much more special. Boba tea is in fashion and you ought to try it so check it out fosho. Tight little place definitely take a date or go alone like me lolz

Google shows they close at 6pm and I come at 530pm. There is a lady come a few second in front of me. The staff just said we have closed at 530pm. They accept the lady’s order in front of me but not me. Very Very Disappointed. That is not the way to do business.

Neo bubble tea is not bad, the tea itself isn't the issue I have, it's the service. I went there to order bubble tea but they said that you can only order through skip the dishes (I'm assuming due to covid). My problem with that is I live in shilo which is 20 mins away from Brandon, and there is no skip the dishes available in my area. We have a different delivery service called shilo delivery, it's a local company that basically does the same thing so when I tried to order bubble tea through them, they were told the same thing, that neo bubble tea only do service with skip the dishes. I'm not a fan of driving all the way to Neo just for bubble tea but I will do it cause I love it, but when it's the only bubble tea stand in brandon, plus it only does service to Through a delivery company I don't have easily access to, it is frustrating.
